Abstract

Adapted laws of statics of electric and gravitational fields in case of dynamic processes are used to obtain common laws of electricity and gravity. The mathematical description is made in a possible range of velocities in the usual three-dimensional Euclidean space and physical time, but bypassing the theory of relativity.
