Presently, the basic channel transmission technology of uplink and downlink has been determined, up-SC (single carrier)-FDMA, downlink using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technology. Characteristic specifically for the wireless decaying channel, a new channel estimation method on OFDM systems was given based on discrete wavelet transform in this article. Channel estimation signal was adapted by the discrete wavelet transform in the time- frequency and transform domain. With many different kinds of lymphocytes (B cell, T cell and so on) distributing all over the human body, the human immune system can distinguish nonself from self and then eliminate nonself immediately. According to the principles of human immune system, a novel immunity-based anomaly detection method (NIAD) is presented. In NIAD, the formal definitions of self, nonself, detectors, immune tolerance, and etc., are given. Then, the quantitative description of the detector diversity is introduced to improve the generating efficiency of memory detectors, to reduce the number of memory detectors and to enlarge the coverage of nonself space. Furthermore, immune response is described. To determine the performance of NIAD, the experiments comparing with different anomaly detection methods, such as negative selection algorithm (NSM), multilevel immune learning algorithm (MILA), and variable sized detectors algorithm (V-detector), were performed. The paper simplifies complex connectivity and coverage problem step by step. By means of theoretical analysis, math modeling and geometry proving and making use of geometric theories and the method of mathematics induction, the method of grid plot of sensor field is proposed from the viewpoints of topology. In the end, the analysis formulae of minimum number of cluster heads and nodes are respectively educed in theory under circumstances of full and seamless connectivity and coverage problem in wireless sensor networks. In order to promote communication and practical applications of traffic information, then can provide full, accurate, real time and sufficient traffic information service to public, government and correlative enterprises, in this paper, the authors proposed the dynamic traffic information collection and processing methods of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) common information platform (CIP) based on floating car technology. According to the characteristics of the ITS CIP data collection, they were required large scale, accurate and dynamic data collecting. A complete set of dynamic traffic information processing methods based on floating car technology were studied, including road data storage by two queues, error data elimination by taximeter, map matching by region dividing method and boundary rectangle, and traffic condition calculation by circle queues and A* algorithm. Especially Influenza A virus H5N1, which can cause illness in humans and many other animal species, has been a focus on many scientists. So it has become more and more important to research the evolution of the H5N1 and its features. There are many approaches to study the Influenza A virus H5N1. Among these methods the Z curve is a very useful method for visualizing and analyzing DNA sequences. It is a three-dimensional space curve constituting the unique representation of a given DNA sequence in the sense that each can be uniquely reconstructed from the other. This paper picks up the some DNA sequences of the Influenza A virus H5N1 (HA) from the NCBI database , which root in the same kind of host--chicken but occurred in different countries and different years, 2006,2007 and 2008, respectively. Based on the Z-Curve theory, we map the relevant curves and compare them, then calculate the base content. The conclusion is the corresponding Z curves of the sequences have some special geometrical features. This kind of style has poor real time and safety, so, in order to realize distributed long distance lighting equipment state control by work staff effectively at central control room, we design a set of wireless long distance lighting equipment control system through analyzing SCM MSP430F149 low power character, based on SCM MSP430F149 and wireless transmission chip nRF401. System is composed of upper PC, main controller, and each terminal controller. Upper PC controls main controller MSP430F19, and transmits control instruction to field controller, MSP430F149 controls corresponding lighting lamp switch state by wireless transceiver module. Upper PC can effectively complete wireless long distance lighting equipment control in real time. System transmission distance can reach 1000m in theory, which not only reduces physical route connection between terminal equipments, but also simplifies construction difficulty and complexity. Building strategic partnership of suppliers and manufacturers is a key link in supply chain management. How to select strategic suppliers will be very important to manufacturers. This paper presents a new optimization approach-VIKOR method to solve this problem with conflicting criteria or criteria of different units. Since this method provides a maximum ldquogroup utilityrdquo of the \"majority\" and a minimum of the individual regret of the \"opponent\", the obtained compromise solution could be readily accepted by the decision makers. The weights are determined by G1 method and entropy-weight method. After detection of QRS complex based on MMDT, we classified the waveform into four types based on its morphological characteristics and the optimum strategy for each type was described to detect the onset of Q wave. By introducing the 'wing' function, two referenced points of T peak were found, which was helpful to locate the T peak point and improve the performance of MMDT operator in detecting the bifid T wave and biphasic T wave. 80 data records from CSE database were used to evaluate the availability. The standard deviation of the onset calibration of QRS complex was limited in 6 ms while the standard deviation of the offset calibration of T wave was limited in 10 ms which were within the limits required by the CSE committee. This paper establish the cellular PSO algorithm, which combine the particle swarm optimization algorithm and cellular automata. This algorithm was tested in the simulation experiment, and the result indicate that the cellular PSO algorithm is a effective method of solving the problem of choosing the distribution centers location which can overcome the low precision of the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm.
