Red betel leaves contain flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and essential oils which are thought to be used as antimicrobials. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of red betel leaf (Piper crocatum) essential oil facial toner as an anti-acne toner against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. Red betel leaf is distilled to obtain essential oil, then tested for organoleptic, specific gravity, pH, viscosity, solubility in alcohol. Making facial toner preparations using concentrations of 10%, 20% and 30%. The results of the formula were then subjected to physical quality tests including organoleptic tests, pH tests, viscosity, anti-irritation tests, hedonic tests and activity tests against Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. Toner preparation activity test results obtained concentrations of 10% 9.2 mm, 20% 11.26 mm, 30% 13.46 mm. Intertrochanter fractures are fractures that occur in the pelvic bones with a transverse line from the greater trochanter to the lesser trochanter. Broken bones are a potential or real threat to a person's integrity, so they experience physiological and psychological disorders that can cause reactions in the form of pain. Traumatic pain due to bone fractures that damage healthy tissue. The first treatment is to observe whether there are other accompanying injuries, after that skin traction is applied which is considered effective before performing surgery to reduce pain. Objective: to determine the reduction in pain scale in intertrochanteric fracture patients after skin traction was applied. The method in this research uses a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques used questionnaire sheets and the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale. Data analysis used paired T test. The results showed that the intensity of pain before and after being given skin traction had decreased. Agricultural development is a means of effort to improve the standard of living of farmers, increase income, expand employment and business opportunities, and expand markets both domestically and abroad. This can be achieved through advanced, efficient and resilient agriculture so that it can increase yields, improve quality and support regional development. This study aims to analyze income, efficiency and costs of irrigated lowland rice farming in Wonosari district, Klaten. The method used in this research is to determine the sample by means of purposive sampling. Data analysis uses farming analysis such as analysis of income, efficiency and costs. The results of this research are the average income earned on irrigated rice fields in Wonosari District Rp. 10,542,703.72/Ha. Farming costs obtained by irrigation rice farmers amounted to IDR 11,009,059.63/Ha. Currently, the marketing team at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is starting to pioneer the development of marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. Problems that exist in terms of marketing include patient visits still tend to fluctuate, there are still few visitors on the YouTube channel and visitors on Instagram social media are still low. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding marketing strategies and the large number of marketing members who have double jobs result in less than optimal marketing efforts. This research carried out an intervention to measure the marketing team's knowledge before and after carrying out training related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a business strategy that combines processes, people and technology. The research was carried out in August 2023 at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital. The subjects in this research were 16 people from the Hospital marketing team consisting of Marketing, Public Relations and IT. The median score from the knowledge pre-test was 30, while the score median of post-test knowledge is 80. Bivariate analysis results p=0.000. This encompassed a variety of studies assessing the accuracy of hospital registers and self-reported data, obstacles and facilitators associated with weighing at delivery, the correlation between ultrasonography estimated foetal weight and birth weight, and the impact of quality improvement efforts on birth weight data. Additionally, indirectly related studies were considered, examining gestational weight gain, physical activity during pregnancy, infant anthropometry, and infant feeding practices. The findings indicate that while there remain challenges such as access to precise instruments and sufficient healthcare personnel, digital technology advancements, including digital health interventions, mobile-based solutions, and digital electrocardiograms, have significantly contributed to improving birth weight data accuracy and low birth weight prevalence. Furthermore, these advancements have also positively impacted other related aspects, such as gestational weight gain and community-based malnutrition screening, which indirectly influence newborn weight and overall infant and child well-being. Pregnant women are suggested to benefit from complementary therapy because it carries fewer risks than conventional therapy and they have a high degree of control over their health. Aim: This study aims to explore pregnant women’s insight into complementary therapy. Method: This study employed mix method to describe pregnant women’s insight into complementary therapy. Result: More than 50% of pregnant women in Indonesia have a good perception of complementary therapy. Three themes, including 1) definition of complementary therapy, 2) positive perception of complementary therapy, 3) negative perceptions of complementary therapy; supported the insight on complementary therapy in pregnancy. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that pregnant women in Indonesia have a positive perception of complementary therapies. Long term use of antidiabetic drugs can cause various unwanted side effects, which makes people with diabetes try to use natural materials to control blood glucose levels. The aim of this study was to determine the antidiabetic activity of ethanol extract guava leaves (Psidium guajava) on male mice with alloxan induction. Mice were induced intravenously by alloxan dose of 160 mg/kg bw. After 7 days, mice were diabetic (blood glucose levels > 175 mg/dL) and were divided into 5 groups: negative control group (only treated with CMC-Na) ,positive control group (glibenclamide 0.65 mg/kg bw) and the 3 other groups were given ethanol extract guava leaves (Psidium guajava) at doses of 150 ,300 and 600 mg/kg bw. Dosage administered for 15 days and blood glucose levels was checked every 3 days using a glucotest. Data were analyzed by LSD (Least Significant Difference). Ethanol extract guava leaves (Psidium guajava) at doses of 150 ,300 and 600 mg/kg bw can lower blood sugar levels from day 3 to day 15 and was significantly different compared to the negative control group (p<0,05). One of the nutrients whose needs are increasing is iron. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and diet with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. The method used in this research is an analytic observational research with a cross sectional research design. The research population is all young women at SMK Citra Medika Sragen. The research sample was 160 adolescent girls using stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi square test with 95% confidence level. The results of the study using statistical tests with chi-square values obtained on nutritional status with the incidence of anemia were p value = 0.008 <0.05. The results of the analysis of eating patterns with the incidence of anemia are p value = 0.004 < 0.05 with an OR of 0.409. Symptoms of autistic children may include repetitive movements, intense focus on one item, severe tantrum or self-abusive like behavior. In Malaysia, autism is still not clear and the public seems to lack good information or experience with people with ASD. Therefore, this study was investigated to describe the level of knowledge and attitude on ASD among public in Malaysia. A cross sectional study was conducted and Google link questionnaires containing demographic data, level of knowledge and attitude was distributed online via social media. Of 385 respondents, only 296 that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Collected data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. The findings suggested that public in Malaysia have a moderate level of knowledge (72%) and low level of positive attitude (57%) towards ASD. Even there are many Malaysian people have heard about autism but still many of them do not really understand the nature of children with autism. Some of them even cannot recognize the physical appearance of autistic children. We can conclude that lack of knowledge can lead to the negative attitudes towards autistic individuals and families.
