Основной фокус внимания авторов был сделан на целях и задачах данных программ, их достоинствах и недостатках, а также особенностях финансирования. Результаты анализа позволяют сделать вывод о перспективности разработки и реализации аналогичных программ в сфере транспортно-логистической инфраструктуры, интеграции транспортного комплекса и использования экологичного топлива на пространстве ЕАЭС. We analyze the green logistics and transport programs having been implemented and currently being implemented in the European Union. We focus on the aims and tasks of the programs in question, as well as their advantages and disadvantages and features of funding. Утверждается, что в нашей стране в последние несколько лет подход к экологическому туризму изменяется, его рассматривают в качестве выгодного бизнеса. Однако неконтролируемый экологический туризм может нанести существенный вред экосистеме. Для более четкого правового регулирования необходимо внести в законы определение понятия экологического туризма. Требуется более четкое законодательное регулирование данного вида деятельности. В статье раскрыты некоторые проблемы, затрудняющие развитие экологического туризма в пределах особо охраняемых природных территорий России. According to the author, tourism within specially protected natural areas in Russia is beginning to enter an active phase of development. It is alleged, that in our country, the approach to ecological tourism has changed recently, and it is considered to be quite a profitable business. However, uncontrolled eco-tourism might cause significant damage to the ecosystem. To ensure a clearer legal regulation, it is necessary to legislate the definition of eco-tourism. More precise legislative regulation of this type of activity is required. Кроме того, в статье рассматривается вопрос отнесения права на доступ к информации к той или иной категории – к имущественным правам или же цифровым. Автором рассматривается вопрос о внесении изменений в пользовательские соглашения на онлайн-платформах, которые позволяли бы передавать наследникам приобретенные пользователем электронные копии книг / фильмов, а также предлагается ряд поправок в действующее законодательство, которые направлены на легализацию «цифрового» наследства. According to the author in addition to objects of material world which a modern person can freely bequeath there is also a lot of «digital» ones wherefore the article attempts to define a relevant term to be applied when such a potential «property» is included in hereditary mass to wit the information, the right to information, or the right of access to information. In addition, the forms of including such kind of «property» in the inheritance are presented for consideration. Thereupon the article focuses on categorizing the right of access to information with referring the one either to property rights or to digital. The author considers making amendments to customs agreements on online platforms which would allow users to bequeath acquired electronic copies of book/films. The study provides data on expenditures of consolidated budget of the Russian Federation and the budgets of public non-budgetary funds for the development of physical culture and sports in federal regions. В статье отражен подход к анализу, оценке и управлению страновым риском такой деятельности химических предприятий при реализации своей продукции на партнерские рынки. Для анализа и оценки страновых рисков взяты данные по странам-членам БРИКС. С использованием регрессионного анализа оценено влияние на показатель экспорта химической продукции общего экспорта, индексов качества государственного управления и легкости ведения бизнеса (прямое влияние), индекса странового риска и человеческого капитала (обратное влияние). Таким образом, подтверждено влияние политического и финансово-экономического внешних рисков, что позволило сформулировать общие рекомендации по их нивелированию на примере двух стран-членов БРИКС – России и Китая. Risk management in exports is a topical problem under the transformation of world economic systems. We describe the approach to the analysis, assessment and management of country-related risks concerning the work of chemical companies when selling their products to partners’ markets. To analyze and assess country-related risks we use the data of BRICS countries. Relying on regression analysis we assess the impact of total export, the indices of state administration quality and ease of doing business (direct influence), the index of country-related risk and human capital (reverse influence). Показано современное видение категории недвижимости российским законодателем, разделение ее на недвижимые вещи по естественным свойствам и по закону. Проанализированы критерии, согласно которым объекты недвижимости подразделяются на виды. Рассмотрены особенности отнесения к недвижимости вещей в ведущих государствах Западной Европы, входящих, как и Россия, в романо-германскую правовую семью, а также в Великобритании и США, относящихся к англосаксонской правовой семье. Сформулированы предложения о внесении коррективов в законодательство, регламентирующее основания отнесения вещей к объектам недвижимости. The article examines historical aspects of the use of \"real estate\" term in the civil legislation of Russia along with changes in its content taken place during the last three centuries of legislative practice. The paper also focuses on the views of Russian legal scholars related to the essential features of real estate objects. The modern Russian legislator’s vision of real estate category is shown with the division thereof into immovable things as per its natural characteristics and according to the law. The criteria by which real estate objects are divided into types are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to specific features of attribution of things to real estate in the leading states of Western Europe, as Russia alike belonging to the Romano-German legal family, as well as in the UK and the USA, belonging to the Anglo-Saxon legal family, are considered. Социо-эколого-экономическая оценка устойчивости аграрного сектора экономики в разрезе трех критериев развития – социального, экономического и экологического как единого оценочного показателя позволит проводить экспресс-анализ и мониторинг через основные факторы и составляющие, учитывающие специфику аграрной отрасли как комплексной системы. Итоги мониторинга позволяют выявить совокупность критериев, определяющих вектор устойчивого развития агарной отрасли как основополагающего фактора развития сельских территорий. We substantiate the strategic importance of the institutional environment of agricultural industry that determines its specific features concerning the organization and economic mechanism of the adaptation of agrarian sector to the new global environment as a socio-ecological-economic system. Social, ecological and economic assessment of sustainability of agrarian sector from the point of view of three development criteria, namely social, economic and ecological, as a single indicator enables to carry out express analysis as well as monitoring relying on key factors and components taking into consideration the specific features of agrarian industry as a complex system.
