Assessment Indicators of Socio-Economic State of Agriculture (by the example of Omsk region)

Abstract

В статье обоснована стратегическая важность институциональной среды сельскохозяйственной отрасли, которая определяет ее специфику в области организационно-экономического механизма адаптации аграрного сектора к условиям новых качеств глобальной среды как социо-эколого-экономической системы. Социо-эколого-экономическая оценка устойчивости аграрного сектора экономики в разрезе трех критериев развития – социального, экономического и экологического как единого оценочного показателя позволит проводить экспресс-анализ и мониторинг через основные факторы и составляющие, учитывающие специфику аграрной отрасли как комплексной системы. Итоги мониторинга позволяют выявить совокупность критериев, определяющих вектор устойчивого развития агарной отрасли как основополагающего фактора развития сельских территорий. We substantiate the strategic importance of the institutional environment of agricultural industry that determines its specific features concerning the organization and economic mechanism of the adaptation of agrarian sector to the new global environment as a socio-ecological-economic system. Social, ecological and economic assessment of sustainability of agrarian sector from the point of view of three development criteria, namely social, economic and ecological, as a single indicator enables to carry out express analysis as well as monitoring relying on key factors and components taking into consideration the specific features of agrarian industry as a complex system. The monitoring results help to distinguish a set of criteria determining the direction for sustainable development of the agrarian industry as the basic factor of rural territories development.
