On Provision of Municipal Formations with Related Infrastructure to Attract Citizens to Physical Culture and Sports

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы обеспечения муниципальных образований объектами спортивной инфраструктуры в контексте реализации национальной цели развития Российской Федерации «Сохранение населения, здоровье и благополучие людей». Приводятся данные о расходах консолидированного бюджета Российской Федерации и бюджетов государственных внебюджетных фондов на развитие физической культуры и спорта в разрезе федеральных округов. Показаны результаты экспертных оценок фактической обеспеченности муниципальных образований инфраструктурными объектами для занятий населения физической культурой и спортом. The article focuses on provision of municipalities with sports infrastructure in the context of implementation of a national objective of the development of the Russian Federation «Maintenance of Population, Health and Well-being of People». The study provides data on expenditures of consolidated budget of the Russian Federation and the budgets of public non-budgetary funds for the development of physical culture and sports in federal regions. The paper furthermore shows results of the expert assessment of the supply of municipal formations with infrastructural facilities for encouraging the population to go in for physical culture and sports.
