As a criterion for choosing the necessary spectral coefficients of the cardiosignal decompositions in the Chebyshev basis set, was chosen the energy criterion. As diagnostic features, was used a such spectral coefficients that according to the Bessel inequality, contribute to the energy of the cardiosignal statistical estimation realization not less than 95% at their minimal number. The authors developed wireless sensor network (WSN) for express-diagnostics of agricultural plants' state, created the appropriate hardware, software and methodological support. The developed network now is implemented and under field tests both in open agricultural lands and in smart greenhouses. The main contribution of this paper is the design and fast-prototyping of WSN, taking into account the requirements of application task concerning field usage, long time of autonomous operation and measuring environmental parameters. Dynamics model is decomposed into two interrelated difference equations systems for measurable and unmeasurable CM nodes respectively. In the first equations system of the CM model fluctuations of the unmeasurable coordinates are considered as external disturbances. Structure and weighting coefficients of the CM model is previously identified in impulse process mode under incomplete measurements of the CM nodes coordinates. Variations of the CM weights against the identified values are considered as internal disturbances during further exploitation of the complex system. The hardware and time characteristics of matrix and multilayer binary number multipliers with the use of improved structures of single-digit full and half adders are investigated. Using theory of spatio-temporal graphs recursive multistep structures of the multipliers are developed. The analytical expressions for evaluation of the complexity of developed multiplier structures are obtained. It is determined that the algorithmic and conveyor structures of the multipliers have high speed and require significant hardware complexity, in contrast to the proposed multi-cycle structures that have significantly lower performance, but the hardware complexity and the corresponding occupied area on the crystal are minimal. The paper discusses a pilot version of the computer software, where one of such phenomena (namely, so-called interannual temperature variability) is involved into the consideration in daily terms for time and temperature coordinates. Cycling is organized per a local climate system, where five logically independent procedures operate with specialized 3D-structure. Each 3D-structure consists of 20-50 thousands samples of the meteorological observations on land surface air temperature daily means. The theoretical base is provided by the conceptual model on local climate dynamics (so-called HDS-model), where both the amplitude quantization (limited by the temperature Hysteresis) and the time quantization (the Double Synchronization) compete. Thus alternations between three elementary dynamical processes with the same period (one year) and different patterns of annual warming-cooling cycles exist instead of traditional trend estimations calculated for the annual and/or monthly means.
