The novelty of the researcher's writing. This research is qualitative. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data. The type of qualitative research used in this research is library research. Islamic education for children carried out by parents and teachers in formal, non-formal, and informal education must be equipped with good communication skills. Of course, communication under the Qur'an demanded reliability and promoting dialogue. Parents and teachers must be able to communicate teaching material so that it can be implemented by the child, which in the end, has a positive impact on the child. In everyday life, parents and teachers must be able to communicate well with children because communication is essential. The Islamic Religious Education teacher at Mahfilud Duror II Vocational School saw students' lack of enthusiasm to participate in learning. The Islamic Religious Education Teacher used the Student Facilitator and Explaining strategy because he felt this strategy was easier to solve the student's problems and was under the learning objectives. The purpose of implementing the Student Facilitator and Explaining is to make students more active and to practice public speaking for students. The research context discusses how to plan, implement, and evaluate the Student Facilitator and Explaining in learning Islamic Religious Education at Mahfilud Duror II Vocational School. Strategy planning Student Facilitator and Explaining in Islamic education learning: syllabus, lesson plans, and worksheets. (2) Implementation of the Student Facilitator and Explaining in Islamic education learning, which is related to the steps for implementing the Student Facilitator and Explaining in education Islamic learning following the preparation of lesson plans, namely preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. Related the obstacles in implementing the Student Facilitator and Explaining in Islamic education learning are the need for more learning resources, time allocation, and student learning motivation. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data analysis used in this study is a qualitative analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. To test the validity of the data obtained, the researchers used to source and technical triangulation. The study results show that: 1) The forms of application of reward that are applied are verbal and non-verbal. Punishment in the form: of light, moderate, and severe punishment. 2) factors supporting the application of rewards and punishments are the intention and enthusiasm of the students, the teacher’s participation in memorizing at least juz 30, encouragement given by parents, and positive activities in the community. The inhibiting factors are laziness, joking when learning, teachers’ absence, and parents not accepting their children being punished. The development of science and technology 3) The positive effects of reward and punishment include increased enthusiasm, motivation, responsibility, and discipline. The negative impact of applying the reward is envy. It can be seen from many pesantren cottage alumni who participated actively in the development of this nation. But there are also so much criticism of the weaknesses of the educational process at the school, especially in terms of the curriculum, for example, limitations and less actual of pesantren cottage curriculum. Starting from these criticisms, and an awareness and desire among boarding schools, the boarding school curriculum enrichment balance between religious sciences and general sciences are a must. With the integration of Islamic boarding school religious knowledge with general knowledge, it is hoped that pesantren alumni will be able to take part and compete in society. Not many researchers have explored the dynamics of the pesantren curriculum. The purpose of this research is to examine how the dynamics of curriculum Pesantren Cottage Al Mukhtariyah Portibi Sungai Dua North Padang Lawas regency. The study was carried out data collection and dug out of resources through interviews, and study documentation and field notes, observations set forth in the form of descriptions that were then analyzed using qualitative data analysis interactive model of Miles and Huberman. After the gathering and analysis of data, it indicated that at the beginning of the Pesantren Cottage of Al Mukhtariyah Sungai Dua Portibi from 1932 to 1948 in the period of Mr. Tuan Sheikh Mukhtar that the curriculum is applied is sourced to the kitab kuning.So also during the years 1948-1952 Mustafa Buya, there is no change, the curriculum in pesantren still use thekitab kuning, then Mr. Zaharuddin started during 1958 to 1989 still made the kitab kuning  the curriculum.However the early 1990s during the period of Mr. Zaharuddin  pesantren cottage began to include some general lessons for junior secondary level, Mr. Qomaruzzaman the next period where the yellow book as a source or reference in the teaching and learning process at the school has begun to diminish, and the other side to add general subjects, or in other words pesantren cottage Al Mukhtariyah already implementing the National Curriculum for the Department of Religion and Aliyah junior secondary school level, as well as the period of H. This study aims to find out how the role of this majlis ta'lim is to foster religious education for young women in Kediri Sedayu Village, West Lombok, and how the coaching process is. This study indicates several roles of the majlis ta'lim Mahabbatul Khadijah in fostering the religious education of young women in Kediri Village, West Lombok, as a place for teaching and learning to increase religious knowledge, a place to build networking, and a place of study for free. Meanwhile, the coaching process carried out by the majlis ta'lim in fostering the religious education of young women is by conducting study activities and practicing religious values ??such as holding clean Friday programs and social services. For example, clean Friday programs such as cleaning the prayer rooms or mosques in Kediri Sedayu Village, West Lombok. Meanwhile, the form of social service activities carried out by the Mahabbatul Khadijah majlis ta'lim such as providing donations to orphans and responding to natural disasters. From the survey results, it is hoped that data can be obtained regarding what factors influence the e-Learning-based learning system to be applied to UIN KHAS Jember students. The variables used are Study Habits and Technology Habits. The data analysis method used in this research is the 1 sample proportion test and the Chi-Square test. Respondents used were UIN KHAS Jember students Class of 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. From a series of data collection to the analysis stage, several conclusions can be drawn, namely the number of UIN KHAS Jember students ready to face the e-learning learning system by 60% (or more than 50% of students). The variables that affect student readiness in dealing with e-learning learning systems are study habits and technology habits. They are making it a new challenge for Islamic boarding schools or pondok pesantren that must maintain their existence in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as an institution that provides not only religious provisions but also skills and praxis for santri in facing the 21st century. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study. The implementation of life skills education in increasing emotional, behavior, and cognitive autonomy contained various pesantren activities such as development activities: al- banjari, computer mastery, scouts, English club, keputrian, karate, and PGPQ program. This study seeks to describe and analyze the dynamics of socio-cultural changes at MA Miftahul Ulum Lumajang after the COVID-19 pandemic using social engineering theory as an analytical tool. The research method uses a phenomenological qualitative approach. The results showed: The socio-cultural changes that occurred in MA Miftahul Ulum Banyuputih Kidul Jatiroto Lumajang during the covid-19 pandemic covered various aspects, both in terms of teaching and learning activities, communication patterns between teachers and students, including the psychological aspects of teachers and students in dealing with learning activities.
