The results show that the increase of vehicle speed from 90km/h to 130km/h will increase the longitudinal vibration acceleration of the railway piggyback transportation, and the value will increase from 0.64g to 0.98g. Owing to the current electricity consumption data collected by smart meters having the characteristics of small data size and strong volatility, a parallel-channel convolutional neural network (CNN) and Bi-direction Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) model (PC-CNN-BiLSTM) is proposed. Furthermore, an improved layered transfer learning strategy is proposed to extract the similar characteristics of the source domain data and the target domain data to improve the electricity consumption prediction accuracy as the available data sample is insufficient. We compare our model performance with that of deep learning to verify our approach, experimental results show that the proposed parallel-channels model can improve the prediction accuracy. Also, recovering the absolute scale of the monocular VO usually requires some prior knowledge. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end framework based on U-Net and deep recurrent neural networks (RNNs) for training and deployment, which directly estimates poses from a sequence of raw RGB images without using any modules of the conventional VO system and thus without fine-tuning the parameters of the VO system. Also, no prior knowledge of the scene is necessary in our method. To solve the problem that current deep learning methods only predict poses between frames, we first use U-Net to automatically learn effective feature representations for VO, and then utilize RNN to implicitly model sequence dynamics and relationships. This method makes full use of the context information of sequence frames to achieve accurate and robust VO localization. The secondary development is carried out through TraCI interface and python programming language. The speed standard deviation, lane changing speed, density, departure delay and operation delay are proposed as the traffic flow evaluation indexes of hard shoulder open sections, and the impact of different speed limit schemes on road traffic characteristics after hard shoulder opening is analyzed. The results show that hard shoulder running can improve the traffic capacity of Jingxiong expressway by 22.5%, and the optimal traffic volume range of hard shoulder opening is 8000–9800 pcu/h. With the reduction of the overall speed limit in the open section of hard shoulder, the standard deviation of speed continues to decrease, and the density and operation delay show an increasing trend. In the free flow state, the number of lane changes increases with the reduction of the overall speed limit of the road section. In the case of congested flow, the impact of the gradual reduction of the speed limit of the road section on the total number of lane changes is weakened. When the road is not congested, opening the hard shoulder can reduce the departure delay by 100%. The paper discusses the influence of outdoor environment, previous output, temperature schedule on the prediction accuracy. Firstly, inspired by the Hooke's Joint, we complete the design of spinal mechanism with 2 rotational DOFs, which is driven by 4 parallel PAMs, and achieve feedback of posture by using 2 encoders fitted on sides. Furthermore, in order to enhance the mechanism's loading capacity, we adopt the X-shaped controlling layout of PAMs instead of cross-shaped controlling layout of that. Secondly, we use proportional-integral-derivative (PID) algorithm to control the spinal mechanism and tested its performance through tracking step, sine as well as central pattern generator (CPG) planning trajectories. Aiming at the problem that the input electrolytic capacitor affects the volume of the power adapter, a topological structure of the power adapter without input electrolytic capacitor is proposed in this paper. This topology adds an energy compensation loop based on the flyback converter. The balance between input instantaneous power and output power is realized by controlling the charge and discharge of the energy storage capacitor in the energy compensation loop to reduce the low output voltage ripple. The working principle and switching mode of the topology is analyzed in detail, the key parameters of the circuit are designed for the proposed circuit topology, and a control strategy for the circuit topology based on one-cycle control is proposed. Finally, the circuit topology and control principle is verified by simulation at 60W. The attention mechanism module strengthens the learning of useful channel information and suppresses useless channel information through the learning of global channel information. The residual module is a stack of the original Esrgan model block, which is the normalization of the channel dimension and retains the high-frequency features of the image. ET is also vital component of global energy balance, which has a proportion of 60 present of net radiation. Since ET plays a critical role worldwide, especially in water management, it has been studied extensively in the past decades. To meet the actual needs of practical application for management departments at all levels in China, we developed a remote sensing-based monitoring platform to provide real-time estimation and short term forecast of water consumption and requirement without manual operation and maintenance. The platform built in a series of standard remote sensing and meteorological data processing program and a simple but robust forecast method was used and validated at 9 different regions that covers major grain producing areas and climatic zones. Results showed that the accuracy of water requirement forecast is over 80% up to 40 days leading time.
