Promover la construcción de redes sociales más potentes contribuye a su bienestar personal e inclusión social y a enriquecer la diversidad de la sociedad. Este artículo presenta el proceso llevado a cabo en el diseño y validación de un instrumento que tiene por objeto apoyar la construcción de redes sociales de jóvenes y adultos con discapacidad intelectual. La elaboración de este dispositivo se ha articulado en diversas fases que incluyen un exhaustivo análisis bibliográfico, varias rondas de discusión y revisión interna y la validación por parte de profesionales de servicios dirigidos a personas adultas con discapacidad intelectual, profesorado de centros educativos y personas con discapacidad intelectual. Este proceso de validación se ha llevado a cabo en el ámbito nacional e internacional y se concreta en el Marco de calidad para las buenas prácticas de apoyo a la construcción de redes sociales (MdC-RS). A nivel regional, la tasa de analfabetismo entre personas con discapacidad es cinco veces mayor a la media y el número de niñas y niños con discapacidad que abandonan la educación primaria es cuatro veces más alto que la media. La Cooperación Española cuenta con una larga trayectoria de trabajo en América Latina y el Caribe en el ámbito del reconocimiento y protección y del ejercicio efectivo de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad, a través de proyectos de fortalecimiento de instituciones públicas y de apoyo a las organizaciones de la sociedad civil de la región, pero también en colaboración con las entidades representativas españolas, desde el ámbito cultural... {"title":"As metáforas no discurso de/sobre André Ventura: as metáforas que constrói André Ventura e as que constroem sobre ele","authors":"Ana Sofia Meneses da Silva","doi":"10.21747/21833958/red12a7","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21747/21833958/red12a7","url":null,"abstract":"Through an interdisciplinary approach between Cognitive Linguistics and Critical Discourse Analysis, we aim to identify and analyse conceptual and situational metaphors present in the interventions of MP André Ventura in the Portuguese Parliament and in tweets both from the MP’s official account and from other accounts that publish comments about him. For this purpose, we collected data from 15 reports of the Assembly of the Republic Diary and from 98 tweets, then proceeded to manually annotate the metaphors and to search them by target domain. The results show many conceptual metaphors in their interventions, where they function as an attack on the political opponent, and of situated metaphors in Twitter comments, discursively and cognitively constructed by network users based on cultural assumptions. For this, we reflect on the concept of manipulation advocated by Breton (1999) and base ourselves on the sociocognitive perspective advocated by van Dijk (2012) for the analysis of the phenomenon of discursive ma-nipulation. We also discuss the concept of social representations defended by Moscovici (1976) and Jodelet (2001) and we join the discursive approach defended by Irineu (2021) to analyze two texts published between the months of December 2021 and January 2022 on internet social networks. Therefore, we analyze to what extent the relationship between discursive memory and the event shown by the mentioned headline can bring to light a discursive event. The corpus consists of clippings of posts made on the social platform Instagram shortly after the publication of the mentioned headline. We use a text representative of the posi-tion contrary to the ESP that aims to reframe the Practical Problem concerning the possible needs for action that become relevant in the social sphere of educational practices. For this, we assume the Argumentation Theory, in particular the notions of macrostructure and functional configuration of epistemic argumentation (Toulmin, 2003[1958]; Toulmin; Rieke; Janik, 1984[1978]) and practical argumentation (Fairclough; Fairclough, 2012; Gonçalves-Segundo, 2019). More punctually, we as-sume the studies on Polemics (Amossy, 2016; 2014), Critical Discourse Analysis (Fairclough, 2003; Gonçalves-Segundo, 2018), in addition to the cognitive-functional discussion on Epistemic Posi-tioning (Gonçalves-Segundo, 2020b; Marín-Arrese, 2011). We identified an articulation that, firstly, seeks to question the validity of the reading of the current state of affairs in the discourse of favora-ble positions to the ESP and that, secondly, challenges the Motivating Circumstances that justify the ESP proposal and that fuel controversial dissent. {"title":"O discurso fundamentalista cristão no Governo Bolsonaro: uma análise de enunciados do Twitter","authors":"Sandson de Souza Costa, Francisco Vieira da Silva","doi":"10.21747/21833958/red12a2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21747/21833958/red12a2","url":null,"abstract":"This article examines the current discursive practices that articulate the religious with the political with the objective of analyzing the conditions of possibility of emergence of the Christian fundamentalist discourse in the Bolsonaro Government materialized on Twitter, in the period from 2018 to 2022. methodologically, we will mobilize an archeogenealogy of the relations of knowledge and power that inscribe these discursivities within social confrontations, from the perspective of Foucauldian Discursive Studies. We cut out from our archive to compose the corpus of analysis six utterances conveyed by Bolsonarists that circulated on the Twitter platform in 2018-2022. As a relevant issue, Bolsonarism strategically constitutes itself, manifesting forms of rational-ity and power correlations that cross the political sphere with the belief in absolute moral values. In the economy of these discourses, fundamentalist practices emerge that make visible a will to truth based on the universality of knowledge produced in the exercise of power, threatening the demo-cratic experience in Brazil. From the campaign slogan to the reproduc-tion of a bible verse, the ex-president tends to direct his discourse, of a religious nature, to a conserv-ative and Christian audience, which contributed significantly to his victory in the 2018 elections. This discourse aims to please this part of society, in order to maintain a political base as president and, in 2022, as a candidate for re-election. This analysis is based on theoretical formulations of Dis-course Analysis, exploring the relations between the studies of Pêcheux (ideological formations), Foucault (power relations) and Orlandi, demonstrating the relations between language, subject and historicity present in the discourse. With this study, we aim to contribute to Foucauldian discursive studies, starting with the explanation of the notion of enuncia-tive function in the analysis of racist discourses, and showing that the statements always point to others that belong to the same enunciate network. To carry out the analysis, we will use, as meth-odological tools, the studies of Discourse Analysis carried out by Michel Foucault, especially the concepts of enunciation, power, and resistance. We will carry out the analyses to verify the presence of discursive regularities of animalization, dehumanization, and demoralization of excluded sub-jects. In addition, we will analyze the materialization of emotions in the statements that make up the discourses of resentment and repression. We will start with the statement that you must respect your opponent. When you score a goal, if you want to dance, go to the Sambadrome in Brazil. Here, what you must do is respect your fellow professionals and stop monkeying around to carry out the proposed checks.
