The research method used in this study is amixed methodology. Mixed methods produce more comprehensive facts in researching research problems, because this researcher has the freedom to use all data collection tools according to the type of data needed. The analysis technique uses a qualitative data analysis approach carried out interactively and continues continuously until completion. Activities in this data analysis include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study using the EKOP model on (1) Evaluation of the quality of learning among Teachers in the Classroom Performance is already good with maximum score results above 80.00%, Learning Facilities are quite above 60.00%, Class climate is enough above 60.00%, Learning Attitudes are quite good above 70.00%, and (5) Student learning motivation in student learning is quite good above 70.00%. Furthermore, the evaluation of learning outputs in terms of academic skills, which are taken from the results of formative and summative tests in both madrasas are also quite good. The average score raport of the Mapel History in MAN 1 was 84.34, while in MAN 4 Pekanbaru City it was 82.08. Thus it can be concluded that the evaluation of history learning programs in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Pekanbaru City by using the EKOP learning model is very effective for evaluation of learning in schools. To answer the two problems, authors conducted literature study method by collecting several articles from research results related to the research theme. Data collection is done by analyzing the source documents and literature. The results of this study indicate that the use of historical relics in the surrounding environment can lead to effective learning, coupled with the application of local history learning material using interactive media that follows the times, such as videos, digital books, and the internet. In doing so, research problems were formulated, data (especially from peer-reviewed articles) were gathered, corroborated, presented and discussed accordingly. This study finds that Covid-19 has changed the educational landscape worldwide, including Indonesia. Given the unfortunate condition of the pandemic, many educational institutions shifted their teaching and learning into online. It provides various challenges as well as opportunities to use various new digital media in education, including digital history. Emerged in the late 20th century, digital history provides opportunities for history teachers or educators to use it as sources of history learning, especially on local history. SMA Negeri 1 Sumberpucung terletak di kabupaten Malang, mengaplikasikan kearifan lokal masyarakat Malang dalam pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler maupun intrakulikuler. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat Malang yang digali adalah nilai kejujuran (sportifitas), kemandirian, keteguhan hati, kebersamaan, toleransi, kepekaan sosial, karakter Lugas, Jujur, semangat kesetaraan, kesederhanaan, perdamaian, progresif dan menghargai pluralis kebudayaan. Siswa diajarkan memiliki jiwa kearifan lokal Malang melalui kreativitas seni, kegiatanan sosial, dan adat istiadat yang dapat dinikmati oleh Masyarakat setempat. Dengan mengaplikasikan secara optimal pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal Malang. Sebagian besar siswa SMAN 1 Sumberpucung memiliki kemandirian berwirausaha, dengan menjual kuliner khas Malang, dan menjadi siswa mandiri dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dilingkungannya. Bahkan, mengoptimalkan fungsinya guna mempertahankan rekonsiliasi konflik Ambon Maluku yang telah tercapai. Masyarakat Ambon Maluku mendefinisikan Pela Gandong sebagai model persahabatan, sistem persaudaraan, atau sistem persekutuan yang di kembangkan antar seluruh penduduk asli dari dua negeri atau lebih bahkan sebelum kedatangan kolonial. Saat konflik Ambon terjadi Pela Gandong menjadi bagian dari resolusi konflik. Dewasa ini, masyarakat Ambon Maluku telah memperluas fungsi Pela Gandong diberbagai bidang termasuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana implementasi nilai local wisdom Pela Gandong dalam pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Januari 2018 di SMPN 9 Ambon dengan 98 % siswanya beragama Kristen/Katolik dan SMPN 4 Salahutu Liang beragama 100 % Islam. Guna mendapatkan jawaban peneliti, dipergunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui metode studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan observasi-partisipatoris. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai multikultural Pela Gandong dapat terlaksana dengan baik dalam institusi pendidikan formal. Logika berpikir, intepretasi, dan komitmen diskursif mahasiswa terhadap narasi jati diri bangsa menjadi corpus penelitian. Pendekatan critical discourse analysis (Fairclough, 1992) digunakan untuk mengungkap artikulasi logis dari kontruksi logika (Angkersmith, 1974), dan hermeneutika-rekontruktif (Habermas, 1987) untuk intepretasi dan komitmen diskursif ketika mewacanakan jati diri bangsa. Temuan penting dari penelitian adalah kontruksi logika yang digunakan sebagai kerangka intepretasi, dan dasar epistemologi menarasikan wacana jati diri bangsa. Analisis menunjukkan, pilihan individu mempengaruhi penciptaan ide, pemecahan masalah, komitmen diskursif, dan pembuatan keputusan, sebagai indikasi tingkat ketercapaian mahasiswa dalam taksonomi Bloom hasil revisi Peggy Dettmer (2006) di ranah afektif. Dalam perspektif peneliti, artikulasi logis berkontribusi membentuk evaluasi humanis, yang tidak sekedar berdasar validitas tindakan, melainkan dengan validitas teori makna dari sikap.
