In addition, the regulatory work of expert organizations includes work on the admission of medicines, meaning the procedures for registration and confirmation of the quality of pharmaceutical products. Globalization processes lead to the need to harmonize regulations and procedures also in the field of examination of pharmaceutical products in different countries. This, in turn, requires the study of procedures for registration of drugs in countries around the world. Бишкек. Исследование общего самочувствия работниц во время работы проводилось анкетно-опросным методом. Были определены параметры микроклимата в швейных цехах (влажность, температура, скорость движения воздуха), уровни шума и освещенность портативным прибором MASTECH MS6300. Полученные результаты свидетельствовали о существенных нарушениях условий труда в швейных цехах. ABSTRACT The purpose of research is to conduct sanitary audit of employees’ labor conditions of sewing rooms in Bishkek. The study of general well-being of female workers during work has been provided by questionnaire method. Microclimate parameters have been determined in sewing rooms (humidity, temperature, air velocity), noise levels and illumination with a portable device MASTECH MS6300. Animals intra-gastrically received defoliant \"Fancalcidef\" in doses of 1/20; 1/50 LD50 (LD50 = 3800.0 mg/kg) and 0.8 mg/kg. The results of studies of biochemical parameters of blood serum indicate certain changes in liver function, which are related to violations of the activity of organospecific enzymes ALT, AST and increase the content of urea, pigments, total and direct bilirubin, as well as a decrease in total protein in blood serum. Для достижения больших индексов разведения, характеризующих высокую терапевтическую эффективность лекарства, используют метод Корсакова. Показано, что при приготовлении препаратов из органического сырья по методу Корсакову происходит деструкция макромолекул активного вещества, адсорбированного стеклом. По мере увеличения числа разведений, молекулярная масса продуктов деструкции в препарате быстро уменьшается до постоянного значения, что соответствует максимальному число возможных разведений препарата. Поэтому, метод Корсакова не может применяться для приготовления препаратов с той высокой степенью гомеопатических разведений, которую указывают изготовители. АBSTRACT Homeopathic medicines prepared by Hahnemann method in a new bowl at each stage of dilution of the drug or by Korsakov in one glass bottle. In order to achieve high dilution rates that characterize the high therapeutic efficacy of the drug, a more technological method of Korsakov is used. It`s shown that the destruction of macromolecules adsorbed on the glass of the active substance occurs in the preparation of drugs from organic raw materials by the Korsakov method. As the number of dilutions increases, the total molecular weight of the decomposition products in the preparation rapidly decreases to a constant value, which corresponds to the maximum number of possible dilutions of the drug.
