Violations in different parts of the hemostasis system were studied for these diseases in 120 examined patients being hospitalized at the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. It was found that the conditions related to hypercoagulation are characterized not only by vascular and platelet, but also by deep plasma disorders. Conditions accompanied by hypocoagulation are characterized by the development of severe hemorrhagic syndromes, inhibition of the fibrinolysis system, and impaired vascular resistance and permeability due to insufficient platelet function. A research objective the analysis of the reasons which are the cornerstone of pathogenesis of a preeclampsia according to literature. The analysis of 29 domestic and 16 foreign references is carried out. All reasons of development of a preeclampsia were divided into the \"social\" and reflecting indicators of somatic and reproductive health. A combination of 2-3 reasons more than 3 increased risk of development of a \"heavy\" preeclampsia, and – development of an eclampsia. Most of scientists carried unfavorable conditions of work, life, bad food to the burdening \"social\" reasons. Were distinguished from the burdening reasons of the anamnesis such as \"low\" parity, diseases of vascular and renal genesis. The basic reasons of a preeclampsia which are in \"social\" and the planes of health of women demand diagnostics before pregnancy. However, these measures have to have deep system character and be carried out at the \"population\" level. Всем больным РТМ было проведено оперативное лечение в объеме экстирпации матки с придатками, а через 2 недели после операции курс дистанционной гамма-терапии на линейном ускорителе «Clinac 600C» методом дробного фракционирования. ABSTRACT The aim of the work is to investigate the relationship of immune disorders during surgical and radiation treatment of patients with cancer of the uterus (RTM) with obesity. Patients with RTM 1a stage of the disease at the age of 61 to 70 years were examined. All patients with RTM underwent surgical treatment in the amount of extirpation of the uterus with appendages, and 2 weeks after the operation, a course of remote gamma-therapy with the linear accelerator “Clinac 600C” was performed using fractional fractionation. An increase in body mass index was detected in 73% of patients, as well as specific changes in the immune system at the stages of antitumor treatment in patients with uterine body cancer.","PeriodicalId":413811,"journal":{"name":"Medicine and pharmaceutics","volume":"138 3-4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114012993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hemostasiopathies can manifest as independent syndromes, as well as secondary hemorrhagic and thrombotic complications of a large number of other diseases: infectious, cardiovascular, blood diseases, etc. The problem of the prevention and treatment of thromboembolism, ischemia, and organ infarction continues to occupy a central place in modern clinical medicine, since these types of pathology are very common and dominate among the causes of sudden death of people and their early disability. There is a significant methodological re-equipment of clinical hemostasiology, decoding of mechanisms and the development of accurate methods for recognizing many forms of thrombotic hemostasiopathies, including recently identified ones.
