Currently, there are many tools for assessing the nutritional stare of a patient, including those with chronic liver disease. High normal blood pressure has been detected in 14.2%, arterial hypertension-in 7.9% of the examined patients. The most frequent increase in blood pressure has been recorded in boys (58.4%). The cytokine status in case of aplasia of hematopoiesis is estimated and the intensity of the synthesis of interleukins is determined depending on the severity of the disease and the treatment received. It was also concluded that the dynamics of the main regulatory cytokines during immunosuppressive therapy in patients with aplastic anemia can serve as a criterion for the effectiveness of treatment and the course of the disease.
