Pudrianisa","doi":"10.33633/JA.V1I2.2690","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33633/JA.V1I2.2690","url":null,"abstract":"AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses komunikasi negosiasi individu gaymemutuskan VCT (Voluntary, Counseling and Tasting) serta pendampingan secara sukarela.Informan penelitian adalah LSL yang tergabung dalam Semarang GAY@ Community yang terdiriatas tiga orang LSL negatif dan tiga orang LSL positif. Keluarga, teman dan pacar sesama LSLberpengaruh pada pengambilan keputusan saat proses negosiasi berjalan. Proses komunikasinegosiasi menggunakan tiga pendekatan yaitu framing sebagai posisi tawar, penyusunan pesan sebagai elemen dalam membentuk pesan persuasi, dan mengelola hubungan antara LSL dengan Dinas Kesehatan yang menyediakan layanan tes gratis dan layanan konseling(VCT) rutin, yang ditandai dengan perjanjian tertulis atau penandatangan kontrak sebagaibentuk kesepakatan antara negosiator (petugas kesehatan) dengan narasumber. Penelitianini menghasilkan sikap sukarela karena terdorong rasa tanggung jawab terhadap diri sendiridengan konsep komunikasi negosiasi berulang (multilayer negotiation) menggunakan gayakomunikasi yang berbeda yaitu karena paksaan, imbalan serta rasa penasaran.Kata kunci: Negosiasi berulang, LSL, VCT, ODHAAbstractThis research has purpose to understand a process communication of negotiation guyindividuals decide on VCT (Voluntary, Counseling and Tasting) as well as voluntary colleague.The research information were MSM who joined in Semarang GAY@ community consists thatof three persons negative and three persons positive include family,friends, girl or boy friendof MSM has an effect decision when during negotiation process. The process negotation usesthree approachs such as framing become undisturbed position,composing massage becomeelement and then massage transform persuasi, and can make relationship between MSM andpublic health office that provide service free test and conseling services (VCT), as indicated bya agreement or sign contract as a form of agreement between the negotiator (health worker)and the resource persen. Penelitian inibertujuan pertama, membongkar konstruksi wacana KPK dalam berita pasca sidang putusanpraperadilan pertama Setnov periode 30 September 2017 di Tribunnews.com, dan kedua,mengkaji faktor-faktor dibalik konstruksi Tribunnews.com tentang wacana KPK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Wacana Kritis Norman Fairclough.  Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk tingkat pertama adalah metode framing. Tingkat kedua adalahpemahaman teks dan konteks. Ada lima langkah yang dijadikan acuan. Pertama, fokus kepadaketidakberesan sosial  dalam aspek semiotikanya. Kedua, mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatanuntuk menangani aspek ketidakberesan sosial tersebut. Ketiga, mempertimbangkan apakahtatanan sosial membutuhkan ketidakberesan sosial itu. Keempat, mengidentifikasi cara-carayang mungkin untuk  mengatasi  hambatan  tersebut. Kelima, melakukan refleksi secara kritis darikeempat poin tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tribunnews.com meletakkan KPKsebagai pihak yang salah. Setnov yang benar. KPK dikonstruksikan  tidak memiliki kompetensi untuk menangani kasus Setnov. Tribunnews.com mengarahkan pandangan khalayak untukmenyudutkan KPK. Pihak Tribunnews.com melawan arus suara publik dalam pemberitaannyatentang KPK adalah sebagai strategi bisnis. Positioning Tribunnews.com ini dilakukan karenanyaris semua media online berada untuk membela KPK. Dari sudut pandang bisnis media halini tidak menguntungkan untuk mencari iklan.Kata Kunci : Konstruksi, Wacana Kritis, Berita Sidang, Komisi Pemberantasan KorupsiAbstractThe Corruption Eradication Commission is a state institution that is independent and incarrying out its duties and authority free from any power. This study aims at first, dismantlingthe construction of KPK discourse in the post-trial news of the first pre-trial ruling of Setnov forSeptember 30, 2017 at Tribunnews.com, and secondly reviewing the factors behind Tribunnews.com construction of the KPK discourse. The research method used is Critical Discourse  Analysisof Norman Fairclough. The method used for the first level is the framing method. The secondlevel is the understanding of text and context. There are five steps that are used as a reference.First, focus on social irregularities in its semiotic aspects. Second, identify barriers to address the social irregularities. Third, consider whether social order requires social irregularity. Fourth, identify possible ways to overcome these obstacles. Fifth, reflect critically from those four points.The results showed that Tribunnews.com put the KPK as the wrong party. Means that Setnov is the right one. KPK was constructed with no competence to handle Setnov’s case. Tribunnews.com directs the public view to cornering the KPK. Jurnalis foto memiliki peranan penting dalammembuat sebuah foto yang layak ditampilkan dan dapat memberikan gambaran kejadian dilapangan pada pembaca. Metode EDFAT membantu para jurnalis foto mendapatkan sebuahfoto yang bernilai berita. Secara teori memang metode EDFAT mencangkup semua hal yangdibutuhkan bagi para jurnalis foto untuk menghasilkan foto berita, namun ketika di lapangan para fotografer belum tentu menggunakan metode ini secara maksimal. Data yang akan diteliti merupakan foto-foto pilkada 2015 di harian Suara Merdeka. Foto-foto Pilkada 2015 yangterdapat pada Suara Merdeka semenjak masa kampanye sampai hari pelantikan dikumpulkan.8 foto dipilih dan dikaji menggunakan metode EDFAT untuk mengetahui seberapa efektifmetode tersebut dalam praktikum lapangan.Kata kunci : EDFAT,  Fotografi, Fotografi Jurnalistik, Pilkada 2015AbstractPhotography journalistic is one element in newspapers makes us read the whole news.Photojournalist crucial make a photograph worth displayed and can provide an illustrationscene to readers. Pelanggan merupakan partner bisnis yang sangat pentingbagi perusahaan karena disinilah proses interaksi produk, proses, dan jasa perusahaanyang sekaligus sebagai bagian dari rantai proses perusahaan dalam menyediakan produkdan jasa baik sebagai pengguna perantara maupun pengguna akhir.  Penelitian ini untukmenggambarkan bagaimana perusahaan distribusi membangun  konsep komunikasi yangtepat dan efektif dalam mengidentifikasi, menjaga kebutuhan serta keinginan pelanggan. Perusahaan harus mampu menerapkan komunikasi yang optimal dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan mempertahankan keberlangsungan bisnis jangka panjang terutamayang berkaitan dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif denganmetode deskriptif analisis. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dan tidak langsung,Focus Group Discussion,  tinjauan literature serta dokumentasi.Kata Kunci : Perusahaan Distribusi, Komunikasi, PelangganAbstractOne of the business success of the distribution company is determined from how the companybuilds communication with the customers. Customer is an important business partner of thecompany because this is where the process of interaction of products, processes, and servicesof the company as a part of the company’s chain process in providing products and services,both as an intermediary user and last user. This research is conducted to illustrate how thedistribution company builds appropriate and effective communication concepts in identifyingand maintaining customer’s needs and desires. Companies must be able to implement optimalcommunication in order to improve company performance and to maintain a long-termbusiness continuity, especially those which are related to the customers. This research used qualitative paradigm with descriptive method of analysis.
