However, the incompleteness of knowledge has degraded knowledge collaboration in the context of enterprise. This paper has addressed issues of knowledge acquisition for servicing user with needed information and product through agent technology and fuzzy ontology. Seller agent and buyer agent are constructed in this paper, which solves knowledge acquisition and utilization. In the end, the framework of knowledge management has been implemented to cut out knowledge application, and validation of the framework was verified by related empirical data.","PeriodicalId":413431,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114394452","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of core technical personnel in the hospital, the incentive model for the core technical personnel is built by combining the material and the immaterial incentive modes. And the effects of the cost coefficient of the immaterial incentive on the division coefficient, on the extent of the capability of the core technical personnel in the hospital are discussed. The results show that: 1) when the optimal effort extent is guaranteed, the immaterial incentive is substitutive to the material incentive, and the marginal substitutive rate increases by degrees, 2) only when the capability of the core technical personnel meets a certain condition does the immaterial incentive make positive effect on the core technical personnel in the hospital. And further, the phenomenon of \"limbo\" of technical personnel in the hospital is explained.","PeriodicalId":413431,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132247198","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the past decade, network based recommendation approaches have been demonstrated to be both more efficient and of lower computational complexity than collaborative filtering methods, however as far as we know, there is rare research on the robustness of network based recommendation approaches. In this paper, we conducted a serious of experiments to examine the robustness of five typical network based recommendation algorithms. The empirical results obtained from the movielens dataset show that all the two limited knowledge shilling attacks are successful against the network based algorithms, and the bandwagon attack affects very strongly against most network based recommendation algorithms, especially the algorithms considering the preferential diffusion at the last step. One way to relieve the attack impact is to assign the algorithm a heterogeneous initial resource configuration.","PeriodicalId":413431,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128694437","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we integrated a user preference matching algorithm based on communities of interests and a diverse information recommendation algorithm based on trustable neighbors to develop a hybrid information recommendation model that allows for both accuracy and diversity. Results of experiment and evaluation indicated this model can increase the diversity of recommendations with only a minimal accuracy loss.","PeriodicalId":413431,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133245871","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using data collected from 600 elderly people through field investigation with a questionnaire in a rural community in central China, the results show that the preferred information format of the vast majority of elderly people is audio and/or visual information product, especially audio product. Most of interviewees stated that they were in need of healthy and medical audio information products. The survey maybe lead to improved and expanded information services for respondents who are short of such services, including Public broadcasting services, extending the audiovisual collection, loaning audiovisuals, religious faith audiovisuals and others providing needed information to them. This paper assembles together views on what the elderly people currently need to be helped by both practitioners and researchers in the elderly people services domain.","PeriodicalId":413431,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127443115","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While in some application fields, such as text/audio/video classification and genome/protein function classification, the examples for learning are associated with a subset of a label set. The advances in the area of multi-label classification are summarized and organized into two classes according to their strategy. Meanwhile, the main characteristics of these methods are described. Specially, the ensemble methods for multi-label classification and methods for multi-label dataset with new characteristics are discussed.
