This study aims to determine the effect of creativity on marketing competence and its implications for raising capital investment, a case study on Kadin Jabar's business in Bandung. The research method applied was in the form of an analytical descriptive survey method, while the sample used was 42 respondents. The variables examined from each respondent are creativity, marketing competence, and capital investment accumulation. The type of data collected is primary data. The results of the study show that creativity has no effect but has a significant value on marketing competence. Citilink as one of the airlines that experiences problems related to meeting aircraft occupancy due to the competition map of airlines in Indonesia is quite numerous by offering various services to get customer satisfaction so that repurchases occur, Citilink's challenge in maintaining prices and service quality so that repurchase interest can continue to increase is important. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 400 respondents who were users of Citilink Indonesia airlines. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Price variable in the very good category was 85%, the Service Quality variable was already in the excellent category by 86%, and the repurchase interest variable in the very good category was 86%. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing orientation on marketing competence and its implications for sales performance, examining case studies on businesses assisted by Kadin Jabar in Bandung. The research method applied was in the form of an analytical descriptive survey method, while the sample used was 39 respondents. The variables studied from each respondent are marketing orientation, marketing competence, and sales performance. The type of data collected is primary data. The results of the study show that marketing orientation has a significant effect on marketing competence. Marketing competence has a significant effect on sales performance. The implication is that the marketing orientation of MSMEs as a stimulus must be immediately decided by management to create competent human resources, especially in the field of marketing, in order to produce performance in the field of sales according to target achievements. This study aims to determine and analyze the working capital management of PDAM Tirta Komodo in 2018 - 2020 in determining liquidity and profitability. The type of data used is secondary data sourced from the balance sheet and profit and loss statements for 2018 - 2020. Data analysis techniques use the analysis of the ratio of working capital turnover, liquidity ratio, profitability ratio. The results of the analysis show that the turnover of working capital has decreased continuously, resulting in an impact on the company's financial ability to fulfill obligations to third parties, as seen from the acquisition of current ratios and quick ratios that have increased continuously. The decrease in working capital turnover also has a significantimpact on the company's profitability gains, which is seen from the attractive ratio of NPM, ROA and ROE. The data taken are primary and secondary; primary data is taken from observations, documentation, and interviews with the chairwomanman, advisor, and group members. Secondary data are taken from a literature review. The results of the research conducted found that this group of farmer women has carried out management effectively to prevent food insecurity while improving their welfare by farming in groups. This is shown by the expansion of the cultivated land, which was originally only three hundred meters, to ten thousand meters with the addition of plant varieties, the improvement of the welfare of its members obtained from the purchase of cheap foodstuffs, and also the earning of wages from the sale of these crops. The group was also able to repay operational loans within two years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they were able to donate part of the harvest to orphans in the surrounding area. Quantitative research method The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 100 respondents. The sample is determined by considering certain characteristics the researcher has determined according to the research objectives. Characteristics of respondents in this study, namely: (1) status as contract employees; (2) Working period of fewer than 3 years; (3) Willing to be a respondent. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire at PT Bandar Alam Jakarta. The study results show that organizational commitment negatively and significantly affects employee turnover intention. This means that the lower the employee's organizational commitment, the higher the employee turnover intention. It is accordance with the concept of the blue economy. An appropriate technology that can be used for developing economic activity in the mangrove area but does not interfere with ecosystems is the crab breeding system, using the crab ball method. Crab ball is one of the methods for inserting crabs into a tool called a crab ball, where the use of the tool is not only friendly to the forest ecosystem, but also does not require a large financial investment. One of the areas with mangrove potential is in Tirtihargo Village, Bantul District, Yogyakarta. In this study, a feasibility study was conducted from the economic and financial sides to look at the potential of the implementation of this TTG. To measure the viability of the implementation of technology for the proper cultivation of crabs using the crab ball method using two analyses namely economic feasibility and financial feasibility analysis. On economic feasibility analysis using the benefit-cost ratio approach as well as on financial feasibility analysis using the three financial ratio approaches (payback period, net present value, and internal rate of return).
