By using MQTT protocol to upload the collected data to the cloud server and multiple protocol fusion method, the system can remotely control the sensor system and instrument in the sewage treatment plant and realize multiple protocol fusion communication. The implementation of pipeline protection is a necessary measure to ensure the smooth operation of the pipeline network, and video surveillance is an important technical means of pipeline protection. Existing video surveillance technology has the following problems in longdistance micro-targets, low-light images and intelligent identification in harsh environments. To tackle these problems, in this paper, we propose a set of optimization techniques to improve the situation. First, we propose a new objection detection method that can handle long-distance micro-targets. Here, the object detection refer to the detection of moving targets such as vehicles, people, animals. Second, we propose a transfer learning based photo-enhance technique under low light. It allows the upper computer software to send data to the ARM microcontroller through the CAN bus, to control the DA chip to adjust the voltage of the high-voltage power supply. The high-voltage signal is then reduced by an equal proportion to adjust the voltage value of the load on the lens. By changing the positive and negative voltage and the size of the voltage on each lens, the screening function of charged ions and neutral particles after passing the lens is realized. The paper discusses two kinds of K-means and how different companies should choose in the real life. For the data choosing parts, both -k mean method involves RFM models as a parameter. Both of the two methods used normalizing to standard all dependent variables less than one. The difference between the two methods is that the second improved one including Malicious and the difference between first and last purchase. Also, the improved k-means after normalizing the dependent variable, that add all them up as a CLV parameter. Then the improved k-mean mainly finds the relationship between CLV value and optimal center. Finally, this article recommends that companies with a larger customer base or who need to clarify customer needs need to use the second improved k-means in the article. The input signal first travels through two stages of LNA, then the RF filter leaves the 28.943 GHz component while filtering out the rest of the frequencies. In the next stage, the signal goes into a commercial IC from Analog Devices, and it is multiplied by the frequency of the local oscillator to mix the centre frequency down to 1 GHz. For the final stage of the receiver, the IF bandpass filter is designed to let the lGHz frequency pass while filtering out the rest. To meet the needs of building a multi-ecosystem of customer-side IoT service, the architecture of the customer-side IOT service platform is designed. In this paper, the Internet of Things technology is used to manage customer-side Internet of Things in power generation, transmission, distribution, power consumption, and transformation. This paper uses the edge computing framework to expand the client-side edge IoT proxy service. To be specific, by judging whether there are malicious relay nodes in the transmission path, the relay nodes whose trust degree does not satisfy the threshold are isolated from the whole blockchain network, which can ensure the security of the public ledger and realizing that private data will not be disclosed. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional data privacy protection technology, the proposed algorithm has strong practicability, effectively improves the security factor of data in the transmission process, and provides effective protection for the safe access of information and data privacy of distributed objects in smart grid. And compared with the traditional methods, the distributed data storage effectively solves the single point of failure problem and enhances the resilience of the network.
