The Polish government sends soldiers of the Polish Army to different regions of the world with the mission to create, maintain and create peace on all continents. Polish soldiers serve in peace-keeping, training and stabilisation missions all over the world under the auspices of the UN and NATO, and are exposed to various threats. One of these threats is the loss of personal data of Polish Armed Forces soldiers. This constitutes a danger and hazard to the vessel, its crew and passengers on board, and may also lead to a maritime accident or incident involving other vessels. Ciekanowski","doi":"10.5604/01.3001.0015.6600","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5604/01.3001.0015.6600","url":null,"abstract":"Contemporary and future threats to Europe in the 21st century constitute an important element of the European Union's security policy. Ongoing wars, terrorism, religious fanaticism and extreme poverty in third world countries led to a drastic wave of refugees that flooded Europe. The article presents the problem of threats related to the increasing migration, as well as the activities of the European Union aimed at preventing the migration crisis. The issue of Syrian refugees fleeing in desperation to Europe, a Europe that does not necessarily welcome them with open arms, was raised. The aim of the presented study is to analyze the situation of contemporary Europe in the context of threats related to the phenomenon of migration. Statistical data published by the most important institutions of the EU Member States, including data related to crimes committed by citizens who are not indigenous people of Europe, were thoroughly analyzed. Eurostat research, data disseminated by the Federal Criminal Police Office in Germany or statistics published by the Italian Istat were used. The conclusions from the above research allowed to verify the hypothesis that the migration crisis is a factor in the multifaceted destabilization of contemporary Europe, and the phenomenon of migration should be considered in this context. Scheffs","doi":"10.5604/01.3001.0015.0210","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5604/01.3001.0015.0210","url":null,"abstract":"Okręty wojenne jako jednostki autonomiczne do realizacji zadań, posiadają systemy rozpoznania, kierowania i rażenia. Powinny one być w zautomatyzowane w jeden system dowodzenia okrętu. Nie każda jednostka jest do tego przystosowania i nie każda ma takie możliwości. W ocenie ekspertów wojskowych środowisko przetwarzania danych na okręcie jest niewydolne w stosunku do potrzeb z uwagi na stopień skomplikowania sytuacji morskiej. Dlatego, aby efektywnie używać okręty należy stworzyć „mega” system wykorzystujący wszystkie okręty powiązane z systemami lotniczymi i lądowymi rodzajów sił zbrojnych.\u0000Artykuł prezentuje techniczno-organizacyjne założenia systemu rozpoznania C4ISR1 dla okrętu działającego w morskim środowisku sieciocentrycznym. Bazując na wnioskach i doświadczeniach Polskiego Kontyngentu Wojskowego w Iraku i Afganistanie oraz na założeniach teoretycznych specjalistów Marynarki Wojennej dotyczących działań okrętów na morzach i strefie przybrzeżnej można postawić tezę, że granice między operacjami wojskowymi i niewojskowymi coraz bardziej się zacierają. Rosnące zagrożenia niemilitarne kształtują przyszłe wykorzystanie systemów C4ISR okrętu. Można domniemywać, że systemy C4ISR okrętu będę wykorzystywane w operacjach niemilitarnych. Użycie okrętu to nadal domena operacji morskich, ale jednocześnie należy przypuszczać, iż sama ich obecność może zażegnywać sytuacje kryzysowe. W tym kontekście okręt może realizować zadania monitorowania sytuacji radioelektronicznej w obszarze mu wyznaczonym. Prophylactic activity and methods of reacting in the case of identification of perpetrators of prohibited acts are described. It was assumed that in the area of cybersecurity, avoiding threats concerns the educational space, hence information, education and social campaigns play an important role in contemporary social functioning. The study presents the formal and legal framework for the protection of cyberspace users, the functioning of which is determined, among others, by the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Penal Code, the International Convention on Cybercrime, the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction, Internet Management Forum, Safer Internet Centers, Scientific and Academic Computer Network. (NASK), Empowering Children Foundation and others.
