The research methodology consists in the application of analytical and empirical research methods to study the functioning of illusionism as a component of creative industries, which makes it possible to explain the prospects of socio-cultural and intercultural development. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the systematisation of the study of the art of illusionism as one of the relevant forms of cultural and artistic activity and practice, which is part of the stage and performative sector of creative industries. Conclusions. The art of illusionism is a rather specific type of theatrical spectacle and an element of mass culture, which usually appears in the form of an entertainment event, capable of actively influencing human emotions and feelings, retransmitting certain cultural values. Through the prism of spectacle, the art of illusionism is able to represent the context of socio-cultural space, serving as a tool of intercultural communication. At the current stage, within the framework of increasing the dynamics of the development of creative industries, the art of illusionism actively incorporates into its sphere the tools of event management, artistic techniques and means of stage-performance practices, which ultimately form the general system of the entertainment industry. \u0000Keywords: illusionism, creative industries, art, culture, society.","PeriodicalId":412134,"journal":{"name":"National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts Herald","volume":"80 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138954297","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research methodology. The method of analysis and synthesis, the historical method, the method of systematic, genre-stylistic and art analysis is applied. Scientific novelty. Peculiarities of theatrical direction of the Italian director of the end of the 20th – beginning of the 21st century have been studied. R. Castellucci in the context of his activities in the theatre company \"Societas Raffaello Sanzio\"; based on the art analysis of R. Castellucci's productions, the master's aesthetic theatrical code was revealed; the concept of \"destructive theatre\" by R. Castellucci was analysed through the prism of levelling the established codes of classical drama. Conclusions. Mysterious plays staged by the Italian director Romeo Castellucci have captivated the audience for more than several decades. The master creates unique living paintings, which are usually based on classical and religious themes and invoke tectonic, elemental forces – impressive visual effects are usually accompanied by organic soundscapes, and sometimes unfold in quasi-mystical silence. The director's work methodology and his system of ideas form a unique and dynamic aesthetic language. R. Castellucci pursues a meta-theatrical form of destruction through which the body, text, sound, narrative, and language are subjected to permanent decomposition, which destroys the audience's usual expectations of what to see and feel in the theatre. The director's aesthetic theatrical code is based on: the actor's physical extremity; a strange sound world and a peculiar use of dramatic speech (for example, incomprehensible words, frightening sounds, whispers, breathing, shouts, etc.); the presence of real animals that make natural sounds on the theatre stage; cars are used as sculptural objects with symbolic meaning. The research methodology is based on an interdisciplinary approach. To solve the tasks set, a number of scientific methods were used, namely: historical and chronological, method of comparison and generalisation, art historical analysis, using the principles of systematicity and historicism. The source base was the heritage of Cossack folklore – lyrical, epic, and lyric-epic works. Scientific novelty. The folklore heritage of the Cossack era – the works of the Cossacks themselves and oral folklore about the Cossacks – was studied in view of the presence in their numerous samples of references to elements of traditional costume as the personification of the material and spiritual culture of Ukrainians, where each part of the integral set of clothing performs utilitarian, aesthetic, ritual, ethno-patriotic, and other functions. This applies to such common costume components as shirt, hat, belt, outerwear, and shoes. They were not only everyday items but also symbols of individual events in Cossack life. Conclusions. The analysis of the national folklore heritage of the Cossack era – the works of the Cossacks themselves and oral folklore about the Cossacks – has testified to the presence in their numerous samples of references to elements of traditional costume as the personification of the material and spiritual culture of Ukrainians, where each part of the complete set of clothing plays utilitarian, aesthetic, ritual, ethnopatriotic, and other functions. It has been found that references to such elements of traditional clothing as headwear, underwear and outerwear, jewellery and footwear were used by the people in songs, dumas, legends, fairy tales, proverbs, and sayings to emphasise social status, romanticize, and heroise characters and events. \u0000Key words: folk costume, traditional clothing, ritual, Cossacks, Cossack folklore, oral folk art.","PeriodicalId":412134,"journal":{"name":"National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts Herald","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115473504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research methodology is based on systemic and value-based approaches, as well as on the application of analytical, synthetic, and cultural methods, which will allow a comprehensive consideration of the above issues and obtaining relevant research results. The scientific novelty lies in the theoretical understanding of issues of formation and development of creativity and creative environment of artistic educational institutions, which contributes to the realisation of the creative potential of the individual and the acquisition of professional competences. Conclusions. The study has revealed an increase in the role of the creativity component in the formation of a holistic space of art education, as well as the transformation of the paradigm in the field of education based on the general principles of humanisation and culturalisation, based on a comprehensive understanding of human existence in the world, their relationship with the environment and the value dimensions of personal development. It is proven that the development of the creative potential of the individual is carried out under the influence of a creative environment, which, in turn, becomes both a condition and a result of the activity of a creative individual. The basis of creativity is the inner potential of the individual, their professional self-realisation and the ability to generate new knowledge, which is largely formed in the environment of art education. Accordingly, art education institutions have the potential to form and/or transform into creative hubs for learning and creating an open creative environment in the process of creative activity, where an innovative product is created and space becomes creative. \u0000Key words: creativity, art education, creative space, creative personality, creative environment, art education institutions.","PeriodicalId":412134,"journal":{"name":"National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts Herald","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134521808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research methodology is the application of general scientific and special research methods determined by the artistic paradigm. The scientific novelty of the study lies in understanding the specifics of creating works of fine art with the help of modern digital technologies, taking into account their interactivity, network communication, and virtuality. The conducted analysis shows the rapid spread of digital technologies and the expansion of the artistic orientation in the creative activity of artists, which has led to the formation of a new generation of digital art consumers and is one of the important areas of research into the current transformations taking place in the field of culture and art. Conclusions. Digital technologies and fine arts are undoubtedly in constant dynamic development and interaction today, and are actively used by artists in their work. Digital technologies are a means of modelling and demonstrating laws and the basis of artistic, scientific, and technical creativity, which significantly affect the formation of form, ensuring the composition and perception of the work and are one of the means of creating the latest works of fine art. With the help of digital technologies, artists manage to convey more accurately the idea of the work, make it understandable to the maximum number of viewers. Moreover, it is important to note that it is not entirely correct to determine the value of works of fine art created by traditional or digital means. A contemporary artist determines the means of creating the work itself (using the traditional means of pencil and brush, or using a sequence of sticks and zeros), and there is also the possibility of combining traditional art with technological innovations. The research methodology is based on the use of comparative, empirical, and theoretical methods. This methodological approach allows to analyse the process of formation and history of development of fine art marketing, to conduct a study of marketing processes in the promotion of works of art in the art market at different times of human history. The scientific novelty is to expand the understanding of the fine art market. The article examines marketing processes in the art market at different historical times. The article analyses the problems that have been formed and overcome throughout the history of the emergence and formation of marketing in the field of culture and art. The article also analyses the theoretical foundations of fine art marketing and the ways of their practical implementation in different periods of art market formation. Conclusions. The conducted analysis allowed to determine that even before the emergence of the modern art market as an element of the general capitalist market, the movement of works of fine art thousands of years ago, in ancient times, contained elements of marketing approaches and technologies, which was entirely due to the processes of selling and buying works of art, exchanging them and collecting them. In particular, we are talking about the forerunners of marketing approaches and technologies aimed at satisfying the public demand for works of fine art; organising the collection, classification and collecting of works of fine art; conducting an examination of their quality and originality; determining the methods of promoting works in society that were already available at that time. Thus, before the emergence of the modern art market, there was a so-called \"wild market\" that in a certain way \"regulated\" the processes of movement of works of art in society. \u0000Key words: art marketing, art market, \"wild market\" of art works, marketing technologies.","PeriodicalId":412134,"journal":{"name":"National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts Herald","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114559600","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research methodology is based on historical, cultural analysis, and art study analysis. Scientific novelty. The author specifies which compartments of the upper tier in the Great Church (Dormition Cathedral) remained without paintings until the 1840s. The reason (the confidentiality of preservation of the Lavra treasury) for which these compartments were not painted in the late 1720s-1730, in 1772-1777 is established. The author reveals and attributes the compositions of the original Baroque decoration of the Church painted in the late 1720s-1730, and conducted the art historical analysis. Conclusions. According to archival documents, the upper side-altars of the Saint Apostle Andrew the First Called (altar part), of the Transfiguration of the Lord (altar part), of the Venerable Anthony of Pechersk and of the Venerable Theodosius of Pechersk were not painted in the 18th century. The absence of murals in these compartments was due to the will to have secret places to keep the Lavra treasures. Research methodology. The principles of the dialectical method are the basis of the research methodology. The study of globalisation in the field of culture and the analysis of the dynamics of socio-cultural systems is carried out using an interdisciplinary approach. In the study of globalisation as an open, self-developing system, the synergistic method is applied. The study also uses the methods of theoretical generalisation, analysis, and synthesis; structural and systemic methods, as well as cultural methods, which allowed for a comprehensive consideration of the specified problem and achievement of the relevant research results. The scientific novelty lies in the systematisation and generalisation of the main trends of the globalisation of culture and the dynamics of socio-cultural systems mediated by globalisation influences. Conclusions. Globalisation is one of the most pressing issues of contemporary research, due to both the interdisciplinary nature of the concept of globalisation and the multidimensionality and multifacetedness of this phenomenon. The dialectic of the complex interaction of all systems and components of social interaction leads to a configuration where a universal global culture is formed in parallel with the preservation of a wide and heterogeneous set of local cultures, which are non-linear processes. Globalisation generates new demarcation lines, new localities that do not coincide with the traditional ones – local, regional, national, ethnic, and others. Historically complex multi-level interrelationships, being the source of the development of globalisation processes, form its dialectical nature: on the one hand, internationalisation and globalisation are expanding and deepening, and on the other hand, processes of the opposite direction are actively developing. The dynamics of socio-cultural systems in the context of globalisation is determined by synergistic interactions of open complex systems, which, in the presence of external and internal determinants, are capable of qualitative transformations and changes within the system, producing the corresponding dynamics of transformational changes. \u0000Key words: globalisation, glocalisation, socio-cultural systems, culture system, nonlinearity, synergy.","PeriodicalId":412134,"journal":{"name":"National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts Herald","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131651787","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
