As such, the development of the Masjid as a very core of Islamic activities was necessary to be done. Masjid Baitul Mukmin in the hamlet of Karangrejo, village of Tempuran, regency of Sawoo, district of Ponorogo was one of the Masjid located in a remote area, far from the city center of Ponorogo. Both its physical and societal environment showed the lack of community's understanding regarding divine values has to be owned by Masjid; rather than symbolizing the strength of religiosity, the community of Karangrejo seemed not to pay close attention to the management of Masjid Baitul Mukmin. This paper highlighted several issues related to the optimization of Masjid Baitul Mukmin, particularly regarding the worth of cleanliness and the benefits of congregation prayer through socialization, preaching, and gathering with the citizens of Karangrejo Hamlet during the process of community development in the form of student study service (KKN). This paper concluded that there were several improvements in the society's understanding of the values of Masjid as the service ended. This community service activity is in the form of a secret peeling webinar activity that passes the National Education Training Center which aims to provide additional education related to professional and academic competencies for the scientific community and become a practical solution for publication for the scientific community. The scientific community in question is people who are in academia, such as teachers (teachers and lecturers), researchers, and students. This activity was attended by 52 participants from various professions and regions. In seeing the success of the objectives of this activity through data collection and analysis techniques in the form of video recording documentation of activities, observations and questionnaire responses of participants were carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. In the implementation of this webinar activity, it was quite successful in becoming a practical solution for publications for the scientific community, by showing the number of webinar participants attending more than 70% of the total number of registrants, there was a match between the planning and implementation stages, as well as the results of the participant's response questionnaire with average results. more than 80% responded positively. The method of this activity was carried out in the form of thematic KKN, which synergizes knowledge and solves problems in the community through the concept of empowerment and fosters students in implementing the understanding that they were engaged in community life. The steps of this activity consist of preparation, implementation, and evaluation of activities. Implementation of the Community Service Program in Lapao-pao Village, Wolo District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, for approximately one month starting on 3 September 2020 - 3 October 2020. Based on the activities carried out, it was concluded that all programs can be carried out well, smoothly, and realized 100%. With the implementation of these programs, it is hoped that it will be beneficial for the people of Lapao-pao Village. The service activity was carried out for two days. The first day adopted the tutorial lecture method, which included discussion, questions, and answers. While the second day focused on a data processing practicum with R, The results of the pre-test showed that the average knowledge of the target group on statistical data processing with R was only 10.41 points. After the training, the average score of the participants increased to 21.85 points. This service activity was statistically proven to increase the knowledge and skills of the participants; t (40) = 15.2719, p 0.001. The existence of this community is expected to become an arena for learning and sharing information about R. In addition, Sriwijaya University needs to continue financing the introduction of R software to the younger generation in the Ogan Ilir District, especially among students. The community service method uses active participating targets, the targets in this activity are parents and grade 1 students of Teladan Al Hidayah Islamic Elementary School, East Cilandak, the implementation period of the activity is from July to August 2021, the form of activities carried out are counseling and mentoring. The results of the activity showed that the extension activities were carried out well, the participants listened carefully and enthusiastically. The existence of educational developments requires students to adapt to changes. The COVID-19 outbreak requires the learning process to be carried out online (in a network). However, in learning, optimization of learning must still be done which in this case must create a spirit of student learning by providing meaningful learning. This empowerment program is based on the limited conditions during the Pandemic which was carried out by providing tutoring, especially in mathematics. This learning mentoring program is carried out in a targeted manner through online and offline learning methods for SMP - MTs and SD - MI students in Karanganyar Village, Pekalongan Regency with a total of 67 students participating in the mentoring. The final result of this program is an overview of the differences between online and offline math tutoring. Optimization of mathematics learning is more visible in offline learning. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and motivation given to make students able to follow the lesson well so that the material is easy to understand.
