So far, puskesmas activity reports are done manually which can interfere with the performance of data processing staff. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of health information systems on the performance of puskesmas staff.=0.05).This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design. The research was conducted in 10 Community Health Centers in Padangsidimpuan City. The research population was 48 people, and all of them were used as samples. Withdrawal of samples randomly (random sampling). The data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate using chi-square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression at 95% confidence level (The results showed that the performance of Puskesmas staff in managing health information in the Padangsidimpuan City area was influenced by direct information system evidence, information system reliability, system accessibility, and information suitability. Variables that have no effect are information system assurance, information system usability, system content, and information design. The most dominant factor affecting the performance of the Puskesmas staff in the Padangsidimpuan City work area is the information system reliability variable having Exp(B)/OR = 17.836. It is suggested that the puskesmas should send data processing personnel to attend education and training on health information systems. Avoiding antenatal care (ANC) appointments due to anxiety puts the mother and fetus at risk for complications like undiagnosed bleeding at any point in the pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to examine whether or not pregnant women's fear about the Covid 19 epidemic affects their likelihood of keeping up with their scheduled ANC checkups. Analytical approaches based on cross-sectional studies. During April and May of 2021, investigators visited the Sibulue Health Center in Bone Regency. The demographic requirements are met by the responses of 48 pregnant women in their second and third trimesters who are able to explain their sentiments and anxieties. Twenty-eight pregnant women (58.3%) and nine pregnant women (18.0%) who did not suffer anxiety made frequent ANC visits to healthcare facilities throughout the Covid-19 epidemic. Among pregnant women, 18 (37.5%) had anxiety and were not attending ANC on a regular basis. Nine pregnant women (n = 9) did not report experiencing any anxiety, however two of them did not obtain consistent ANC. Using a chi-square test, we found a significance level of 0.001. (p 0.05). Women's worry during pregnancy was associated with their use of prenatal care services during the Covid-19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116845818","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research design is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional approach design. The research subjects were diabetic foot ulcers patients who underwent wound care at the Independent Nursing Practice in Bone Regency. Sampling technique with Total Sampling method. To find out the respondent's blood glucose level, a measurement was carried out using a Portable Glucometer and then an observation was made of the patient's initial response to the wound. DFU degree assessment using Meggitt-Wagner. The tool used to collect data is the respondent's observation data sheet to record all respondent data. After the Spearman correlation test was carried out, the test results were obtained with a value of p = 0.008 and a value of r = 0.472 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between blood sugar levels and the degree of diabetic foot ulcer with moderate correlation strength and based on the results of the Spearman correlation test, the p value is obtained = 0.026 and the value of r = 0.405 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the patient's initial response to the wound and the degree of diabetic foot ulcer with a weak correlation strength.","PeriodicalId":410137,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Medihealtico","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126897826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
