People can now order the food with a simple click of a button. This study analyzes the factors influencing consumers’ behavioral intention to use the food delivery apps-Foodpanda. Both primary and secondary data were collected through various sources. An online survey form was prepared to collect information from 100 respondents. However, compared to the previous generations, they are the most consumptive. This study investigates their materialism effect on their adaptation to green values, their involvement in environmental sustainability, and the behavior of buying green products. The research was conducted using a survey method on 312 millennial respondents in Jakarta, Indonesia. The research model was processed using PLS-SEM. The results show that the respondents have moderate-level materialism. Consumer materialism has a significant effect on the green value adopted, which significantly affects green behavior. Materialism and green values also significantly affect their involvement in environmental issues. Materialism has no significant direct effect on green behavior and does not directly affect the involvement of environmental issues. However, the effect of materialism on green behavior is mediated by green values. The main finding of this research is that moderate-level materialism of millennial consumers increases the value of environmental care and encourages their desire to buy environmentally friendly products. After conducting a content development, the MSME economic empowerment material product was successfully compiled with the Four D development process, with the stages of problem identification and analysis of development needs, prototype design and material, product testing, and product revision. The material developed is the economic empowerment of MSMEs with an outline of characteristics and principles of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial creativity and innovation, how to get business capital, family financial management, and online marketing. It specifically analyzes tax incentive in the form of final income tax on income received by micro-businesses. Debt investments will strengthen and support micro-business in increasing venture capital. This study uses the explanatory method, tests the formulated hypotheses, and uses descriptive qualitative data by distributing questionnaires to respondents online who meet the criteria for micro-enterprises in the DI Yogyakarta region. Our findings indicate that not all micro-entrepreneurs take advantage of fiscal policies in the form of incentives for Final Income Tax borne by the government. Tax incentives do not significantly affect product or service innovation developed by micro-entrepreneurs. This is consistent with the rising amount of investment in Tanjung Lesung's ecotourism sector, but the growth in poverty in Tanjung Lesung is not. The goal of this study is to examine people's perceptions of Tanjung Lesung. The elements that impact people's opinions will be categorized as economic, socio-cultural, and environmental. The survey approach was used to collect data for this study, with a questionnaire serving as the instrument. This study's sample size is 103 respondents chosen at random among Tanjung Lesung visitors. Descriptive and multiple regression analyses were employed in this study. The findings reveal that economic and environmental factors have a substantial effect on people's opinions. In the food sector, customer satisfaction and good feedback are the most important thing. Each company also has its main power source to maintain business. The goal of this study is to find how service quality can affect customer satisfaction. This study used a service quality model which is Servqual as a guide in determining customer satisfaction. The researchers chose Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Restaurant in Malaysia for this case study. KFC Restaurant has many competitors in the fast-food restaurant industry. In government administration, government officials are often faced with concrete social situations urgently to be addressed, while regulations are unclear. To overcome government stagnation, government officials are given the authority to act based on their own considerations, called discretion. The study aims to analyze the discretionary case and find the relationship between discretion in the perspective of corruption and the theory of criminal removal reason. The study finds that Criminal Code regulates Criminal Removal Reasons concerning defending to save on body, soul, or goods of someone/others, not government officials discretion to defend social interest. The Corruption Law does not regulate Criminal Removal Reason. A descriptive method was conducted by surveys and in-depth interviews with stakeholders in Cikadu Edutourism, including businesses, SMEs, community people, academicians, and the media. The value chain components of edutourism value chain's development strategy were evaluated to construct a comprehensive chain. Waha, Jemmy Sondakh","doi":"10.32535/jcda.v5i1.1393","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32535/jcda.v5i1.1393","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this research is to conduct an analysis and study related to how the existence of the Nedosa offense as a Sangihe customary crime and how this offense is included in the renewal of the national criminal law. The prohibition of Nedosa is still existed nowadays and is obeyed by the community and traditional leaders, the settlement is still using customary law methods even though the judicial system has been implemented by the general court. By using a normative juridical research method that focuses on the study of documents and legal materials, both laws and customary decisions are found to be (1) Judiciary, using Law No. 1 Drt/1951 concerning Provisional Measures to Organize Unitary Powers and Procedures for Civil Courts. (2) The case of Donor or “Blood Pollution” (Delik Nedosa) is a unique crime that only exists in the Sangihe Talaud Customary Rules. Both 1917 and 1932 customary rules as well as the 1951 declaration stated that marriage is forbidden between people whose families are in a straight line up and down, cousins, and siblings. The maximum penalty is 5 years in prison. Therefore, the role of the Nedosa offense is very important in the customary law which is still respected and obeyed by the Sangihe Talaud community today.
