Ovaj rad koristi do određenerazine istu tehnologiju pri izradi mobilne aplikacije za edukacijske svrhe, a koja omogućuje identifikacijunepoznatih zastava pomoću umjetne inteligencije. Kako bi aplikacija bila funkcionalna i efikasna,potrebno je bilo kreirati vlastiti podatkovni skup i obraditi ga na razne načine kako bi se osiguralazbirka podataka koja odražava podatke iz stvarnoga svijeta. Ova zbirka bi se potom koristila kaopodatkovni ulaz za razvijanje modela, koji se razvija unutar okruženja TensorFlow. Nakon što je modelrazvijen, implementiran je kao dio mobilne aplikacije programirane Flutterom. Funkcionalnost mobilneaplikacije i točnost modela ispitana je na brojci od preko 100 novih slika koje model prethodno nijevidio niti je nad njima bio treniran. {"title":"Konvergencija bankovnih sustava EU","authors":"Anita Peša, Martina Maté, Dijana Čičin-Šain","doi":"10.31784/zvr.10.1.10","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31784/zvr.10.1.10","url":null,"abstract":"Bankovni sustavi zemalja koje su Europskoj uniji pristupile nakon 2004. g., u najvećoj su mjeri u vlasništvu bankovnih grupacija iz starih članica Unije. Važnost bankovnih sustava za gospodarski rast tih zemalja značajnija je nego u starim članicama iz razloga visoke ovisnosti gospodarstava o bankovnim izvorima financiranja. Stoga bi konvergencija prema sustavima razvijenijih članica Unije bila od velikog interesa za daljnji gospodarski razvoj ove skupine zemalja. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati aktualne pozicije bankovnih sustava europskih zemalja, s posebnim osvrtom na poziciju Hrvatske. Metodologija rada bazira se na usporedbi BDP-a po glavi stanovnika sa odabranim pokazateljima veličine, rasta, depozitne osnovice i kapitaliziranosti bankovnog sektora. Korištenjem indikatora razvijenosti financijskog sustava, i u ovisnosti o periodu pristupanju europodručju, analizira se položaj bankovnih sustava zemalja unutar europodručja, i onih izvan. Rezultati ukazuju da bankovni sustavi zemalja koje su Europskoj uniji pristupile nakon 2004. g. i dalje zaostaju za starim članicama, te da je konvergencija još daleko, posebno u skupini zemalja izvan europodručja. Među novim članicama europodručja po svim indikatorima prednjače Malta i Cipar, te Estonija, dok u skupini zemalja izvan europodručja, uz Švedsku i Dansku, najbolje rezultate ostvaruju Hrvatska i Češka. Istraživanje predstavljeno ovim radom polazi od pretpostavke da učinkovito upravljanje i osobito planiranje u području kulture moraju omogućiti povezivanje kulture s drugim aspektima društvenog i gospodarskog života, jer se na taj način potiče razvoj lokalne zajednice, što izravno utječe na jačanje nacionalne ekonomije. Zato je cilj istraživanja bio generirati znanstveni pregled utjecaja kulturnih i kreativnih industrija na gospodarstvo i društvo općenito, uz uvažavanje postojećeg pravno legislativnog okvira. Pri tome su korištene odabrane metode iz kvalitativnog metodološkog okvira. Rezultati uključuju potvrdu odgovornosti kulturne politike za realizaciju kulturnih prava, pregled regulatornih akata u kulturi, uvid u evoluciju i obuhvat kulturnih i kreativnih industrija, identifikaciju njihova potencijala te argumentiranje planiranja u kulturi kao polazne pretpostavke učinkovitog upravljanja i razvitka. This paper aims to provide a theoretical overview of the existing technology transfer office organizational forms and relevant factors for technology transfer, to analyze and discuss the relevant factors for successful technology transfer in Montenegro, and to identify the appropriate organizational form for the establishment of the Technology Transfer Office in Montenegro. The results of the conducted analysis indicate the establishment of the National Technology Transfer Office as the most appropriate organizational form in Montenegro. The system is implemented using a relational database. This system will be the basis for the development of a web application for obtaining answers to the posed questions. In order for natural language sentences to be entered into a relational database, they must be prepared and formally recorded. The development of a question-answering system is based on the application of the conceptual framework Node of Knowledge (NOK), whose formalized record is suitable for input to a relational database from which answers to questions can be obtained. This paper presents an application for automated conversion of English sentences into a formalized record. The application was tested on one hundred simple English sentences, and the results of the automated conversion were compared with those obtained by processing the same sentences manually. Providing quality in public\u0000health sector means delivering health service in an affordable, safe and effective manner, with minimal risk and harm for patients. In other words, it means fulfilling patients’ needs and surpassing their expectations. In order to provide patients with good-quality and satisfactory service, many public health organizations implement quality\u0000standards that contribute with many benefits and advantages, among which employee satisfaction stands out. The objective of the research was to evaluate the attitude of employees in public health institutes towards the dimensions of job satisfaction and their perception of the level of TQM implementation, with regard to the employees’ sociodemographic characteristics. In order to achieve this objective, ANOVA was used to test the hypotheses and determine the difference between observed sociodemographic characteristics with regard to the dimensions of job satisfaction and the application of TQM principles in research. Beside that, correlation coefficient was used to test the connection between overall job satisfaction and the level of TQM implementation (overall TQM principles). The findings suggest that level\u0000of education and the length of service have a significant effect on the\u0000differences in assessments among employees, while position in the workplace affects within certain dimensions of job satisfaction, as well\u0000as within their perception of the TQM implementation. Results have also\u0000shown that there is a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and the level of implementation of TQM principles. The present study provides valuable guidelines for public health sector managers since the results of the research indicate the level of perception of the implementation of TQM principles and job satisfaction dimensions with which employees are the most and the least satisfied, thus pointing out to management in public health sector institutions the\u0000areas in which certain improvement measures should be implemented. This revolution of social media, in tourism and hospitality marketing, contributed to the rise of a novel sentiment analysis from a machine learning and natural language processing point of view. The purpose of the study is: to provide a general descriptive overview of comments posted by Facebook page followers; to identify specific textual\u0000attributes of hotel brand posts on social media and to apply the sentiment analysis to Facebook comments from four- and five-star hotel brands in Croatia to identify and compare customers’ feelings and attitudes towards the staff, services and products that hotel brands promote by posting messages on Facebook pages. To analyse hotel brand sentiments, the authors collected a total of 4,248 comments and 2,373 postings in English, German and Italian. The results showed that the comments on four- and five-star hotel brands expressed predominantly positive sentiments. Despite the positively oriented sentiments in the comments, Facebook page followers are predominantly passive users and do\u0000not tend to comment actively. Fokus se stavlja na informacijske poremećaje i prepoznavanje lažnih vijesti jer to postaje sve veći problem, posebno u digitalnim medijima koji omogućuju njihovo viralno širenje. U radu su opisane vrste informacijskih poremećaja, s naglaskom na dezinformacije i\u0000lažne vijesti koje se najčešće objavljuju s ciljem manipulacije javnošću. Osim njih, terminološki se determiniraju pojmovi misinformacija, malinformacija i infodemija. Analiziraju se načini širenja lažnih vijesti, od onih koje šire ljudi – najčešće putem društvenih mreža, pa do upotrebe „botova“. Da bi se što bolje prepoznali\u0000informacijski poremećaji, te na pravilan način reagiralo na njih, iznose se smjernice i alati koji omogućuju provjeru istinitosti informacijskih sadržaja. Dostupna istraživanja ukazuju da je prisutnost lažnih vijesti u medijskom prostoru globalan problem, pogotovo u vrijeme\u0000pandemije koronavirusa, ali nije zastupljen u svim zemljama istim intenzitetom. Hrvatska se navodi kao zemlja čiji stanovnici znaju izbjegavati lažne vijesti. Vlastitim istraživanjem dobio se uvid u učestalost i najčešće oblike informiranja kod studenata, te njihovu sposobnost prepoznavanja lažnih vijesti. Studenti preferiraju informiranje putem digitalnih medija (web, društvene mreže), dok je upotreba tradicionalnih medija značajno manja. Smatraju da su najpouzdaniji izvor informacija televizija i radio, a internet (izuzimajući društvene mreže) je na drugom mjestu. The resulting workload is one of indicators of how training, preparedness and other acquired work skills can contribute to the human body being a large working “machine”. Ergometry test was conducted and field test for\u0000soldier fitness condition and energy expenditure was measured regarding\u0000the level of body’s metabolism. Field test consisted of three runs on a\u0000polygon of 10 km and different workloads, the energy consumption was monitored. Work load was compared with Occupational Safety and Health law acts.
