A system for selection of a particular flight situation contains complex decision making algorithm using a lot of sensors. The aim of the paper is to present a very simple., yet efficient approach of a basic flight phase classification., which is applicable in small unmanned airplanes., which have a limited computational and sensor capabilities. The flight phase selection system can be then implemented in an intelligent control and flight envelope protection system of such UAV., which are also presented in the paper.","PeriodicalId":409514,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 18th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130131426","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The credibilistic portfolio problem is formulated using the notion of credibilistic expected utility. Different approximate calculation formulas for the optimal allocation of the credibilistic risky asset are formulated depending on the credibilistic moments and risk aversion, prudence and temperance.","PeriodicalId":409514,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 18th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126143634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generative models are rarely examined as part of gait recognition systems and there are several open questions with regards to machine learning approaches in this context. Based on the widely used info communication technologies and IoT sensors, a unique digital ITS ecosystem will be created to optimize modes of transport, improve cost efficiency, reduce environmental burden, improve road safety, and provide information, predictability and comfort for both society and individuals. The digitization of traffic and the collection of tracking systems require the creation of specific legal background and regulation. These human aspects and challenges are discussed within a virtual model framework. Companies introducing Industry 4.0 have to meet different criteria and expectations, requiring further development, refinement, or, in addition to other practical aspects, requiring a totally new technical development. Drivers and UAVs are likely to be able to provide a new logistics segment for Industry 4.0 companies, and they will be the forerunners of fully digitized transport, implementing the ITS ecosystem.","PeriodicalId":409514,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 18th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"106 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127659943","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the motivations of the research concerns automated vehicle control. During cornering maneuvers the autonomous vehicle must approximate the steering style of the driver, because it guarantees the comfort of the passengers and provides predictability for the drivers of conventional vehicles and pedestrians. Therefore, the paper proposes the modeling and steering control design of driver behaviour, which is convenient for automated vehicle control. Moreover, the formulated driver model is verified through measurement on a test vehicle, comparing the real steering style and the results of the model. Finally, high-fidelity simulation scenarios show that the proposed method approximates the steering behavior of the driver accurately.","PeriodicalId":409514,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 18th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132666629","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, the Department of Mechatronics at Óbuda University, Hungary has developed a novel method (algorithm) that leads to an identification of the Top dead center (TDC) from large gas engine structure borne sound vibration signals and allows a very trivial adaptation to different engine types. In this paper, we investigate how the seemingly chaotic behavior of vibration signals could be well represented using Flexible Neural Tree (FNT) technique. Since the TDC is determined by FNT in the working cycle, it could be described how to calculate the engine rotational speed directly from structure-borne sound signals, thus also without pickup. (Clock recovery).","PeriodicalId":409514,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 18th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"139 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133556050","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The state to be estimated describes the motion of a car observed from the ego-vehicle. Multiple motion modes of the target vehicle are predefined and each is associated with a suitable constraining method. Both Kalman and particle filters are used to perform the estimations. The constrained filters are implemented in the Interacting Multiple Model structure. The outputs are the actual state of the observed vehicle and the motion mode that is in effect at every moment with an associated likelihood value. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated in a simulated environment.","PeriodicalId":409514,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 18th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics (CINTI)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132838798","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
