Bibliographic review of the formalisms and related works are shown, as well as the formulated hypotheses, developed algorithm and the preparation of the evaluation experiment. One of the most important challenge is the interaction of many stakeholders who have their own tasks, tools, and data. This paper presents a data conversion process and a data model for creating interactive visualizations that support the stakeholders to solve their tasks. A prototype was implemented as a proof of concept. It supports a combined scenario to analyze traffic flow and land use in downtown Bogotá. An exercise in AE using frameworks that provide guidelines that guide its implementation. In TOGAF phase change management architecture establishes guidelines for maintenance of AE [3], however, the level of abstraction is high, does not identify the conditions that trigger the maintenance, or define how that should make [3]. The proposed model includes an model of the agent architecture inspired in human practical thinking in which some mental processes are performed in a parallel and concurrent fashion. The BDI model is composed of several independent modules, internal subagents that can be mapped to different domains of implementation (SW/HW). The paper emphasizes the process that manages agent's goals taking into account different motivations for agent action (needs, opportunities, emotions and obligations). The proposed concurrency schema includes three main components: the beliefs cycle, the desire goal management process and the mean ends intention-based action controller. Nevertheless, new theories have arisen; such as evolutionary game theory. The evolutionary game theory is not based upon assumptions of perfect rationality, but under processes of Darwinian natural selection. This work portrays the evolutionary process of neural networks (perceptron, a radial basis network) using genetic algorithms for the learning of decision making strategies in non-cooperative repetitive games, in which the parameters to set up the topology of the networks are obtained experimentally. As a result, several formative approaches have emerged, the socio-formative approach being one of them, which is becoming a reference point in Latin America for the formation and assessment of competencies. Since the assessment in education is considered a complex process, it is necessary to design models that support the pedagogical and methodological guidelines for the assessment. This article presents a model aimed at the assessment of competencies under the socio-formative approach. Although some computational tools are available for image processing on those areas, their efficiency is limited by lack of adaptation to the specific problem. This work presents a simple and direct method to identify and classify spores with the use of machine vision and supervised learning techniques in order to detect diseases in bee colonies. The method makes use of segmentation techniques to identify spores which are subsequently classified by means of multi-class kernel-based vector machines. Different computer vision tools have been combined and applied to enhance the images and get the relevant information.
