Anak balita stunting cenderung akan sulit mencapai potensi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal baik secara fisik maupun psikomotorik. Prevalensi angka kejadian stunting di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Surian dikelompokkan menjadi, balita sangat pendek 130 orang (11,4%) dan balita pendek 223 orang (19,5%) dengan demikian jumlah balita stunting adalah 353 orang (31,0%).Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Surian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey analitik, yang menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional dengan Sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling, yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2020. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statisistik Chi-square (P Value), dan nilai odd Ratio (OR) dengan tingkat kepercayaan Convidence Intervel (CI 95%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kejadian stunting 70 (76,1%), ASI Eksklusif 55 (59,8%), sarana sanitasi yang tidak memenuhi syarat 68 (73,9%), status gizi kurang 24 (26,1%). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara Stunting dengan ASI eksklusif (P Value 0,000, CI 1,387-2,722), Sanitasi (P Value 0,000, CI 1,213- 2,953) dan Status Gizi (P Value 0,018, CI 1,159-1,659).Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa sebaiknya masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui agar melaksanakan saran yang diberikan oleh petugas kesehatan untuk memberikan hanya ASI saja kepada bayinya dari usia 0-6 bulan, dan memperhatikan asupan gizi serta sanitasi lingkungan tempat tinggal sehingga mengurangi resiko terjadinya stunting. \u0000Kata Kunci : Stunting, ASI Eksklusif, Sanitasi, Gizi Balita \u0000Abstract : Stunting is a major nutritional problem that will have an impact on social and economic life in society. Stunting toddlers tend to have difficulty to achieve optimal growth and development potential both physically and psychomotorically. The prevalence of stunting in Surian Community Health Center consists of very short toddlers 130 people (11.4%) and short toddlers 223 people (19.5%). Then, the number of stunting toddlers were 353 people (31.0%). This study aimed to determine Factors Related to Stunting in Surian Community Health Center. The type of this study was analytic survey research by using cross sectional approach, with a samples of 92 respondents. Sampah organik bisa dikatakan sebagai sampah bisa di olah kembali menjadi suatu yang bermanfaat bila dikelola dengan tepat. Tetapi sampah bila tidak dikelola dengan benar akan menimbulkan penyakit dan bau yang kurang sedap hasil dari pembusukan sampah organik yang cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan limbah organik di Rumah Makan Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti mengidentifikasi melalui wawancara langsung, di mana sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1 rumah makan padang di Kota Parepare. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari pengelolaan limbah organik di Rumah Makan Padang pada minggu pertama perubahan yang terjadi pada tekstur, aroma dan warna ialah Kasar, berbau, kecoklatan dan pada minggu ke dua menjadi remah, tidak berbau dan berwarna hitam. \u0000Kata kunci : Pengelolaan limbah, komposter, Sarana sanitasi \u0000Abstract : Organic waste is waste originating from the remains of living things that are easily biodegradable without the processof human intervention to decompose. Organic waste can be reprocessed into something useful if it is properly managed. Will cause disease and unpleasant odors as a result of the rapid dekomposition of organic waste. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of organic waste in padang restaurant. The method used in this research is desciptive qualitative. Researchers identified through direct interviews, where the sample in this study were 1 padang restaurant in the city of parepare. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengelolaan limbah padat telah sesuai dengan Permenkes RI No.7 Tahun 2019 dan gambaran tentang environment cost di RSU Lasinrang. Untuk memperoleh data dilakukan observasi dan wawancara di ruang Unit sanitasi dan Keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan limbah di RSU Lasinrang di mulai dari proses pemilahan, pengumpulan, pengangkutan, penyimpanan di tps dan pembuangan akhir. RSU Lasinrang belum menyajikan secara khusus laporan environment cost. Environment cost yang dikeluarkan RSU Lasinrang Tahun 2019 yaitu biaya pencegahan yang meliputi biaya peralatan dan bahan pembersih, biaya perlengkapan dan perlindungan kerja, sedangkan untuk biaya deteksi tidak terdapat pengeluaran dikarenakan tidak ada kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan biaya deteksi di RSU Lasinrang, dan untuk biaya internal meliputi biaya retribusi pelayanan persampahan, biaya pemusnahan limbah B3, dan biaya untuk penaggung jawab TPS Limbah B3. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa proses pengelolaan limbah padat di RSU Lasinrang sudah sesuai dengan Permenkes No.7 Tahun 2019 dan environment cost yang dikeluarkan RSU Lasinrang pada Tahun 2019 sebanyak Rp.478.819.800. Saran dalam penelitian adalah diharapkan pihak RSU Lasinrang lebih meningkatkan proses pengelolaan limbah agar lebih baik lagi, dan menyusun laporan environmet cost secara khusus dan terperinci. \u0000Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Limbah, Environment cost. \u0000Abstract : The results of operations carried out by the hospital can produce solid waste that can endanger the environment, so it is necessary to have costs and good waste management to prevent pollution.The purpose of this research is to find out that solid waste management is in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No.7 of 2019 and a description of the environment cost at RSU Lasinrang. To obtain data, observations and interviews were carried out in the sanitation and finance unit room.The results showed that the waste management process at the RSU Lasinrang started from the sorting, collection, transportation, storage at TPS and final disposal.RSU Lasinrang has not specifically presented an environment cost report.The environment cost issued by RSU Lasinrang in 2019 is the cost of prevention which includes the cost of equipment and cleaning materials, equipment costs and work protection, while for detection costs there are no expenses because there are no activities related to detection costs at RSU Lasinrang, and internal costs include fees for solid waste services, fees for eliminating B3 waste, and fees for the person in charge of the TPS for hazardous waste. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari swd dan stretching untuk mengurangi nyeri terhadap pasien syndrome myofascial upper trapezius. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimen yaitu pretest-posttes. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Accidental Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara komputerisasi menggunakan analis Paired Sample Test. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan rata-rata pasien sebelum diberikan intervensi SWD dan Streching adalah 28,80 dan rata-rata pasien sesudah diberikan intervensi SWD dan Streching adalah 22,10. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui adanya pengaruh pemberian SWD dan Streching terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien syndrome myofascial upper trapezius di RSUD Pariaman. Disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemberian SWD dan streching terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien syndrome myofascial upper trapezius di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pariaman. \u0000Kata Kunci: Syndrome myofascial upper trapezius, SWD,Streching \u0000Abstract : Myofascial syndrome is a severe pain condition that occurs in areas of the trigger point, which generally occurs in the muscles or fascial, abnormally becomes active and produces local pain and referred pain.This study aimed to determine the effect of swd and streching to reduce pain in patients with myofascial upper trapezius syndrome. This study uses a Quasi Experiment design namely pretest-posttes. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling. Data analysis was performed computerized using the Paired Sample Test analyst. The results of this study showed the average patient before being given the SWD and Streching intervention was 28.80 and the average patient after being given the SWD and Streching intervention was 22.10. Based on the results of the study note the effect of giving SWD and Streching on pain reduction in patients with myofascial upper trapezius syndrome in Pariaman District Hospital.
