Adanya kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan motivasi yang tinggi akan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan kompensasi, pengembangan karir, motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayan Satu Pintu Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisi regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 63 responden. Dengan menggunakan metode Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,289 dan nilai sig. 0,031. Variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,361 dan sig. 0,026. Variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,244 dan sig. 0,038. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui dana desa dengan pendekatan tahap pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu tahap penyadaran, pengkapasitasan, dan pendayagunaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui dana desa belum maksimal dikarenakan upaya penyadaran yang tidak optimal dengan warga yang masih mementingkan pembangunan infrastruktur, kegiatan yang tidak berkelanjutan dalam tahap pengkapasitasan, dan kemampuan IT masyarakat yang masih terbatas. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh terbatasnya pengoperasian teknologi, keterbatasan jumlah sumber daya manusia yang mendampingi kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan komunikasi yang masih kurang intens. Faktor yang mendukung kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui dana desa sendiri diantaranya adalah mulai diterapkannya teknologi dalam kegiatan, kepemimpinan yang baik, komunikasi yang mengedepankan budaya masyarakat, dan partisipasi masyarakat yang baik. However, in its application, education in Indonesia is still low because many school aged children cannot continue their education due to tuition reason. Therefore, the government provides scholarship for every level of education as the form of help. For example at the level of higher education. At this level, the government provides Bidikmisi scholarship for underprivileged students who want to continue their education. With the Bidikmisi scholarship, students are expected fulfil the target that is determined by government. One of the targets that must be achieved is having minimum GPA of 3.00 as the form of students’ performance during their study. This study aims to discover whether Bidikmisi scholarship can encourage the achievement of the Public Administration undergraduate program, FISIP, UNDIP students’ GPA as the students’ performance or not. The method of this study is explanatory method with questioner and interview as the data collecting method. The population of this study is the entire students who receive Bidikmisi scholarship in Public Administration batch 2016, 2017, and 2018. The samples chosen are 51 respondents with probability sampling as the sampling technique. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and significance test (t test) using SPSS. According to the result of the study, Bidikmisi scholarship has impact toward students’ performance as the effort to achieve GPA. It is known from the coefficient of determination calculation of 28.3%. Bidikmisi scholarship is proven having positive and significant effect toward students’ performance that is proven with the calculation result of 4.392. According to the study result, the writer suggests that students must be more enthusiastic in achieving their GPA as the form of students’ performance. (PA), as well as other supporting activities. The research method used by the author in this study is a qualitative method, which includes several aspects, namely: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. The informants chosen by the authors in this study are : the Head of the Community Prevention and Empowerment Division, the Head of the Prevention Section, and the Head of the Community Empowerment Section. The results showed that the Effectiveness of the Prevention and Community Empowerment Sector was quite effective, although not optimal. The effectiveness of P2M can be seen from the aspects of effectiveness, namely: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. Some of the obstacles faced are: P2M field human resources which are still lacking and limited to cover the entire area of Central Java which is so wide, the lack of a prevention fleet in the form of urine test trucks and drug prevention cars, and the annual budget that is obtained is insufficient to carry out a work design existing, causing the prevention and community empowerment process to not run optimally. It is recommended that the Community Prevention and Empowerment Sector be more innovative and active by conducting socialization through other media, such as: magazines, radio, regional television, or websites belonging to provincial offices, seeking and collaborating with relevant stakeholders as an effort to suppress the existing budget, and evaluate the results of the performance taken so that the steps in the Prevention and Community Empowerment Sector in the future can be better and optimal. One of the factors supporting the tourism appeal of region is the establishment of Tourism Information Center. Sidoarjo is the newest destination in East Java because there is a tourism of Sidoarjo Mud. Therefore, Department of Youth, Sport and Tourism Sidoarjo form a Tourism Information Center as an attraction for tourists to visit Sidoarjo. Use of management functions according to Donovan and Jackson assited the theoretical approach from Moenir by looking at inhibitory factors an orgnization such as the Tourism Information Center working method system became a benchmark. So that there are some indicators that are the point of the problem such as staffing indicators namely Tourism Information Center assignments that seem ovelapping, controlling several programs that must be improved make this raised in the research as a description of Tourism Information Center management. Both aspects can be the initial foundation for analyzing whether Tourism Information Center management is running properly. It’s necessary to then be reviewed in the form of a conclusion that there are several factors that hinder of Sidoarjo Tourism Information Center in it’s efforts to help manage tourism. Such as regulations that impede both organizational and performance, synergy with several supporting aspects and optimizing avalaible budgets. The method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The results showed that planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budgets were not running well. Mainly in the administration, reporting, and accountability activities which are often delayed. The inhibiting factors in the management of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Kumendung village is the inaccurate supervision by the Head Village of Kumendung village, and the low coordination between village government and village institutions. While the supporting factor is the good communication in the village government and the effective leadership style of the Head Village of Kumendung village. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu: bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap partisipasi; pengaruh komunikasi terhadap partisipasi; serta bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan Kampung Tematik Susu Perah di Kelurahan Gedawang, Kecamatan Banyumanik, Kota Semarang? Alasan dipilihnya variabel kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yaitu menurut teori, kepemimpinan dan komunikasi merupakan 2 hal yang penting yang diduga mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatori, dengan dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 98. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi sederhana, regresi berganda, uji T dan uji F. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa, t hitung variabel kepemimpinan > t tabel (4.575 > 1,661); t hitung variabel komunikasi > t tabel (1.675 > 1,661); serta f hitung variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel komunikasi secara bersama-sama > f tabel (10.757 > 3,09) Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan terhadap partisipasi; terdapat pengaruh antara komunikasi terhadap partisipasi; serta terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan Kampung Tematik Susu Perah di Kelurahan Gedawang, Kecamatan Banyumanik, Kota Semarang. Unfortunately, there are many rock mining activities are carried out without permission or illegal, thus giving rise to various literature nowadays. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the rock mining licensing policy in Brebes District and to know the supporting factors and the inhibiting factor which influence it. Data retrieval is conducted through interviews with informants chosen in purposive. Data analysis is filed with the triangulation method. The results showed that rock clearance in Brebes is registered in accordance with the governor's regulation number 18 the year 2016 about the implementation of energy and mineral resources in the Central Java province. However, it still encountered some constraints as a long licensing process, the management of the support document is done in several forging until the lack of human resources. Kekerasan Terhadap Perempuan (KTP) juga disebut sebagai kekerasan berbasis gender. Tingginya kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan di Indonesia yang tercatatat dalam Catatan Tahunan (CATAHU) Komisi Nasional Perempuan (Komnas Perempuan) Indonesia memperlihatkan bahwa perlindungan dan jaminan terhadap perempuan sangatlah penting untuk menekan angka kasus kekerasan. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Wonogiri dalam menyelenggarakan perlindungan perempuan telah menetapkan kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Wonogiri Nomor 2 Tahun 2013 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Terhadap Korban Kekerasan Berbasis Gender dan Anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan perlindungan terhadap korban kekerasan berbasis gender di Kabupaten Wonogiri serta mengidentifikasi Critical Success Factors (CSF) yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kebijakan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria evaluasi William Dunn yang dibagi menjadi enam kriteria, yakni efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas dan ketepatan belum tercapai. Kemudian yang menjadi CSF pada pada penelitian ini diantaranya koordinasi antar-stakeholders dalam melindungi korban kekerasan berbasis gender, sosialisasi terkait kesetaraan gender sampai ke masyarakat luas, rendahnya komitmen dari Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Wonogiri, pengaruh P2TP2A Kabupaten Wonogiri ke masyarakat, kualitas SDM yang profesional pada stakeholders dalam menjalankan tugasnya, serta pendanaan yang cukup untuk P2TP2A Kabupaten Wonogiri. The Regional Government of Boyolali has organized various types of public services, one of them being the Public Library of Boyolali which is actively providing information services. Public library as one of the provider of information services that is accessible for all community members, can be the link between the high price of books and the increasing needs for information inside the community. The role of public libraries in increasing visitors’ knowledge will be achieved if the library capable of providing a good quality service to its visitors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the services quality in the Public Library of Boyolali and also the factors influencing service quality at the Public Library of Boyolali. This study uses the theories of Zeithaml and Satoh et al consisting of Tangible, Reliable, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Collection and Access, factors that influence the service quality use theories from Moenir and Thoha consisting of service facility and system factors, GAP Model, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This study is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The study population was the whole visitors of the Public Library of Boyolali and using incidental sampling techniques with 92 respondents.
