At present, China's law on the disposal of unused registered trademarks can only be based on the \"If the trademark owner does not use the registered trademark for three years, the third party has the right to apply for its cancellation\" system to make the unused trademark rights to the elimination of the new round of reform of the trademark law, although the new provisions to explain the use of trademarks, but a single provision cannot give full play to the effect of the supervision of unused registered trademarks. China attaches great importance to the application of blockchain technology represented by smart contracts in judicial practice, with the background of the construction of smart courts, relying on the construction of judicial blockchain, according to the unique automated execution characteristics of smart contracts, the mediation and execution of civil disputes filed as an entry point, to explore the high-quality development of the judicial trial and execution business. In the current judicial practice, smart contracts face a lack of legal norms, technical construction loopholes, and information security risks. This study aims to deeply explore the impact of the development of digital economy in RCEP member countries on China's trade. On the basis of the panel model which comprehensively analyses three kinds of digital economy development status measurement indicators such as digital economy development status, digital information industry and digital cultural resources input of RCEP countries, it assigns values to the digital economy development status of each country by means of the fixed effect model and empirically proves the relationship between the digital economy development level of member countries and the development of China's export trade. Irony in the story is effectively penetrating and powerful in its function of plot development, characterization and the demonstration of authorial attitude.
