Research shows that the digital economy can positively promote the development of agricultural and rural modernization, that is, it has a significant driving effect; Heterogeneity analysis shows that there are regional differences in the driving effect of the digital economy on agriculture and rural areas, showing a development trend of \"Northeast > East > Central > West\"; Mechanism analysis shows that the level of economic development, the intensity of government support for agriculture, and the level of regional innovation are important paths for the digital economy to drive the development of agricultural and rural modernization. Further research found that the driving role of the digital economy in agricultural and rural modernization is affected by the level of economic development, the intensity of government support for agriculture, and the level of regional innovation, showing a threshold effect. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical research, we delve into the concept of customer retention and its significance in marketing strategy management. Customer retention refers to the ability of a company to retain existing customers and foster their loyalty over time. It goes beyond simply acquiring new customers and recognizes the value of nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing ones. By examining the interrelationship between customer retention and marketing strategy management, we shed light on the various strategies and tactics that companies can employ to enhance customer retention. This includes not only focusing on the initial sale but also on building long-term customer relationships. We delve into the importance of understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to develop targeted marketing approaches that resonate with customers on a personalized level. Based on the literature review and empirical research, we propose a theoretical framework for analyzing the key factors and influencers of customer retention. This framework takes into account factors such as customer satisfaction, loyalty programs, and customer service, which have been identified as critical drivers of customer retention. Disputes cannot be avoided in the process of participating in social life. While the network platform is active, it also produces many judicial practice problems with the characteristics of the network era, such as the network platform infringement. The problem of infringement in the Internet era has the characteristics of virtual abstraction in cyberspace. Different from traditional dangers such as kidnapping and intentional injury, Internet users may also face new risks such as cyber violence and loss of virtual property. The theoretical legitimacy of applying the security guarantee obligation from physical space to cyber space can be discussed from the aspects of subject nature, legal basis and legal variability. The content provisions on the security obligations of network platforms in the Civil Code are still vague, and the specific scope of application of the rules is limited.
