DM patients in Lamongan regency are 1,4% with a total of 4,138 cases per year and are ranked 4th in Java Province. According to an integrated disease surveillance report based on Puskesmas in Lamongan. The percentade of DM in the last 2 years was 12 cases, based on data from Banjarejo village, Sukodadi. District, Lamongan Regency in 2020 as many as 6 patients from 450 patients. Method : Method this research uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study to axplore the problem of family nursing care in the case of Diabetes Mellitus with nursing problems of increasing family coping readiness in Banjarejo village, Sukodadi district, Lamongan regency. The approach used is a nursing care approach that includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning,implementation, and evaluation. Result : Patients usually then do things that are not allowed in the treatment process, such as not maintaining a pattern of nutrition, activity, and wound care. Based on a preliminary study of data from the Jatirejo Public Health Center in 2018, 2743 families with hypertension were found while those receiving routine treatment were 884 families. In Mojogeneng village, 163 families suffer from hypertension, but only 64 families receive regular treatment. Based on these problems, it can be said that the implementation of the PTM Posbindu in Mojogeneng Village has not run optimally, therefore it is necessary to carry out an evaluation that aims to see the level of development of the PTM Posbindu through 12 indicators according to the UKBM technical guidelines.Methods: Using a qualitative study conducted in Mojokerto Regency by involving related parties. The technique used is interview, Focus Group Discussion/FGD, observation and document review. The secondary data of the research was obtained from the results of the PTM Posbindu activities which were discussed in accordance with the research variables.Results: Variable developmental level of PTM Posbindu, Related to the implementation of activities carried out every month, 25% target obesity coverage, 35% target blood glucose, 25% target blood cholesterol, PTM counseling is carried out 3 or 4 times a year, counseling on all PTM problems, physical activity once a week 30% target, participants aged >55 years 70%, 45-55 years 55%, 35-44 years 30%, 25-35 years 15%, implementing activities 90% from the community, health financing 80% from the community , 75% independent participants, and Partnership 3 to 4 times a year.Discussion: Evaluation of the developmental level of PTM Posbindu consists of 12 indicators, the first indicator is independent category, second pratama, third middle, fourth pratama, fifth middle, sixth independent, seventh middle, eighth >55 years old and 44-55 full moon, 35-44 years old and 25-34 middle years, ninth and tenth full moons, eleventh full moons, and twelfth full moons. As compensation for the decline in physiological functions, adequate nutrition must be provided to suit the activities of the elderly. Balanced nutritional intake is very necessary for healthy and sick elderly to maintain their quality of life and is needed in the healing process and prevent further complications from the disease (Siti, 2015). The family has an important role in maintaining the health status of the elderly through the fulfillment of balanced nutritional needs because the family is the closest party to the elderly.Methods:The research design used is a correlation research type because this study aims to determine the existence of a relationship between the role of the family and the nutritional status of the elderly with a Cross Sectional approach. The population is the elderly aged 60-90 years and over in Klinterejo Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency as many as 52 samples with simple random sampling technique. Variable measurement instruments use questionnaires and KMS sheets. The statistical test uses Chi-Square with a value of = 0.05. Result: The results showed that almost half of the respondents (44.2%) had less family roles as many as 23 respondents and as many as 36 respondents (69.2%2 with poor nutritional status). Feelings arise due to the fear and ignorance of an individual about hypertension experienced and the impact that will occur in the future. Psychoeducation is the provision of information about disease management and individual psychological aspects. This study aims to determine the effect of psychoeducation on the anxiety level of elderly patients with hypertension in Nambakor Village, Saronggi District.Methods: This research method is pre-experimental with the research design is one group pre test post test. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling and the number of samples is 30 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire on the level of anxiety Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale.Result: The results showed that the mean of the anxiety score before the psychoeducation intervention was 24,43±7,60 and the mean of the anxiety score after the psychoeducation intervention was was 23,23 ± 7,83. The results of the paired t test of anxiety score was p = 0.002, means that there is significant difference in anxiety scores before and after psychoeducation.Conclusion: There is an influence of psychoeducation on the level of anxiety in the elderly with hypertension. The conclusion obtained is that psychoeducation can increase knowledge in patients with hypertension so that it is expected to be one form of intervention that can be applied. Methods: The design of this study was a cross-sectional approach. with a population of 127 respondents and a sample of 96 people. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, data collection uses a questionnaire. The variables in this study are the dependent variable on perceptions of the Covid-19 vaccination program in the community and the independent variable on knowledge about Covid-19. Spearman Rho test with < 0.05. Result: respondents' knowledge (88.5%) is good. Respondents' perception of the COVID-19 vaccination program (90.6%) was positive. The results of the Spearman rho test showed = 0.018 < = 0.05. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of partner support with physical, mental, and social activities of the elderly with hypertension.This study used a correlational non-experimental design with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples were 102 respondents in the Morokrembangan area, where the sampling used Nonprobability Sampling method, namely Purposive Sampling. The research instrument used partner support questionnaires, Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), mental health practices, social activities and demographic characteristics. The analysis used Spearman Rho test.The results of this study were there was a relationship between partner support with physical activity (p = 0.000; r = 0.589 ), mental activity (p = 0.000; r = 0.778 ), and social activity (p = 0.000; r = 0.671) with positive and unidirectional correlation.As you get older, daily activities will decrease too. The better the support provided by the partner, the higher the level of daily activities carried out by the elderly. Therefore, elderly couples are expected to provide mutual support in carrying out physical, mental, and social activities. Methods: The research design used correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 60 families with schizophrenia who visited the mental polyclinic of Ibnu Sina Hospital on 7-13 July 2019. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 52 respondents. Collecting data on family roles based on Friedman's theory and medication adherence using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale. The research test used the Spearman rank test SPSS. Ethical Approval by Faculty of Nursing Universitas Airlangga number 1601-KEPK, July 17, 2019. Results: The results of this study showed that the role of the good family was 53.8% and the role of the less family was 46.2%. The medium level of adherence to taking medication was 42.3% and less level of adherence to taking medication was 32.7%. The results of the Spearman test are rho count 0.403 > rho table 0.271, which means that there is a significant relationship. This study aims to determine the relationship between family function and quality of life in the elderly. Methods: The research design used was a correlation study, with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was multistage random sampling, the number of samples was 95 people. Data collection used the World Health Organization's Quality of Life-OLD (WHOQOL-OLD) questionnaire. Results The results showed that there was a relationship between family support using family apgar and the quality of life of the elderly (p = 0.002).
