The article is devoted to the nomenclature analysis of the command leadership of the internal affairs and state security bodies evacuated from the Union Republics of the USSR to the Mordovian ASSR in 1941.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. Within the framework of this study, materials located in the Central State archive of the Republic of Mordovia were used. To analyze the materials presented in the study, general scientific methods of analysis and systematization and specific historical methods were used: historical-genetic and historical-typological.\u0000\u0000Results. As part of the study, a conditional separation of the command staff of the evacuated employees of the internal affairs and state security bodies was carried out, then their analysis was carried out by positions at the previous duty station. Within the subcategories, the differentiation of employees by groups of similar positions was carried out and conclusions were drawn on the significance of these employees in wartime conditions. It should be noted that a significant number of senior staff arrived in the Mordovian ASSR from the Sumy region of the Ukrainian SSR, which was provided for by the evacuation plan.\u0000\u0000Discussion and Conclusions. The study has allowed us to confirm the importance of high-ranking evacuated law enforcement officers, which was confirmed by the short period of their stay in evacuation (1-2 months). The problem of recognition of same-sex marriages and partnerships in recent decades has become particularly acute in public discourse. Polar points of view are expressed: from the inadmissibility of homosexual marriages to the legalization of same-sex relationships and the need for church consecration of such unions. Christian churches today are forced to publicly state their position regarding homosexual marriages and partnerships, defining the boundaries of interaction between parishioners and clergymen who are faced with such issues. Some Protestant denominations in Europe and America recognize same-sex marriages, arguing their position not with the canonical norms of Christianity, but with the concept of human rights, freedom of choice and individual autonomy, as well as the laws of those countries where such unions are already legalized. The purpose of the article is to study the approaches that have developed in various Protestant denominations regarding the problem of recognizing same-sex marriages and partnerships.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. Analysis of doctrinal documents, social concepts of Protestant churches, content analysis of public statements of representatives of various Protestant communities made it possible to identify the peculiarities of attitudes towards the problem of same-sex marriages and partnerships at the present stage.\u0000\u0000Results. The positions of various Protestant denominations regarding same-sex marriages and partnerships are presented, the main approaches to the processes of regulation of this problem in the church are identified. These approaches are due to the influence of secular legislation and the prevailing system of values in countries where Protestantism is widespread.\u0000\u0000Discussion and Conclusion. Changing the norms and disciplinary rules in both secular and church life is a natural process of social development. The norms governing relations between the sexes, issues of marriage and the family, the rules that set the boundaries of what is acceptable and what is unacceptable in social behavior, have always been the subject of discussion, change, abolition and recognition. The object of the research is the electronic nomad. Many aspects of his life are immoral in nature, which he does not notice. The purpose of the article is to study the moral aspect of being an electronic nomad.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. The research method is the analytical method. It allows a deeper understanding of the problem under consideration in the context of modern transformations of the digital society.\u0000\u0000Research Results. It is shown that the nomad is lonely and often this is facilitated by the lack of communication skills, but he is not able to admit this to himself, hiding behind contacts on social networks. Positioning oneself through myth-design in a virtual environment, redundancy of information and contacts lead to alienation, deceit and hypocrisy. The lack of reflective and critical perception of what is happening allows you to manipulate the electronic nomad. The study of the problem made it possible to conclude that the electronic nomad turns out to be immoral in the first place in relation to himself. By constructing something that does not exist, he introduces a split in his being.\u0000\u0000Discussion and Conclusion. The listed above actualizes the introduction of moral norms into the electronic environment and adherence to them. But for this, the nomad must admit his own immorality in relation to himself and take care of minimizing lies in his being. The study of the activities of the prosecutor’s office and the court to maintain labor discipline is important for understanding the mechanisms of preparation of the USSR for the war of 1941–1945. The purpose of the article is to reconstruct the processes that took place in the judicial and investigative bodies of the Middle Volga region in the light of the joint resolution of the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR, the Central Committee of the CPSU(b) and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions of December 28, 1939 “On strengthening labor discipline” and the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 26, 1940. “On the transition to an eight-hour working day, to a seven-day working week and on the prohibition of unauthorized departure of workers and employees from enterprises and institutions”.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. The study is based on the analysis of documentary complexes of party organizations, prosecutor’s offices and courts from the funds of the State Archive of the Russian Federation and three regional archives, which predetermined the use of concrete historical methods necessary for a detailed study of the interrelated processes of the emergence of new judicial practices during the transition of acts from the sphere of administrative to the sphere of criminal law.\u0000\u0000Results. Despite the tendencies of tightening the consequences of violations of labor regulations observed in the party-state policy of the USSR in the late 1930s, the organs of the court and prosecutor’s office of the Middle Volga region were not prepared for its implementation. Since July 1940, due to the receipt of criminal cases under the Decree of June 26, 1940, the volume of work of the people’s courts has increased by an average of 6 times. The low legal culture of the heads of enterprises and institutions led to careless registration of documents for violators, which required high-quality preliminary investigation from the staff of the prosecutor’s office and the court. At the same time, the Kuibyshev Department of the People’s Commissariat of Justice has not sent any explanations to the judges for several months, solely demanding compliance with the five-day deadline for the consideration of cases. In fact, people’s judges were left to themselves, did not have a generalized practice of trials, which is why sentences and measures of criminal prosecution for the same type of crimes differed.\u0000\u0000Discussion and Conclusions. Both in the Middle Volga region and on the scale of the USSR, absenteeism and unauthorized abandonment of a place of work have become the most widespread criminal offense. On average, in the USSR, the share of these crimes in the second half of 1940 accounted for over 60 % of convicts, in the Middle Volga region, which had a fairly high share of industry – more than 75 %. The article deals with the problem of psychological adaptation of adolescents to difficult life situations. The existing theoretical approaches to understanding the phenomenon of psychological adaptation are analyzed, the concepts of “difficult life situation”, “critical situation” are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the psychological specifics of the coping behavior of adolescents. The group of subjects who are in a difficult life situation was formed from pupils of the State Committee for Education and Science of the Republic of Moldova “Republican social shelter for children and adolescents ‘Nadezhda’ ”.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. In the course of the empirical study the following methods have been used: the projective method “Psychological autobiography” by the authors L. F. Burlachuk and E. Yu. Korzhova, the projective method “Man in the rain” by the authors A. Abrams and A. Emchin. To process the obtained empirical data, methods of mathematical statistics were used: the Mann – Whitney U-criterion and the φ* criterion – Fisher’s angular transformation.\u0000\u0000Results. According to the results of the empirical study, most adolescents of the 2nd group were characterized by the manifestation of passivity, lack of energy, stiffness, rigidity in difficult life situations, which generally confirms the weak representation of problem-oriented coping strategies in the coping behavior of adolescents.\u0000\u0000Discussion and Conclusion. The pupils of the orphanage turned out to be characterized by depressive states, possibly determined by the unfavorable social situation in which they found themselves, and in which they are most likely to experience deprivation of support from significant people. On the basis of the study carried out, psychological recommendations have been formulated to improve the effectiveness of adolescents’ psychological coping with difficult life situations, which can be used in the professional activities of psychologists – in professional counseling and psychocorrection, in the work of a teacher-psychologist, school psychologist and other specialists. To determine the general outline of the processes of state-religious interaction on the example of the Mordovian and Saransk diocese. To identify the most significant trends in the modern transformation of religious (Orthodox) self-consciousness, the impact of globalization processes on this. To substantiate the need to turn to the study of cosmo-psycho-logos of Orthodoxy.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. The solution of research tasks was provided by a complex of complementary theoretical (analysis of scientific literature on the studied problem, comparative analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization) and empirical (expert evaluation method) methods.\u0000\u0000Results. A number of preliminary remarks were made indicating the peculiarities of the problem under consideration (some experts perceive the issues of religious self-awareness very acutely. There are works in which attention is paid not so much to the comprehension of the essence of the phenomenon as to its politicized interpretation). Positive (preservation of religious traditions) and negative (new forms of atheism, syncretism) trends in the development of religious consciousness of the Russian people are noted. The changes of religious self-consciousness in the conditions of transformation of Russian society, as well as their consequences, are revealed. The conclusion is made that the development of religious self-consciousness in the conditions of globalization is quite successfully carried out, but requires serious research.\u0000\u0000Discussion and Conclusion. Religious self-awareness is associated with the development and construction of one’s own identity. Over the past two decades, under the influence of a number of factors, religious consciousness has been undergoing transformation. Despite the positive dynamics in the development of religious consciousness, the population of the Republic of Mordovia began to observe phenomena that hinder the preservation of religious identity (secularization). The problem of communicative transformations inevitably causes the formation of a fundamentally different reality, representing the fundamental nature of the digital society, the widest scope of which is projected both on an individual and on the whole society. The leading role in the everyday life of the information technology society is occupied by the multifaceted implementation of the communicative relations “individual – collective”, suggesting the intention of the subject in polar terms “own or alien”. A special meaning in the deployment of a new type of communication is seen in the movement from understanding a separate subject (as part) of a new objective world to understanding the world as a whole. The purpose of the article is to comprehend communication and its priority aspects from a philosophical angle of interpretation of the complex realities of modernity, which change the idea of the world and the place of a person in it.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the sociocultural approach, the implementation of which, in combination with the dialectical method, contributes to the objective substantiation of the key meanings of communicative transformations. An important position of the methodological basis of the study is the theory of “multiple modernity”\u0000\u0000(Sh. Eisenstadt, V. G. Fedotova), which has a variety of ways to express today’s civilization.\u0000\u0000Results. The tendencies of media implementations of the newest time are revealed and interpreted, which, although they encourage a person to understand the world around him as a combination of the real and the unreal at every single moment of the historical turn, but still not fully understood. Modern realities do not just accelerate the transformation of the communicative space flowing from the visible world to the invisible world, from the real to the virtual, but to a large extent assign the important task of interaction between them to the subject of ongoing metamorphoses – the collective subject of Generation Z. It has been established that the communicative transformations of sociocultural practices are distinguished by the refraction of values, the variability of which generates a plurality of ways to enter the progressive model of the development of society.\u0000\u0000Discussion and Conclusions. The super-density of today’s communicative streams has transformed habitual communication into a hybrid form, mixing languages of various kinds, where visual images of physical reality are difficult to separate from virtual images. At the current point, the geopolitical situation in the world is characterized by the necessity to overcome obvious and hidden political conflicts, which are destined to influence the appearance of interethnic, international and intercultural conflicts. Detecting and analyzing the current ethnocultural stereotypes of one nation about another one seem to be one of the first steps to realizing the problems and to better understanding the causes of their appearance. The goal of the research is to detect the current ethnocultural stereotypes (geterostereotypes) of English-speaking nations about Russia and the Russians. Materials and Methods. The material of the research is 38 news articles in British and American mass media resources. Through the method of continuous sampling were found lexical units that verbalize certain stereotypical ideas of Russia and the Russians. Through the contextual analysis of these lexical units, which are various stylistic devices, were detected the main current ethnocultural stereotypes of English-speaking countries about Russia and the Russians. Results. The main current ethnocultural stereotypes of English-speaking countries about Russia, the Russians, and the president of Russia, in particular, are detected. All the detected ethnocultural stereotypes are negative, which is explained by the current geopolitical situation. Discussion and Conclusions. In this connection the mechanisms of linguistic personality educational processes within the framework of the noble society are of considerable interest for modern researchers and, in our opinion, they require certain elucidation and some comments.\u0000\u0000The purpose of the article is to analyse communicative process in the noble environment of the 18th – the 19th centuries as a specific model of personality upbringing.\u0000\u0000Materials and Methods. The material of the research is Russian fiction, autobiographical literature and memoirs of the 18th and the 19th centuries. The methods used in the article are: method of system analysis of sources, content-analysis method, sociocultural, axiological, phenomenological, hermeneutical and comparative-historical approaches to the study of cultural phenomena.\u0000\u0000Results. The hypothesis that specific character of linguistic personality upbringing of the second half of the 18th – the beginning of the 19th centuries was closely connected with the tutorship institute as well as with the large scale of home education is empirically confirmed and corroborated. Didactic approach to the noble heirs, aimed at multilingual personality formation quite often came to the readiness of of-springs to freely master both oral and written forms of speech in a foreign language (mainly the French language). Moreover, the aspiration of the pupils to fix and pass their speech and thinking experience in a foreign language as well as the examples of its use in the practice of speech culture and behaviour become the standard of educational processes.\u0000\u0000Discussion and Conclusions. The results of the research can be used for the development of the syllabuses connected with the history of bilingual teachings, the history of pedagogy and the theory of education, which, from the practical point of view, will be of use for the perfection of the syllabus for institutions of higher education and the improvement of the quality of literary works analysis.
