The fictional strategies disclose that the novel does not depict a historical narrative, but personal story. \u0000The study of the narrative, discursive and thematic structures is based on elements of the Possible Worlds Theory, as well as Bakhtin´s conceptions of chronotope and polyphony. The historical analysis allows us to observe that time is the axis of the narrative structure of the novel and, at the same time, allows us to understand the way in which historical events are used to build a literary world. \u0000This research reveals that the fictionalization process and the aesthetics of the novel are supported not only on the memory of the characters, but on the real and internal time. Protagonists are psychically and spatially delocalized. This delocalized feeling causes them loss they identity and turn them in to the retornados. Other characteristics are the discursive fragmentation, the temporal discontinuities of the story, and the delirious memory of the characters. The novel uses metaphors, thematizations, dialogues and typographic strategies to create a literary language. A direct evidence of this is crime involving the violent and deliberate killing of a woman on the mere fact of being a woman. Feminicide, as the highest level of gender violence against women from a patriarchy system having as purpose women subjugation, is preceded by a series of atrocious treatment revealing hatred and scorn for female. In this article, we will analyze nine stories written by Mexican women, whose protagonists denounce sad reality of a country where a patriarchy system is widespread concealing women as useless objects. Nevertheless, we conclude we need to change this little by little. A pesar de que este concepto tuvo un amplio desarrollo metafisico en el seno del pensamiento cristiano durante la antiguedad tardia, jamas pudo desembarazarse de la impronta juridica de sus creadores los juristas romanos. Por tal razon, sirvio como soporte conceptual para el posterior despliegue de la nocion de persona juridica, sistematizada a lo largo de la modernidad. Para lograr nuestro objetivo, intentaremos rastrear la transformacion del concepto depersonaa lo largo de la edad media y la modernidad, asi como revisar el concepto de soberaniaen la teoria politica moderna. Por otro lado, estudiaremos la nocion de decisionen la obra de Carl Schmitt, nocion que el gran jurista aleman utilizo para definir su propia concepcion de la soberania. A partir de estas precisiones, intentaremos establecer la relacion existente entre la nocion de personay la de decisionen el seno de la concepcion schmittiana de la soberania tomando como hilo conductor los presupuestos teologicos implicitos en ella. Como veremos, tales presupuestos nos remitiran a la obra del pensador danes Soren Kierkegaard, cuyas doctrinas nos mostraran todo el alcance del planteamiento schmittiano. However, little has been done to explore the link between her stories and philosophy. Arce","doi":"10.15174/rv.vi26.506","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15174/rv.vi26.506","url":null,"abstract":"Antonio Munoz Molina began his literacy race as a cultural journalist at the Diario de Granada, in which he published his urban chronicles between 1982 and 1983. A year after those chronicles became his first book: El Robinson urbano (1984). In the prologue of the Seix Barral 1993 reissue, Pere Gimferrer warned about the stylistic care of Munoz Molina´s prose and suggests that the urban Granada from the Beatus ille and Winter in Lisbon author could be any city or none. Both works are the ends of a trajectory marked by the flâneur, that figure that took form with Baudelaire, was interpret by Benjamin and became part of a literary tradition of walkers that tour the modern city with an amazed, receptive and critical look. Both, Un andar solitario entre la gente and El Robinson urbano, have a common integration of fictional elements in a referential genre like the journalistic chronicle. Bajo este dominio del “yo” el poeta empieza a incorporar cada vez más elementos de su cotidianidad artística en el texto. En la medida que se percata de su ensimismamiento en la torre de marfil se dirige al mundo, iniciando el largo encuentro del poeta con la expresión cotidiana desde su estatus de artista registrado decididamente en su obra. Los modernistas fueron los primeros en acercarse a las calles a las que los vanguardistas se entregaron en todo su afán de conquistarlas. Este hecho le permite al poeta modernista convertir su propia persona en motivo central mediante la composición de autorretratos.
