However, practical application of carbon nanotube has not been achieved yet. In this article, I repot promising applications of CNT and rubber composite such as high thermal conductive flexible sheet (TIM), stretchable electric wire for devices, high wear resistant material and high thermal durable materials for shielding field. Furthermore, I also report the importance of CNT dispersion for getting high performance the CNT and rubber composite. Just after the synthesis, CNTs form bundled structure. The change in the viscoelasticity for magnetic soft materials is greatly enhanced by an addition of nonmagnetic particles causing by the stress transfer among imperfect chains of magnetic particles via nonmagnetic one. It was known that the mixing between the rubber and ingredients is conducted only at the nip on the two roll mill. So the size and temperature of bank at the nip, and the clearance of nip are very important. It was found that when the roll temperature was varied, four regions of mill behavior were observed. In region 1 the highly elastic rubber will scarcely move into the mil nip at room temperature. In region 2 a good elastic rubber band is obtained on one of rolls. In region 3 the elastomer crumbles and bagging or crumbs occur. In region 4 a melt fluid coats on one of rolls at high roll temperature.
