The unusual demographic success of the Homo sapiens species has caused very serious environmental impact on abiotic and living organisms. One of the most visible phenomenon of anthropopressure is the increase of environmental contamination of water, air and soil with various xenobiotics, in particular with Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) – organic compounds with two or more fused aromatic rings. PAHs are widespread environmental contaminants resulting from incomplete combustion of organics, but partly are of the natural biological and soil-biological origin. PAHs are low soluble in water, but highly lipophilic and easily adsorb on the air particles. PAHs are highly carcinogenic or mutagenic. The assessments of PAHs and their remediation are important. The list issued by the USEPA in 1976 with a view to use chemical analysis for assessing risks to human health, contains a set of compounds of 16 PAHs following criteria of analytical standards availability, occurrence in environment; and toxicity information. The PAHs chemical transformations via destroying double bonds by oxidants are important for safe environment. PAH content in unpolluted soils of various types is relatively low. PAHs are degradable by some microorganisms in the soil. 90 % of PAHs present in environment can be stored in soils, sediments, and sedimentary rocks. PAH content in uncontaminated soils is aroud 100 ppb. In the airport area, due to jet turbine exhaust, the sum of 12 PAHs ranged from 2390 ppb to 7530 ppb. PAH concentration in the town soils is up to 12390 ppb. In the soils of railway junction concentrations of 14 PAHs in 1995 was 2243 ppb, and in 2008 up to 59508 ppb. PAHs concentrations in the soils of coking plant area reache 57921 ppb. The new analytical protocol for determination of PAHs and OPAHs are elaborated. There are many classifications determining the soil pollution degree due to the level of PAH. Poland Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation proposed “sum of 13 PAHs”, Poland Ministry Regulation provides “sum of nine PAHs”, Dutch List contains “sum of ten PAHs”. According every classification, under transport and industries anthropopressure, the soil PAH concentrations are dangerous to human health.","PeriodicalId":405870,"journal":{"name":"Biogeosystem Technique","volume":"217 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116061595","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Calcite, aragonite, and vaterite are the three its polymorphs, in order of decreasing thermodynamic stability. Aragonite and vaterite, as less thermodynamically stable and more soluble polymorphs than calcite, are found in natural setting much rare (except for their biogenic formations) and are much less studied. Although they are important precursors in many carbonate-forming systems. We found examples of vaterite microforms in the river ice suspensions, river and lake bottom sediments of the different natural zones – the Amur and the Simmi Rivers (the Amur River basin, Khabarovsk Region, Russia), the Jordan River (Jordan). Vaterite was originally thought to have a very short lifespan; however it may have greater longevity. In the presence of low molecular amino acids ex and in situ vaterite is stabilized as toroidal suprastructures. These microforms of CaCO3 are characterized with internal diameter of 8–10 m and cross-sectional radius of about 1 m. The age of peat stratum, in which the toroidal vaterite microforms were found, is more than 6000 years. Another polymorphic modification of CaCO3, aragonite, is stabilized in the bottom sediments of drainless lakes of the arid zone with extremely high salinity, e.g. the famous ooids of the Grand Salt Lake (USA). However, outside the \"habitat\" – the salt water of the lake – aragonite ooids are destroyed.","PeriodicalId":405870,"journal":{"name":"Biogeosystem Technique","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114980515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the current conflict of the biosphere and technogenesis, it is important to avoid the increasing evolutionary risks associated primarily with the negative consequences of the global socio-environmental problem. For this a predictable coevolution of technosphere (noosphere) and biosphere is the most acceptable wayout. In this regard, the development of fundamentally new nature-similar solutions and technologies in relation to balance – pools, drivers, fluxes – of the most important biophilic elements (carbon and other) is relevant. Today, the ability to control the carbon cycle in agrosphere is very limited. In addition, the data on this balance calculated via different models differ significantly. Apparently, it is most realistic to intensify carbon sink into the terrestrial-soil ecosystem. The technological potential for Balance enrichment of C capture and storage (BECCS) currently looks truncated due to traditional approach to ecosphere management. The nutrients (in particular, nitrogen) that are introduced into the soil in large quantities are largely eliminated from the root layer due to leaching and/or volatilization. In general, the agrogeochemical balance of NPK in the soils of Russia is very unfavorable, largely due to the systematic surplus exports of mineral fertilizers abroad. With the soil improvement and optimization of the most important crops mineral nutrition, the country in the nearest future can become a leader of the food exporters. It is necessary to rethink the interaction of socium with biosphere as well as with most important component of biosphere, the pedosphere. As a new development paradigm, “Biogeosystem Technique” was proposed – an innovative scientific and technological direction as a framework of nature-similar algorithms, technologies and technical solutions. One of this is a soil aggregates and biogeochemical cycle management in order to create the nature-similar biogeosystems with transcendental properties. The principle proposed of soil reclamation via the milling of illuvial horizon (layer 20–45 cm), which ensures the growth of agrocenosis productivity and achieving the consistently high economic indicators for a long period. A new nature-similar water strategy of Biogeosystem Technique is proposed – the intra-soil continual-discrete humidification paradigm. These microforms are analogues of ground hydraulic engineering structures on arable land, which are used for the purposes of regulating surface runoff of water and controlling the intensity of erosion processes in erosion hazardous agro landscapes. The results of comprehensive studies of ancient land management and land use near the archaeological sites (settlements of farmers and pastoralists) of ancient times in the North-Western Crimea are presented in the article. Relict elements of land use in the form of trees and ditches, which were found in the ancient agricultural regions of the Crimea, are formed as a result of agrotechnical features of soil treatment within the allotments and by creating external borders of land plots to secure the rights of land users. The infrastructural elements of the antique land surveying systems were identified using remote sensing data and field methods. Features of soil cultivation in land allotments for perennial plantations and crops have been established. The physicochemical features of the soils showed that the marginal ridges in the post-ancient landscapes were uncultivated. Using the results of a detailed geodetic survey, the universal morphometric parameters of earth structures of various types were first obtained. With the help of remote sensing data and field methods was determined the topological structure of antique land surveying systems, and also were identified features of soil cultivation in land allotments for perennial plantations and grain crops. The classification of surveying rampart by their morphometric parameters has established three main types, which determines the prospects for further reconstruction of the technologies for their creation. According to the results of soilchronological assessments, it was determined that surveying systems relate to the period of ancient land management (IV century BC – I century AD). Adaptive decisions in land use, which to some extent implement the principles of “geonics”, have a similarity both in creating regulatory boundaries (groundwater hydraulic structures on arable land) in modern land management projects, and in ancient agricultural practices.","PeriodicalId":405870,"journal":{"name":"Biogeosystem Technique","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122431287","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In particular, the compatibility problems are discussed. The problem of the biocompatibility of polymer chip surface is eliminated using GIM-surfaced chip exposition in the high-humidity experimental media, which may be interpreted as a model of soils. The problem of compatibilities of fluorescence techniques and polymer chips is resolved (as a part of the general chip optics problem) using microscopic investigations of polymer chip transparency in some different textural variances and microfluorimetric measurements of fluorescent dyes in the chip geometry. The problem of the soil chip prototyping is solved using 3D-printing based on some biocompatible and, so possible, biodegradable polymers. The basic complexity of experimental data is provided in the tables placed in the general article text. Is it possible to create multiparametric analytical technique for synchronous biocompatible soil microbiome analysis and monitoring? It is a general question for the real time environmental control. We can say “Yes”, but only if we have a minimal prerequisite case, which we have a good polymer, real “real time” analyzer, biocompatible and biodegradable coatings etc. In other cases the general problem of soil chip design is not a problem of engineering, but it is a problem of soil-chip interface chemical physics and physical chemistry. Such problem may be interpreted only as a principal physical, but not as a technical problem. This part of our article cycle is very simple and sensible, because such problems are not very strong and complexible, consequently, we can take only illustration of principle, but not a full verification and validation of fine and thin mechanisms of soil microbiome interactions with adhesive chip etc. Cureent opinions in soil biology are good compartible with our results, therefor we must not take full theoretical considerations in frames of the current concept paradigm in soil biology. De facto, it is a brief methodical and technical note before the closing of our projects in Russian Federation. It is not a normal research article, because all normal articles may be writed only in normal material and technical conditions. * Corresponding author E-mail addresses: retromicroscopy@gmail.com (A.G.
