{"title":"LOS ODS Y DERECHOS HUMANOS EN LA AGENDA 2030 UNA REVISIÓN DOCUMENTAL DE LOS TEMAS DE TURISMO E INCLUSIÓN LGBT DE PANAMÁ","authors":"Nelly Del Carmen Araya Reyes","doi":"10.48204/J.SABERES.V4N1A6","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.48204/J.SABERES.V4N1A6","url":null,"abstract":"LGBT tourism reports an undoubted growth in the world tourism market, and in Panama the debate on its development is, as in other countries, linked to the discussion on the rights of the LGBT community; this article addresses the issue from the documental review of 2030 Agenda, the Sustainable Development Goals ODS and the Global Reports on LGBT Tourism of the World Tourism Organization and the International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association. Empirical evidence indicates that while it is true that the LGBT community has been gaining space as a community, in terms of human rights, 2030 Agenda and the UNWTO reports, it is actually a community that is not fully visible and is rather seen as an emerging tourism market segment that, if taken advantage of, could have positive repercussions on the economies of destinations that are open to its development, but one would have to take into account what the impact could be in other areas of the societies where it develops. Ambos eran desconocidos antes de que estallara el brote en Wuhan (China) en diciembre de 2019. Esta enfermedad comenzó a expandirse rápidamente por todo el mundo causando una crisis económica en las principales economías del mundo. La Covid-19 se evidencia en Panamá en el mes de marzo, esto trajo como consecuencia que el gobierno tomase la decisión de decretar una cuarentena absoluta en todo el país. Los puertos de contenedores de Panamá tomaron sus medidas sanitarias para seguir operando ya que estos son eje central del sistema logístico conjuntamente con el Canal de Panamá. Esta investigación tiene como propósito determinar el impacto económico, marítimo y logístico de los puertos de contenedores de Panamá durante los primeros seis meses de la pandemia en Panamá. Para el análisis documental se realizó una revisión de literatura mediante dos fases, una convergente que consistió en búsquedas en Google Académico utilizando como palabras clave: “Los puertos de contenedores de Panamá”, sin restricciones de tiempo. La fase divergente consistió en la selección de los documentos cuyos títulos y resúmenes tuvieran mayor relación con concepciones y descripciones del movimiento de carga de contenerizada en los puertos de contenedores. Its increase, management and final disposal is a pending issue to be solved in Panama due to the negative impacts on the environment and the accelerated deterioration of ecosystems, affecting water, air, soil and the movement of animals in search of new natural habitats. At the end of the 20th century, the man-nature link was strengthened with the use of natural resources, producing more waste without sustainable management, emphasizing environmental problems such as climate change, generating offensive odors due to the decomposition of elements and its drag through groundwater. The descriptive study is developed in the community of Gobea in Costa Abajo, Province of Colón, with the purpose of showing the natural areas of the coastal strip used for final disposal of solid waste, characterizing these and highlighting the possible negative impacts that are generated to the environment. The methodology developed presents a direct observation phase and three moments of field work where the affected areas were indicated, the various residues found were classified and described, and their data recorded. Consequently, this, with its various motivations, made the defence of human rights a central political issue in Colombia. In order to solve these problems, the State demonstrated by creating legislation for the protection and defence of human rights. El objetivo principal fue realizar estudio de percepcion acerca de la Deep Web en estudiantes de administracion en Cartagena - Colombia, mediante estudio de campo y un recorrido teorico que fundamentan la investigacion que permitiera proponer estrategias de buenas practicas en el uso de la internet. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se utilizo investigacion de tipo exploratorio con muestra probabilistica a 624 estudiantes objeto de investigacion. Se logro determinar el grado de conocimiento que tienen los estudiantes acerca de la Deep web. Dentro de los hallazgos se pudo evidenciar la enorme cantidad de comunidades entusiastas y academicos desarrollando nuevas aplicaciones, tecnologias y hasta filosofias para sustentar estas nuevas formas de interconectar el mundo, de manera que se pueda cambiar drasticamente la percepcion de las personas involucradas en este prototipo de iniciativas loables a la que se le debe dar apoyo.
