In this paper, we report a thorough investigation of a series of pentacene derivatives substituted at the 6,13 position with aryl groups, using density functional theory (DFT) and Marcus formalism. Dispersion corrected Austin-Frisch-Petersson (APFD) functional is used to explore the electronic, optical and charge transport properties. The computed energy gap between the HOMO and LUMO levels of the compounds lie in the visible range between 2.54 eV to 2.80 eV. The viability of these materials as a transport layer in OLED is evaluated by assessing their charge transport characteristics. The large transfer integral and low reorganization energy for electron transport are indicative of a reasonably high electron transfer rate. We find that the 6,13-dithien-2-yl pentacene show higher electron transfer rate and may act as an electron transport material. The substitution with 6,13-bis(5-methoxythien-2-yl) in the pentacene backbone causes a red shift of the optical absorption spectrum. Our results suggest that aryl substitution tunes the charge transport properties along with optical absorption energies of pentacene derivatives.","PeriodicalId":405673,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Recent Progresses in Science, Engineering and Technology (ICRPSET)","volume":"186 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125839033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Researchers worldwide are working on the efficient Treatment of ASD. Although autism research is at a nascent stage in Bangladesh, in terms of social epidemicity, it is currently an utmost vital issue leading to limited interests that hinder academic and social participation. Continuous Treatment may lessen their disorder and make them work with the flow as well. However, it is observed that those children fail to bear concentration even during their Treatment. Specialists face this significant challenge while treating Asperger's and ASD patients. So, to lessen this issue, this research is adding interactive (gaming) attachment with instrumental Therapeutic Treatment. The authors developed a gaming platform that aims to attract children with ASD to train their focus by various kinds of 3D game types. Data analysis was marked at the end between different ASD issues and feedback from users following clinical implementation.","PeriodicalId":405673,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Recent Progresses in Science, Engineering and Technology (ICRPSET)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122364540","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This driver assistance structure reduces car accidents, develops well-being and develops traffic conditions. Here we present the course describing rule and road limit estimates for brilliant naturally enlightened vehicles. First, it was obscured over an RGB street view image and infill fill estimates were used to distinguish the components associated with this obscured image. The largest barrier is then removed from the suspension area and the largest width and shape determined. Near the extreme boundary of the pixel, the outer precinct is foreshortened and the verification or path and path boundaries are removed from the associated components. The experimental results demonstrate the richness of the proposed estimates for both straight and peripheral curve street scene images and the presence of shadows en route under various daylight conditions. Continuous custom path recognition is a fundamental part of Canyon's vehicle health structure. The basic improvement for savvy vehicles is the driver assistance structure. This driver assistance system guarantees safety, comfort and a huge extension of drivability. Driver Help Framework includes a camera-based system that captures movements of the vehicle's natural factors and displays applicable information to the driver. Consequently, more eager vehicles collect the subsequent path information and path areas like vehicles. Consequently, sharp vehicle structures give mechanized early notifications to drivers who leave the road without blinking. As a result, the unavoidable use of valley vehicles will further develop traffic success. For meeting this criterion in design protocol, extensive usage of nanoelectronics devices is a rudimentary choice. The goal of this paper is to review in brief about the coulomb island of a nanoelectronic device named single electron transistor (SET). It is associated with the coulomb blockade, coulomb island, or quantum dot. Quantum mechanical effects appear due to its nano size. Coulomb island of SET depends on the number of electrons and the energy in it follows the equation of a parabola. The diameter of the coulomb island must be below 10 nm which is accurately calculated here. Charging energy and quantum kinetic energy is feasible in coulomb island. Accurate calculation of these two energies is presented here and shown with a graphical representation.","PeriodicalId":405673,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Recent Progresses in Science, Engineering and Technology (ICRPSET)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123264765","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In current climate diagnostics, it is vital to assess aerosols properly. The present study investigated spatiotemporal changes in aerosol loadings across Bangladesh based on Terra-MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) aerosol products (at 550 nm) during the time period 2010–2021. Results of this study showed high aerosol loadings (Aerosol Optical Depth, AOD >0.6) throughout the entire country excluding some small areas of the Chattogram and Sylhet divisions. Post-monsoon aerosol loadings were the lowest and pre-monsoon and winter aerosol loadings were the highest. The highest aerosol loadings (0.87) demonstrated in June whereas the lowest (0.46) in October. The regional AOD patterns in eight distinct divisions of Bangladesh were studied, all the divisions were showing increasing trends of AOD. The highest AOD levels were found in Rajshahi and Khulna but the highest increasing rate of AOD was reported in Rangpur. At the Dhaka University site (Bhola site), the correlation (r) between satellite and ground-based measurements was 0.82 (0.80) for Dark Target (DT) and 0.87 (0.76) for Deep Blue (DB), suggesting further applications can be made to these datasets.","PeriodicalId":405673,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Recent Progresses in Science, Engineering and Technology (ICRPSET)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121117635","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Certain comments are harmful or abusive. Since it is impractical to manually monitor so many comments, the majority of systems employ some form of a machine learning model to automatically identify harmful content. Much of the work has been done for the English language. However, only a few approaches have been taken to classify toxic comments in the Bangla language. A multi-label classification technique for Bangla comments is offered in the study that follows to classify the numerous toxic comments into six categories: toxic, severe toxic, obscene, threat, insult, and identity hate, and also measure the severity of these comments. For the experiment, we compiled a dataset of 12634 comments from TikTok and other sources. By incorporating knowledge from earlier proposed studies, the proposed classification model was developed utilizing deep learning techniques, specifically Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Long Short-Term Memory-Convolutional Neural Networks (LSTM-CNNs), as well as word embeddings and obtained a maximum accuracy of 83.66% and 1.61 MSE loss for the severity measure.11https://github.com/imbodrulalam/Toxic-Comment-Detection-BN","PeriodicalId":405673,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Recent Progresses in Science, Engineering and Technology (ICRPSET)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122425940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
