This research is quantitative because the data obtained are in the form of descriptive statistics and percentages. The method used is a survey, the sample in this study amounted to 65 people who were taken by random sampling. The data analysis technique used the descriptive analysis method, the data were analyzed by describing the picture and the results of the data that had been obtained. The results of the study indicate that the booking book feature is quite satisfactory for users, it can be seen from the level of utilization of the booking book feature. The development of the booking book feature has been to the lifestyle of today's society, which requires that the information sought can be found quickly and precisely. User feedback based on survey results shows that 75.69% of users agree that the booking book feature makes it very easy for them to get the books they need. Users also strongly agree that the booking feature is very useful and is a quick solution in getting the right collection service, with an average interpretation score of 82, 77%. The use of the USK Library's book booking feature is increasingly in demand to get books easily and save users' time. The results obtained are 72.61% of the booking book feature is quite satisfactory for users. The background of this research is that the library does not yet know the citation of collections by students of the Department of Mathematics in compiling the final work. The purpose of this research is to analyze the citation of library collections which include type, language, year of publication, and availability of literature. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research subject is a collection of thesis, theses, and dissertations for 2019 Mathematics Department students, while the object of research is a bibliography of the collection. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of this analysis show the average citation of all samples of 21 citations; in the collection of literary thesis the most cited are books 50.2%, theses, books are most cited 47%, dissertations are most cited journals 61%; most of the cited literature is in English 84%; the year of publication cited is mostly the younger year, and the overall availability of literature in the sufficient category is 53%. Scholarly communication is not a new thing in the library world, because scientific publishing has existed since the research was conducted. The purpose of this study was to find out SCL as a challenge for librarian duties in era 4.0 which includes three main tasks of librarians in legislation, library management, library services, and librarianship system development. The population in this study were members of the FPPTI Jawa Barat and a sample of 70 people based on the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using a closed Likert scale questionnaire. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that the FPPTI Jawa Barat librarian gave a positive response with a very good category in the SCL. FPPTI Jawa Barat librarians in carrying out their role as SCL have been able to adapt quickly and make important contributions in conducting research. The results of the study illustrate that the FPPTI Jawa Barat librarian has carried out library management well, especially in planning and evaluation, providing various sources of information that are easily accessible to users, quick reference, and conducting scientific writing guidance, and being a facilitator. Users are familiar with information technology with digital content, thus influencing their habits and behavior in using library facilities with laptops or smartphones. Users need adequate and comfortable facilities to work. Recognizing a shift in the habits and behavior of library users, FK-KMK seeks to develop library facilities with a Coworking Space approach. The formulation of the problem is how to implement Coworking Space in the development of FK-KMK UGM Library facilities. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of Coworking Space in the development of the FK-KMK UGM Library facilities. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach, while the research variable is the implementation of Coworking Space for the development of FK-KMK Library facilities. The results showed that the implementation of Coworking Space for the development of library facilities is done by: changing the layout of the 1st floor, namely book collection shelves, tables, chairs and circulation services; painting the pillars on the 1st floor in bright colors; adding a reading space in the front porch of the FK-KMK Library; providing facilities for users in order to feel comfortable when learning or discussing in the library. However, the components of collections and information technology based on the research results have no effect. Library collections in universities are very important and must be considered. The collection development and improve progress in biotechnology science that has been growing rapidly, it is must a library to keep up transformation with this development in this age. The fact, the library’s out of date printed collection still exist. Because of that, it is necessary to review subject and physical library collection. This analysis’s aims to make a data for library collection weeding policy to know what type, subject and year of a library collection that is going to weed, library collection that is needed in the future and as tools collection development for furthermore, library collection development policy hereafter. This analysis uses survey method. Data collection is done which disseminates questionnaire to the researcher and literature study. The result shows that 40% of the printed collections are maintained with the textbook criteria of 55.9%. PPPB-LIPI is suggested to prioritize audio visual collections to 86.4%, the type of audio-visual acquisition is 39% computer files, 39% online information on the internet. Based on the publication’s year, 54.2% of the library collections weeding list are those over the past 15 years, fields outside of biotechnology that defended are chemistry at 64.2%. This study aims to measure the user satisfaction index of the PPIKSN-BATAN library services. The method used is aquantitative research using the questionnaire. The research subjects were 60 people who had filled out a questionnaire on the aspects reviewed to determine user satisfaction with 9 service elements indicators. The results on the services quality got very good service quality with an IKM value of 3.48 (A) and a conversion value of 86.88. The elements of Complaint Handling, as well as Suggestions and Inputs, are the elements of the highest service value with a conversion value of 95.42 and an average IKM element of 3.82 (A) with very good service quality. Meanwhile, the element with the lowest index value is the element of Service Requirements Conformity with a conversion value of 80.83 and the average IKM element is 3.23 (B), but the service quality is still in the good category. User satisfaction with the service received gets an average IKM of 3.21 and a conversion value of 80.34 with good service quality. Even though libraries can use technology to continue to provide services for their users. The purpose of this research is to design library e-magazines at High School Libraries in Bandung city as a form of innovation for school library programs that can be run in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research can be used as an e-magazine blueprint that can be used at other school libraries. The research using a design and development model. The design of the e-magazine consists of three processes: 1) pre-production, which includes determining the theme, searching for articles, writing articles and correcting the text; 2) production, including magazine design, proofreading of design results, and trial printing; and 3) post-production, including printing and marketing. The results of the needs analysis show that suitable content in e-magazine are light reading types such as short stories, tips and tricks, various recommendations such as food, tourist attractions, movies, and books, as well as light like crossword puzzles. The response of librarians and students to the e-magazine is very good in terms of theme selection, material and language, and appearance. It is stated that the chosen theme is very relevant to the conditions and needs that occur. Either partially or simultaneously. Using a survey method with correlational techniques. Respondents were 300 students taken from 20 universities, using quota sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire, Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of online services on student satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.275. This shows that the strength level of the relationship is weak. And the coefficient of determination R Square (r2) 0.073. This means that the effect of variable X1 on Y is only 7.30%. (2) There is no influence of student attitudes on satisfaction, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.005. This shows the level of strength of the relationship is very weak. And the coefficient of determination R Square (r2) 0,000. This means that the variable X2 has no effect on Y (0.00%). (3) There is an effect of online library services and attitudes simultaneously on student satisfaction, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.271. This shows that the level of strength of the relationship is simultaneously weak. The coefficient of determination R Square is 0.073, which means that the simultaneous influence of the variables X1 and X2 on student satisfaction is only 7.30%. The results of this study are very useful for the improvement and improvement of online library services, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic in Riau Province. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan instrument pengukuran respon mahasiswa berdasarkan ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) terhadap layanan perpustakaan selama masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian pengembangan dilaksanakan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Tahun Akademik 2019/2020. Tahapan penelitian model 4D dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan. Four-D model ini terdiri dari pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop), dan tahap ujicoba (disseminate). Kelayakan instrument yang digunakan dilihat dari data validitas. Validitas instrumen diukur dengan menggunakan lembar validasi kemudian ditentukan berdasarkan validasi oleh pakar yang dinyatakan dengan Valid atau tidak valid. Jika valid, akan dikategorikan kembali menjadi sangat baik, baik, cukup, kurang, dan sangat kurang baik. Proses validasi dilaksanakan oleh tiga orang validator. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini adalah instrument pengukuran respon mahasiswa berdasarkan ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) terhadap layanan perpustakaan selama masa pandemi covid-19 layak digunakan dalam penelitian.
