In order to make the library more attractive, the library building is arranged in such a way as to meet the needs of its users. The library space is a contributing factor to the smooth implementation of the library manager's duties. Without adequate space, library work cannot run well. This study attempts to analyze the balance of interior design of the SMKN 1 Trenggalek library as a means of educating students. The existence of this research is to find out the interior of the library and the role of the SMKN 1 Trenggalek library as a means of educating students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained in this study include primary data and secondary data presented in narrative form. The results of this study found that the library of SMKN 1 Trenggalek applies an attractive modern concept library interior design according to the wishes of students. From this modern concept, it can be an attraction for students to visit the library to conduct knowledge and information search activities in learning at school that are not obtained in class. The minimum requirement of a two-year service period to participate in the inpassing program makes the opportunity to switch to a functional. Inpassing opportunity will not only serve as a means of increasing income and make work longer, but it will also improve performance and more achievement. With competence and motivation so that all of this can be realized. This research was conducted to determine the level of work motivation of the inpassing librarian at the UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya Library. The method used is Mixed Methods Research, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in one study to obtain more complete, valid, and objective data. Data were collected through observation, questionnaire, and interview techniques based on McClelland's three main elements of motivation, that is Achievement, Power, and Affiliation. Based on the result of quantitative data analysis, can be concluded that the level of work motivation of inpassing librarians has a high category or in the range of 96%. The Library has a total collection of 26,703 titles and 59,397 copies. As a public library that routinely serves users, the problem faced by the Library is the order of the call number. Observing this, the Library is trying to control the quality of call numbers so that there is an increase in the quality of service to users. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to control the quality of call numbers at the Library. The purpose of this study is to carry out quality control of call numbers. The methodology used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study formulate call number quality control applying PDCA or the Deming’ Cycle by monitoring and evaluating call numbers using two (2) approaches, (1) quality control during proccesing with stage: total shelving and daily shelving, and selection. (2) quality control of finished goods by means: validation, repair of call numbers. Also, it is necessary to adjust the SOP for Library Material Processing by adding inspection activities to existing collections, especially in the database, to ensure the books have not been processed so that there is no duplication of call numbers. To fulfill this, the LIPI Scientific Data and Documentation Center conducted a survey on the use of antiquariat collections by researchers in the Cibinong area library, Purwodadi area library, Bogor-Cibodas area library, Ambon area library and Jakarta area library. The survey aims to (1) determine the utilization of antiquariat collections available in the library; (2) knowing the management of the types of antiquariat collections available in the library; (3) know the procedures for storing antiquariat collections. The survey was conducted on April 27 to May 31, 2021 using the google form. The survey results state that researchers need antiquariat collections as a source of reference and a source of knowledge in conducting research. The researcher supports the transfer of antiquariat collection media in digital form. The special room for the storage of antiquariat collections has not met the requirements, causing the collections to be easily fragile and damaged. The high intensity of use is one of the factors causing damage to the collection. Media transfer on antiquariat collections needs to be done immediately to prevent damage and facilitate its use by researchers. Based on the facts in the field and the results of the survey, it is recommended to prepare a special storage room for antiquariat collections, immediately carry out the transfer of antiquariat collection media, and procure collections or collaborate on the use of antiquariat collections. Repositories of scientific works through university libraries in Indonesia can be an alternative reference for academics in compiling research. Academic writings published by academics of a campus can be a reference for other academics to compile further research. This study aims to analyze whether there is a correlation between the number of scientific papers and publications on Scopus. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data. The independent variable is the number of scientific works majoring in information science libraries at the Airlangga University library. The dependent variable is the number of publications on the Scopus website. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression method. The data range of this study is for the last five years, namely from 2014 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that the F value is proven to be significant because the P-Value is below 0.05. This proves that the number of theses significantly affects the number of publications on Scopus with topics or majors about libraries. This is because in addition to the campus requires a lot of research outputs, namely publications, there are also many theses that can be developed so that they can be used as good writings, so that they can be published in Scopus indexed journals. As a newly formed institution, BRIN requires a reference for the leadership in implementing the law. This study aims to determine the level of data literacy among librarians based on agency origin, education, age, gender, years of service, and level of position. The method used is a survey of 68 respondents from Ex BATAN, BPPT, LIPI, and LAPAN. The indicators consist of data culture, searching, visualizing, communicating, assessing interpreting data. Data processing used SPSS 26 and Lickert scale. The result of this study is that in general, the level of data literacy of BRIN librarians was in a good category. The level of data literacy of BPPT librarians is in the first position, the librarian with undergraduate education level has the highest scores. Women are more literate than men. Librarians with 10-15 years of service entered the first position. Librarians aged more than 60 years and the main expert librarian were ranked first. This study concludes that the level of data literacy in BRIN librarians is in a good category. This study aims to map out topics from the 2020 student final project research to evaluate the achievement of the vision and mission of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada. The research method used is a quantitative method with bibliometric analysis, namely mapping research topics based on co-word analysis. Data processing using VOSviewer. The results showed that the research theme for the final project of students from each department was in accordance with the flagship research theme of FEB UGM. The research theme for the final project of the Accounting Department students has conformity to clean organizational governance to create people with integrity, 71%, with dominant topics, Corporate Social Responsibility, internal control, performance, and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. The research theme for the final project of the students of the Department of Economics is that it is compatible with sustainable economic growth based on local wisdom, amounting to 63.9% with dominant topics, economic growth, unemployment, fixed effects, Autoregressive Distributed Lags, and the cost approach. Furthermore, the research theme for the final project of the Management Department students has conformity to the development of science-based innovation and information technology to improve quality education and research, by 61%, with dominant topics, abnormal returns, analysis of five forces porter, bank, business model canvas, leadership, and purchase intention. In order to attract visitors, the museum needs to be managed creatively and attractively. This paper aims to provide information to users about the services and activities provided by the Museum of Soil and Agriculture (MTP). Services and activities carried out by libraries and museums to attract users during the COVID-19 pandemic are Virtual Tour MTP, Virtual Tour International Museum Day series, MTP Thematic Exhibition, Sundanese Cultural Creation Dance Competition, Illustration Drawing Competition. In addition to these activities, PUSTAKA also produced five videos which were posted on the Soil and Agriculture Museum Web. The results of activities and promotions carried out by PUSTAKA are then narrated descriptively. The results of the study show that after the promotion of services and activities in 2020 was held, the total visitors to the Soil and Agriculture Museum reached 13,844 people, both directly and via virtually, with students as the most visitors students. It can be concluded that the promotion and service activities carried out can increase the number of visits to the museum. The analysis aims to determine: a) The number of OJS issued by LIPI; b) Number of OJS that have received SINTA accreditation from the Ministry of Research and Technology/BRIN; c) Frequency of issue of OJS; d) Most publishers; e) Number of articles published 2016-2020. The data source is a journal located on the https://ejournal.lipi.go.id/ site. The study used a descriptive method, and data collection was carried out by noting the title of the journal, frequency of publication, description of the contents of the journal, the first year it was published, the level of accreditation of the SINTA journal, and the number of articles. The results showed that 25 OJS titles had been published, and the most were in the social and humanities field (9 journals). OJS is at least an engineering field (4 titles). The Sinta 2 accreditation is in the top position, but there is no SINTA 1 accreditation. The highest frequency of publication is twice a year, the number of articles is 1,631 titles, namely the field of biology, 447 titles, social humanities 773 titles, engineering 191 titles, and earthly 220 titles. This event is carried out by the National Library of Indonesia through the Center for Librarian Development in a systematic and tiered manner, starting from the election at the provincial level to the national level. The COVID-19 pandemic brought a different color to the Selection of National Best Outstanding Librarian year 2020, which was held online for the first time. Through this study, it provides an overview of the differences in the offline and online selection process for Outstanding Librarians, as well as a SWOT strategy analysis for each mechanism. The studywas conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by document review and observation, analysis is done by SWOT analysis. The results obtained the portrait of the change in the mechanism for the Selection ofOutstanding Librarians, where the online selection process is fully carried out via the virtual meeting application and eliminating of visit activities. Meanwhile, in the SWOT analysis, the results obtained are the ST strategy on the offline mechanism and the WO strategy on the online mechanism.
