Fluctuating government policies on tax system and guidelines of service providers are going to play an important role in logistics industry. Coordination among many government agencies needs agreement from various ministries and is a barrier for multi modal transportation in India. Growing demands from e-commerce industry and Government initiatives like MAKE IN INDIA, will absolutely bring considerable development for logistics service providers in India. The LSPs need to restructure their strategies with the purpose of gaining all approaching opportunities. LSP’s in India are facing many challenges with the intention to deliver shipments on assured time and in proper condition. In this study, it has been attempted to highlight the challenges faced by LSP’s and what measures can be taken to mitigate the challenges. Based on the opinions of experts and literature reviews from few journals, the challenges and solutions has been identified. However, the adoption of this payment technology seems to be left open in emerging markets, especially Vietnam. Within this context, this study conducted a survey on 441 customers about their intention to use QR code payment when shopping in Vietnam market. Research results show that personal innovation, perceived security and usefulness, perceived ease of use and facilitating conditions affect the attitudes towards intention to use the QR code payment service. In particular, perceived ease of use, perceived security and usefulness are the two factors that most strongly influence the intention to accept the use of QR code payment service though attitude mediator. The poems of Uzbek poets Habibi, Sabir Abdulla, Chustiy, Charkhiy, Erkin Vahidov, Abdulla Aripov are the basis for the analysis. The main theme of the article is to cover the issues related to the prosody characteristics and content of the simple ghazal, ghazal-i qit’a, ghazali musajja’, ghazali muvashshahi ta’rikh and reversible ghazal metre in the works of these artists. The nature of communication, its age and individual characteristics, mechanisms of course and change have become the subject of study by philosophers and sociologists, psycholinguists, specialists in the field of social child and age psychology. Most scientific research and psychological and pedagogical recommendations on the formation of communication skills are dedicated to childhood. Studies of the communicative skills of preschoolers were devoted to such scientists as A.V. Hawks, E.R. Saitbaev. The approaches to teaching communication, forming a communicative function are felt much more slowly than in other areas of pedagogy and psychology. This is because a child can be taught, for example, to draw (take his hand), but to physically help him speak is much more difficult. For graduates of schools it is necessary to be sociable, contact in various social groups, to be able to work together in different areas, preventing conflict situations or skillfully getting out of them. These skills should provide the young man with mobility, the ability to quickly respond in a changing world with a state of mental comfort, which provides emotional balance. In modern conditions, dialogue takes on a new meaning and quality, acting as the basic principle of the communicative content of education. A multicultural society, saturated with diverse communicative ties, involves not only the establishment of relations of cooperation, mutual understanding, but also the emergence of contradictions, polemic disputes. Therefore, the ability of school graduates to conduct a fruitful, effective dialogue in various fields of the sociocultural sphere, to learn the world not from monological (with a claim to absolute truth), but dialogically, pluralistically becomes the most important and communicative property. Meanwhile, observations of the experience of discussions, political meetings and rallies, business meetings, scientific conferences give reason to conclude that in many speeches there is no deliberation, depth and credibility of arguments, consistency and consistency of reasoning, compliance with ethical standards, flexibility of thinking and speed reactions. They still “see” the monopoly on truth, a special style of communication and belief with its monologue moral teachings and harsh, peremptory judgments. In this regard, communicatively-oriented education departs from the monologic way of teaching and reorientes to the dialogical one, which promotes the development of communicative properties among schoolchildren, namely: the ability to discuss, agree, argue, prove, agree (or disagree) [8]. Most of fishermen in the community are small-scale fishers, fishing workers, small-scale fish processors, and small traders. Efforts to obtain a larger income need support from family members. The role of husbands as the heads of family, responsible in earning a living, needs to be supported by their wives. The role of wives is as their husbands’ helpers in acquiring a livelihood as to raise their family income. The objective of this research is to analyze factors influencing women to enter workforce and their contribution to raising their family income. To analyze the case, theories of gender and development, women empowerment, and family economy are needed. This research used quantitative methodology. Its samples consisted of 85 fishermen’s wives from several villages that have active fish processing home industry in Rembang, Central Java. The results of research show that the income contribution of fishermen’s wives to the family income was still low, amounting to 33.13%. According to the latest data from Worldometers, as of July 26, 2020, the total number of infected is in the region of 16,357,563 people, deaths are 6% - 650,738 of the number of infected. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization officially declared the coronavirus a pandemic. In 188 countries of the world, decisions were made to temporarily close educational institutions in order to contain the spread of the virus. The scale of the measures taken is unprecedented and, according to UNESCO, affected 90% of the world's students. Experts believe that such measures will slow the rate of spread of the virus, as children can potentially be hidden carriers of the virus. This article examines various ways to organize the educational process in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Uzbekistan.
