An image processing technique is applied to locate bottle bottom, utilizing both median filter and high pass filter to remove noises. Moreover, Hough circle transform is used for detecting region of interest (ROI) of a bottle bottom. Subsequently, a cropped image can be obtained to produce a square masked ROI image by masking unnecessary regions. A masked image is then resized and fed into a pre-trained predictive model to distinguish between normal and defectives bottle. A predictor is constructed by deep convolution neural network (CNN), consisting of three convolutional layers and two fully connected layers. The proposed model is programmed using Python supported by OpenCV and Keras. Experiment results show that the accuracies of both bottom location and defects detection are 99.00% and 98.50%, respectively. The computation time of bottom location process is equal to 22ms and it spends 48ms for classifying the defectives bottle. There are five objectives in this problem. For P-J fit, each employee is assigned to perform a job based on the matching level of his or her competency to that job. The linear membership function is utilized to measure the level of employee's competency that fits to a job. Next, employee satisfaction in terms of job preference list and ranking score is considered. Then, goal programming and fuzzy multi-objective optimization are proposed to provide the appropriate solutions for job assignment. Lingo 15 is used to solve the proposed mathematical models. Decision-makers (DM) can define the weights for goal programming or the shape parameters of exponential membership function to obtain alternative solutions for the job assignment. These enable DM to have sufficient choices in properly making the decision. The matching network is placed at the secondary side of the high-frequency transformer and employing the secondary leakage inductance as the resonant inductor. The design procedure is based on the principle of the ZVS push-pull resonant converter with a voltage doubler Class-DE resonant rectifier. By a prototype is operating at a 12 VDC input voltage, a 380 VDC output voltage, a rated output power of 150 W, and a 60–90 kHz variable switching frequency. To detect an available vehicle park slot with low cost and simple installation, a magnetic field sensor has been widely used for an unoccupied parking lot however, it is unable to detect non-metal objects. In this paper, we propose an intelligent parking detector by using each sensor and combination of sensors to be more reliable detection of any objects in parking lot with energy-saving and easy installation. When sensors detect an object in the parking space, the data are sent via LoRaWan signal to a gateway device through wireless network. The z-axis data and distance data are processed and the vacant parking lots are displayed on mobile application, so the drivers can reserve a space before they arrive the parking lot. The experiment result shows that the magnetic and ultrasonic sensors has accuracy of 100% for both metal and non-metal objects, indoor and outdoor, and both sunny and heavy rain conditions. Power-factor correction (PFC) is obtained by using the output characteristics of the ZCDS Class-E resonant rectifier, which is placed between the bridge-rectifier and the direct current (DC)-link capacitor. By using a interleaved ZCDS Class- E rectifier, the peak and ripple values of the line current are also reduced, allowing for a reduced filter-inductor volume of an electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter, the conduction angle of the bridge-rectifier diode current is increased and low line harmonic distortion and power-factor near unity were naturally achieved. Moreover, low-cost standard-recovery diodes can be employed as a bridge-rectifier. A prototype LED driver, operating at a 55-kHz switching frequency and a 220-Vrms, 50-Hz line voltage, was utilized to drive a 150-W street-lighting lamp. This proposed circuit comprises a current operational amplifier (COA) cooperating with a current controlled current conveyor trans-conductance amplifier (CCCCTA), without any passive component. The principal feature of the proposed circuit is that the obtained capacitance can be electronically adjusted via input bias current. Consequently, it can easily be adapted in automatic control or micro controller/microprocessor-based systems. In addition, it is very suitable to further develop in integrated circuit architecture. The simulation results obtained from PSpice found that the proposed circuit offers a tunable capacitance range of 3.5pF–4.5pF with operating frequency range of lkHz-2MHz. The power consumption is 13.4mW at ±2.5V power supplies. For example, TMP of ULVAC products use water cooling from the chiller for controlling heat generated in the rotor. We designed and made the controller of thermoelectric cooler (TEC) for cooling of TMP without the water cooling from the chiller. The TEC for TMP cooling was designed and analyzed by Finite element method to study the generated heat and transfer phenomena of the waste heat to another section of the apparatus. The controller applied the control though Arduino board into a switching system to be driven DC current to TEC for 6 modules. The antenna consists of 3 elements; a scutcheon bow tie radiator, a line inductive-loaded and a square reflector. The element of bow tie achieves a lower frequency of 470 MHz. The element of line inductive-loaded achieves an upper frequency of 860 MHz for |S11| of less than −10 dB. The measured results of the prototype antenna are good agreement. The impedance bandwidth of 81.27%, which covering a frequency range from 374 MHz to 886 MHz. The measured gains are flat around 7 dBi over the DVB band. The operational report of a case study warehouse shows that the number of inbound and outbound pallets is inconstant and lower than the company target. In order to reach the company target, the optimal number of reach trucks and order picker trucks in the warehouse is required since they are mostly used to move products throughout the process. The procedures firstly start with investigating the warehouse operation process with the current workers' schedule. As a result, the process can be separated into four steps of the inbound process (unloading, checking, moving, and keeping) and two steps of outbound (picking and moving). Then, Tecnomatix Plant Simulation is a the selected tool to create a warehouse operation model and manipulate the number of trucks and workers to achieve the company's target without real process interruption. The theory of constraints and the utilization of workers and trucks from simulation results are used to analyze the process to increase the throughput and eliminate the constraints that limit the warehouse throughput to achieve the company target of 1,300 pallets per day of inbound and 880 pallets per day of outbound.
