Based on the vector hydrophone array, the models of coherence spectrum, phase spectrum and average complex sound intensity are established. By joint investigation of acoustic pressure and particle vibration velocity, we not only can determine whether the target signal exist in the environmental noise in a relatively short observation time, but also can realize target radiated noise measurement under the condition of low SNR, using the statistical phase difference and coherence spectrum between ocean environment noise and target radiated noise. Firstly, the kinematics model and dynamics model of the spacecraft is established. Secondly, the PID control algorithm is used to control the spacecraft. Thirdly, in order to achieve fast and flexible of the spacecraft attitude maneuver, the coefficients of the quintic polynomial are adjusted continuously to optimize the spacecraft. For fixed and stepped frequency radar, the calibration results before and after coherent integration is compared through simulation. It suggests that the calibration result is almost the same before or after coherent integration and the measurement fluctuation of stepped frequency waveform is smaller than that of fixed frequency waveform. The fluctuation can be reduced by increasing the measured clutter cells. For example, by using radar with higher range resolution, wider beam width or by increasing the platform height for radar. The experimental results showed that drive voltage was low and i-v characteristics was unsaturated. Grid voltage has great control effect on operating characteristics of organic static induction transistor. By applying the force analysis to the jet vane, the mathematical model of the missile's pitch motion in the vertical plane is established. At the same time the jet vane controller is designed, which introducing the missile's pitch angle position control and rate control. The simulation results show that the jet vane controller with the PID control rule can make the missile fast turn within one second. At present there are many image processing and recognition techniques applied to the color sorting technology. In this paper, we applied the Image Texture Analysis methods to identify the quality of the rice. We can collect the rice image through the CCD camera. Using the GLCM (Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix) algorithm to deal with acquisition data of the rice image, by calculating the Energy, Entropy, Moment of Inertia and Relevance characteristic values of the rice at 0°, 45°, 90°, 135° direction. And comparing with the standard data of the intact rice, thus we can identify the quality of rice. Firstly, the images are located by using improved rapid gravity method. Then the images are processed by using improved weighted median filtering. Thirdly, the images run into threshold segmentation on the basis of OTSU method. Finally, sub-pixel measurement is applied so as to judge whether the product dimension is within the allowed scope. First, a dual channel audio is selected, the left and right channel is extracted, and the left and right channel is decomposed on LWT3. The difference of the left and right channel is selected as the first watermarking on LWT3 in the low frequency. An image is selected as the second watermarking. Then the embedding position is chosen and the watermarking is embedded adaptively into the left and right channel. The double watermark embedding and extracting algorithm is implemented.
