摘要

为了更好地提高OFET器件的工作特性,我们利用CuPc制作了具有垂直导电通道的Au/ CuPc / Al / CuPc /Au五层结构的有机薄膜晶体管。测试了其基本工作特性,分析了装置结构与工作特性的关系。实验结果表明,驱动电压低,i-v特性不饱和。栅极电压对有机静电感应晶体管的工作特性有很大的控制作用。因此,通过合理设计器件结构,形成垂直导电通道,可以提高有机晶体管的驱动电压和开关特性。

The fabrication and operating mechanism analysis of copper-phthalocyanine organic thin film transistor
