By joint investigation of acoustic pressure and particle vibration velocity, we not only can determine whether the target signal exist in the environmental noise in a relatively short observation time, but also can realize target radiated noise measurement under the condition of low SNR, using the statistical phase difference and coherence spectrum between ocean environment noise and target radiated noise.
