This renovation also replace or convert lamps that previously used TL 2 x 36 Watt lamps to use 40 Watt LED flat lights. In this case the aim to know this comparison is by calculating theoretically strong illumination, the power generated as well as the cost incurred. From the comparison results obtained the comparison terotirs how the better and see the two lights are whether the standard qualified lighting in the arena shooting space That LED lights have a strong light almost the same as the TL lamps but in terms of electric power used LED lights generate more electrical power small with a smaller electric power is obtained electricity tariffs are also cheap, so LEDs can be very energy-efficient lamps and save money. Dengan adanya momentum pergelaran kompetisi olahraga tingkat Asia yaitu Asian Games 2018 yang akan diadakan di Jakarta dan Palembang, Jakabaring Shooting Range Palembang melakukan renovasi pada gedungnya untuk menunjang suksesnya Asian Games 2018 pada cabang olahraga menembak. Renovasi ini juga menganti atau mengkonversikan lampu yang sebelumnya menggunakan lampu TL 2 x 36 Watt menjadi menggunakan lampu flat LED 40 Watt. Dalam hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan ini adalah dengan menghitung secara teoritis kuat penerangan, daya yang dihasilkan serta biaya yang dikeluarkan. Neutral currents in distribution transformers can be caused by load imbalances. This study investigates the load imbalance on the secondary side of the transformer U.019 PT. PLN (PERSERO) Palembang Ampera Rayon. Measurement results and calculations show that if a neutral current load is equalized and power losses due to load imbalance in the distribution transformer are reduced. Unbalanced expense loss due to the neutral current of Peak Expense of 41,5090A and the lowest Expense of 12,1244A so that the percentage of loss in Peak Load loss is 5,3443% and the lowest expense is 1,8562%, and due to the falling unbalanced load voltage is obtained Percentage of Peak Loads of 7.28365% and Lowest Load of 2.43736% of balanced load loss due to neutral currents at balanced load, At Peak Load of 4.9482% and afternoon of 1.7647% and due to balanced load voltage drop in Peak can be 4,94819% and the lowest load can be 1,76471%. The load equalization results in the average peak load that is 262.66667 A with the current load current is IR 262A, IS 263A and IT 263A and at the lowest load average current is 95.0000 A, with a perfect load current IR 94 A, IS 95 A and IT 95 A. Difference Between Unbalanced Charges due to neutral currents with a balanced load at peak loads of 3.961% and the lowest load of 915% while the difference in the voltage drop is unbalanced and balanced at peak load 2.33546% and the Lowest Load amounting to 0.67265% ABSTRAK Rugi-rugi daya pada transformator distribusi dapat menimbulkan arus netral. Arus netra lpad atransformator distribusi dapat disebabkan ketidakseimbangan beban. Penelitian ini menyelidiki ketidakseimbangan beban pada sisise kunder transformator U.019 PT. PLN  (PERSERO) Rayon Ampera Palembang. Hasil pengukuran dan perhitungan menunjukkan bahwaapa bila dilakukan pemerataan beban arus netral dan rugi – rugidayaakibatketidakseimbanganbebanpadatransformatordistribusiberkurang.rugi rugi beban ketidak seimbang akibat arus netral Beban Puncak sebesar 41,5090A dan Beban terendah sebesar  12,1244A sehingga persentase rugi rugi daya Beban Puncak sebesar  5,3443% dan beban Terendah 1,8562% ,dan akibat jatuh tegangan beban ketidak seimbang di peroleh persentase pada Beban Puncak  Sebesar 7,28365%  dan Beban Terendah 2,43736% rugi rugi beban seimbang akibat arus netral pada beban seimbang, Pada Beban Puncak sebesar  4,9482% dan siang 1,7647%  dan akibat jatuh tegangan beban seimbang  Benan Puncak  di dapat 4,94819% dan Beban Terendah di dapat  1,76471%. Hasil pemerataan beban di dapat arus rata rata Beban Puncak  yaitu 262,6667 A dengan arus beban perfasa yaitu I R  262A , I S 263A dan  I T  263A dan pada beban Terendah arus rata rata  yaitu 95,0000 A ,dengan arus beban perfasa yaitu I R 94 A , I S 95 A dan  I T 95 A. PLN (Persero) substation Talang Kelapa Banyuasin become unbalanced that I R = 954.37 A, I S = 968.32, I T = 950.24 A. The amount of load imbalance (%) between each phase at # 3 60MVA power transformer 150/20 KV is 0.7412%, This is because the use of an uneven load. Synchronous generators have problems that are voltage instability when the load changes, so it requires equipment that can control the stability of the synchronous generator voltage, namely Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is a voltage regulating device used in synchronous generators to stabilize the output voltage generated from a synchronous generator. Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) works by regulating the excitacy of the exciter, if the load increases then the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) will command the exciter to work by increasing the reverse excitation current if the load decreases then the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) will command the exciter to reduce excitation flow. ABSTRAK Generator sinkron merupakan mesin-mesin listrik yang berfungsi untuk mengkonversi energi mekanik menjadi energi listrik. Generator sinkron mempunyai permasalahan yaitu ketidakstabilan tegangan pada saat perubahan beban, sehingga dibuthkan peralatan yang dapat mengendalikan kestabilan tegangan generator sinkron yaitu Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR). Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)  merupakan sebuah divais pengatur tegangan yang digunakan pada generator sinkron untuk menyetabilkan tegangan keluaran yang dihasilkan dari generator sinkron. This cable bending will affect cable characteristics, one of which changes the cable resistance value. This study will discuss the effect of cable bending on the value of resistance. Data is taken by experimenting with a voltage and current flowing on a cable that is not bent and with a cable that is bent once, twice, thrice, four times and five times bending. From the results of the test, the calculation is obtained and the following results are obtained: for cables that are not bent, the resistance value is 900 Ohm / km. The cable is bent once, the resistance value is 600 Ohm / km. Whereas for cables that are bent twice at 700 Ohm / km, they are bent three times to 550 Ohm / km, four times 700 Ohm / km and five times 560 Ohm / km. The up and down measurement results occur because the bending direction is not always in the same direction. ABSTRAK Pada pemasangan kabel instalasi listrik, baik instalasi untuk perumahan, perkantoran maupun industry, kabelnya kadang-kadang harus ditekuk. Penekukan kabel ini akan mempengaruhi karakteristik kabel, salah satunya merubah nilai tahanan kabel. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai pengaruh tekukan kabel terhadap nilai tahanan. Data diambil dengan melakukan eksperimen dengan mengalirkan tegangan dan arus pada kabel yang tanpa di ditekuk dan dengan kabel yang ditekuk dengan satu kali, dua kali, tiga kali, empat kali dan lima kali tekukan. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut dilakukan perhitungan dan didapat hasil sebagai berikut : untuk kabel yang tidak ditekuk, nilai tahanannya adalah 900 Ohm/km. Kabel yang ditekuk satu kali, nilai tahanannya adalah 600 Ohm/km. Sedangkan untuk kabel yang ditekuk dua kali tahanannya 700 Ohm/km, ditekuk tiga kali tahannanya menjadi 550 Ohm/km, empat kali 700 Ohm/km dan lima kali 560 Ohm/km.
