Integration of self-governmental circles was explained in two dimensions: organisational – encompassing various political entities (parliamentary, self-governmental, social, etc.), as well as programmatic, serving the realisation of a specific vision of development of Podkarpackie voivodeship and referring to a specific system of values. The following questions were used to realise the research objective: with what methods was the electoral agreement intended to be achieved? With which political entities was it intended to create an electoral coalition? Przedstawiono zakres zagrożeń informacyjnych związanych z wojną hybrydową; ich wpływ na analizowaną sferę bezpieczeństwa narodowego. Założono, że w czasie wojny hybrydowej w państwie powstaje szeroki zakres zagrożeń informacyjnych. Ich neutralizacja z jednej strony wymaga zastosowania nadzwyczajnych środków prawnych i administracyjnych, a z drugiej strony może zaprowadzić istotne ograniczenia demokratycznych praw i wolności. The analysis is a case study and concerns the Polish Deal reform program. The article is based on a qualitative approach in research on populism (the subject of the analysis are the statements of PiS leaders). The research problem concerns the question: is there any content that qualifies for the space defined by the category of subjective deprivation in the arguments for the Polish Order? The study shows that the arguments for the Polish Order referred to subjective deprivation in terms of both the improvement of the standard of living in the economic dimension as well as the position in society. PiS leaders announced actions to eliminate the differences between the standard of living in large cities and suburbs, and between Polish and Western society. The choice of this country is not accidental. It is the first country in which judicial review of elections appeared, and the rules introduced in the 19th century remain in force almost unchanged to this day. The main thesis of the article is that the rules in force in the United Kingdom for determining the validity of elections are incompatible with international standards. In order to verify this thesis, an attempt is made to indicate the weaknesses of the current legal solutions for verifying the validity of elections.
