Initially as minor shareholders, and since 2005 as the sole owners of a publishing house with a key position on the regional market, which published the largest daily Newspaper – Gazeta Codzienna \"Nowiny\". Foreign investor activity, in the Podkarpackie region went beyond the area of the regional press. The presence of foreign investors also had an impact on the local press market and the development of Internet-related media. Foreign capital also had to face the nationwide trends which were present in region, such as lower sales and the declining importance of the printed press. The study is of a contributory nature and contains a preliminary diagnosis of the problem, although it may become a starting point for planning and developing systematic research in this area. The source substrate was provided, inter alia, by data contained in the RAD-on system and available on-line documentation of studies, as well as scientific studies and textbooks relating to the theory and methodology of security sciences and the status of the discipline 'security sciences'. The research was based on existing data (mainly censuses, personal documents, newspapers, passenger arrival records from the Ellis Island Archives) and elicited data (in-depth interviews). The exploration covered two neighboring counties: Strzyzow (nineteen villages) and Rzeszow (primarily Rzeszow and Harta). One result is the Economic Partnership Agreement being the subject of this article. This agreement is an important topic of today's international relations and it shapes their image. The aim of this article is to present the most important assumptions of the trade agreement, to examine it from different perspectives, such as the history of mutual contacts, the effects of the presented moves, as well as to assess its functioning, its chances for the future and its potential impact on other areas of bilateral relations. That is why it is important to determine the scale of such emissions from individual elements of the infrastructure. It has been confirmed that such emissions have a significant effect on the military security of EU co untries. The emission factor (EF) is affected by many other causes. The best method of calculating the EF is one that takes into account the most variables. A theoretical method of determining the EF has been developed, taking into consideration the age of the equipment as well as pressure, temperature and speed. When comparing the methods in the literature to date, one has to bear in mind that none of them describes the variables that affect the magnitude of the EF. Multidimensional comparative analyses were used in the study. The data obtained for the research were grouped. They were, then, compiled on categorized line and bar charts. The research shows that during the financial crisis between 2007-2009, a decrease in the number of transported goods by 48 488 thousand tons was observed. During the COVID-19 pandemic between 2019 and 2020, a decrease in the number of goods was also visible - by 15,363 tones. However, when considering the number of passengers transported, during the financial crisis between 2007-2009 in Poland there was an increase by 1,928 people and in the period of impact of COVID-19 in 2020 compared to 2019 a decrease by 130,270 passengers. When examining the rail passenger transport sector in Poland, a decrease in the number of employees by 385 was observed in the years 2003-2021. During the financial crisis between 2007-2009, the number of employees increased by 5,745 people, while during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, compared to 2019, it decreased by 109. In the case of the rail passenger transport sector in Poland, the number of employees oscillated around the arithmetic mean of 23,914 employees. The prevalence of this type of speech may reduce the sensitivity of young online users to this problem. Sometimes young people express indifference towards hate speech on the internet, and sometimes even find it funny or attractive. The aim of this article was to indicate the level of tolerance of hate behaviour among young adults. The research hypothesis was that young adults, despite frequent encounters with haterade and hate speech, are characterised by a low level of tolerance of online hate behaviour. Survey research was conducted to verify the hypothesis. The empirical research confirms the hypothesis. The main thesis of the work is the statement that although the ethnic policy of the Polish state has not changed in the analyzed period, some actions of the Polish authorities testify to their certain unfavorability towards the extension of the rights of national minorities, and even in some cases the desire to reduce these rights. The article uses a number of research methods. It was largely influenced by the experiences of generations, shaped by history, socio-economic and political situation; it changed under the influence of the conditions in which they lived. The peasants' belonging to a specific community constituted the basis of their values and had a significant impact in all possible relationships. Identity – the authenticity of peasants was perpetuated in their long and quaint history, in the very difficult and peculiar existence of this social class. It was shaped in the course of centuries of hard work in closed peasant culture and customs. The serfdom system lasted 400 years, and these 400 years long the peasant identity was shaped. It is not surprising that despite the change in social conditions, they still remained in the shackles of the serfdom determined mentality. The formation of a certain type of personality, which lasted for a very long time, is considered an undoubted consequence of serfdom. Peasants constituted the cornerstone of society and the nation for the politicians of the Polish People's Party \"Piast\", they were the inspiration for their political concepts and actions. The aim of this article is to analyse the political views of the two main actors in this dispute – Law and Justice (conservative current) and Civic Platform of the Republic of Poland (liberal current). Representatives of both ideological currents, despite significant axiological differences, were in favour of European integration. While the Law and Justice party presented a Eurorealist stance, the views of PO politicians can be described as Euro-enthusiastic. Sharp disagreements arose when the scope and extent of European integration and the model of the EU needed to be clarified, which de facto boiled down to a debate around the role and significance of the nation-state in international relations. The theoretical layer of political thought is particularly exposed in the study, as the acceptance of a realist or liberal paradigm of international relations by the parties studied was tantamount to support for a particular model of the European Union.
