Pay Per Click is a type of advertisement in the form of a banner or a link with the description, recommendation or opinion of the client - displayed in search engines. The main advantages are the payment model based only on effects - clicks in advertisement. The aim of this publication is an attempt to design an model for AdWords advertising campaign. In order to achieve this goal, an analysis of selected campaigns was carried out. Taking into account all elements affecting the effectiveness of the AdWords campaign, particular stages of design should include such determinants as: selection of keywords, design of add descriptions with extensions, implementation of excluded keywords, determination of a schedule and geolocation, optimization and design of websites and continuous optimization of campaign parameters. Proposed model of AdWords campaign depends on two groups of factors. The first one is strictly connected with the campaign's parameters, while the second one is related to the features of the promoted product and the company itself.","PeriodicalId":403793,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 13th International Scientific and Technical Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130737341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This includes model retrieval, consolidation, and evolution. However, the task has exponential time complexity. Ant Colony Optimization is gaining popularity for providing reasonable solutions for different discrete optimization problems. This paper proposes an Ant Colony algorithm for matching UML class diagrams, with their similarity quantified based on their names, attributes, operations, and structural information. Using a case study of ten pairs of class diagrams, the performance of the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm is empirically tested and compared to that of the basic genetic algorithm, in terms of solution accuracy and execution time. The results indicate the superiority of the Ant Colony algorithm over the genetic algorithm, for the three accuracy measures: accuracy, precision, and recall.","PeriodicalId":403793,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 13th International Scientific and Technical Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133327697","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is impossible to apply the asymptotic analytical methods to construct the solutions in the mathematical models of the dynamical processes in these systems. Consequently the qualitative approach is used, the solution existence and uniqueness is substantiated and estimated. The qualitative methods enable to use the corresponding specified numerical methods for the investigation of the mathematical model and solution construction. Basing on the numerical analysis and the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method there are analyzed some singularities of the dynamical processes in the considered systems classes. The effective combination of the theoretic and numerical approach allows to build the innovative procedure to analyze the mathematical models for the wide class of the nonlinear physical systems applied in the engineering.","PeriodicalId":403793,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 13th International Scientific and Technical Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132764940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A new filter of Ateb-Gabor has been investigated. The filter is based on the use of a combination of Gabor filter and periodic Ateb-functions. This combination allows us to provide flexibility for control by choosing two parameters m and n, which is provided by the mathematical apparatus of the Ateb functions. Filtration was performed on the example of biometric images. It has been shown that Ateb-Gabor filtration gives better filtration results than ordinary Gabor filter. Experimental research has been carried out.","PeriodicalId":403793,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 13th International Scientific and Technical Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124108182","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For better segmentation results, a satisfier cost function and a robust optimization algorithm that is compatible with the used cost function, are needed. In this study, Scout particle swarm optimization (ScPSO) containing the efficient parts of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Artificial Bee Colony Optimization (ABC) is chosen for the optimization based process. As being the cost function, Kapur is preferred according to the advices in literature. Thus, Kapur-ScPSO technique is formed for the task of image segmentation. For performance comparison, ScPSO is compared with PSO and Genetic Algorithm (GA) on segmentation of four well-known benchmarking images (Lena, Baboon, Hunter, Map). Standard deviations, objective values and Total Statistical Success (TSS) values are calculated for every algorithm at the evaluation of performances. All algorithms are employed 50 times to choose the best performance. Consequently, it's seen that Kapur-ScPSO achieves to better standard deviations and objective values than Kapur based PSO and GA algorithms on image segmentation. Furthermore, TSS values of proposed method are brilliant on both statistical metrics.","PeriodicalId":403793,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE 13th International Scientific and Technical Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116472762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
