For the estimation of efficiency of method of clusterization of network an objective function, is used that is scalar chart of private criteria. As private criteria it is expedient to use the next parameters of network: reliability of network, fluence of energy and volume of service information. An example of calculation of efficiency of division of networks on clusters is made at the use of three private criteries for network from 10 knots. It is shown that for the estimation of efficiency of division of networks on clusters it is necessary to use nonlinear chart of compromises. They got results are actual at the decision of intricate problems.","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-02-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132799043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is established that a promising project, which provides power savings is the use of motion sensors and led lamps. The project allows to save hundreds of thousands of kilowatts of electricity and to ensure its efficient use. It reduces the load on the internal electrical network (especially in winter) and the rent for the residents of the apartments. The pilot project of involving the application of nanolamps in housing and communal sphere deserves a lot of attention. They put lighting on a new energy efficient level, compared to existing led lamps. Nano bulbs provide uniform light distribution and maximum coverage. The frequency of switching on and off does not affect their functional characteristics. During operation they emit 50% less heat than led lamps and are safer for use in enclosed fixtures (devices).","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-02-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128605514","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It determined that Ukrainian women of reproductive age contaminated with T.gondii. That fact confirmed by the 81,3 % seroprevalence rate with the predomination women living in the rural regions - 87,3±0,58 % comparatively with 71,4±1,11 % urban inhabitants. The rate of seropositive women does not differ substantially in age groups ranging from 16 to 39 years. Comparatively, toxoplasmosis in India has low incidence due to few important epidemiological risk factors: practically absence of cats like reservoir of parasite, and mostly vegetarian nutrition style. In some tropical areas where cats are abundant and the warm and humid climate favors survival of T.gondii oocysts, the seroprevalence toxoplasmosis is higher than in developed countries: in Ghana, the seroprevalence reached 90% among pregnant women.","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-02-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114191256","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is lack of responsibility in Ukraine which therefore causes the range of serious social effects. Responsibility is located on the edge between individual and social, so it has dual nature, has the features of both social and individual. The task of a modem science is to study formation and raising mechanisms of social responsibility. It is important to research how reflection levels regarding responsibility are formed. The peculiarity of the responsibility experience lies in its social nature. Responsibility as a moral motive for social action points at high level of human moral conscience and socialization. Dziadykevych","doi":"10.15550/ASJ.2015.01.106","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15550/ASJ.2015.01.106","url":null,"abstract":"The article analyses the energy potential of Ukraine and transit through its territory. It can skillfully use its advantageous geopolitical position. The main directions of energy policy of Ukraine, approved by the energy policy of the European Union, are set. It also analyses the factors that inhibit the process of creating the foundations for the country's EU integration. The main lever in defending Ukraine's energy independence should be its energy transit potential. Ukraine needs to convince the energy suppliers and consumers (EU) that the transit of oil and gas through its territory is a reliable and cost effective. The expansion of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU program \"Eastern partnership\" is very promising. Ukraine must come up with new initiatives to provide collective energy security of Europe. The abstract logical method has allowed to establish the logical relationships between the policy of the EU and energy security, as well as solving environmental and social problems. With synthesis the factors that impede the process of establishing the foundations of the European integration of Ukraine were investigated. The use of induction and deduction allowed to explore the possibility of using alternative sources of energy, which will improve the energy security of Ukraine and EU countries. The use of expert judgments contributed to the establishment of the strength of the impact energy transit potential of Ukraine to reduce its energy dependence. The method of synthesis has allowed to draw a conclusion regarding the main directions that will ensure sustained development of the society in the countries of the European Union and Ukraine. Results The policy of reducing external dependency is based on providing reliable imports at affordable prices and on a long term basis. For this, the EU intends to use its political and economic impact on the country's suppliers and transit countries through the conclusion of agreements on mutually advantageous exploitation of energy resources based on sustainable prices, market transparency and protection of the environment (Capros et al., 2010). The ways of energy transportation are of fundamental importance. In this case, Ukraine has advantages and can skillfully use its advantageous geopolitical position. The diversification of sources and routes of energy supplies remains the main direction of reducing the energy independence of the EU. The spread of European energy standards in the Ukrainian legislation allows to significantly improve the","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-02-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122701319","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
