Along with the presence of the next wave industrial revolution, Industry 4.0 creates an opportunity for the Indonesian government to not only stimulate further growth of the sector, but also increase energy efficiency simultaneously. However, the complexity of structural challenges that exists in the automotive industry has raised a question, what aspects or factors that could accelerate the technology adoption process? This paper aims to explore the policy structure that could influence the growth of Industry 4.0 technology adoption in improving energy efficiency in the Indonesian automotive industry. In this case, the hospital must carry out its activities efficiently so that it can take advantage of the limited Indonesian government budget. With these financial constraints, planning and allocating efficient inpatient beds as an effort to save on hospital service costs is more challenging. One of the government-owned public hospital located in South Jakarta, Indonesia has not planned and allocated inpatient beds efficiently causing a high cost of inpatient bed provision. So, it is necessary for the hospital to plan and allocate inpatient beds properly. The inpatient care unit consists of adult, child, and obstetrics inpatient units. This research develops an optimization model using the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) method which aims to minimize the cost of providing beds in each inpatient unit. The results showed a reduction in the cost of providing beds with different numbers of beds allocated. Afterwards, the number of nurses needed was also calculated. The results also show a reduction in the number of nurses needed and it saves nurses' costs. That is to say, they do not give priority to the practice of knowledge management within their production chain. Therefore, a production management model is required to integrate the key elements for their efficient development. On the basis of this, a production management model was designed for this study and was focused on knowledge management in a garment production SME to achieve favorable results, both in the organization's performance and in workers' labor productivity. To validate the model, this case study was carried out at a clothing production microenterprise located in Gamarra, where low labor productivity was identified as the main problem, and one of the most affected areas was sewing. This study utilized structural equation modeling to derive the causal relationship between \"Nutrition Label\", \"Nutrition Fact\", \"Reason to Check\", and \"Purchasing Decision\" simultaneously. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected from respondents in Barangay 454 and 455, Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines. The results indicated that \"Nutrition Label\" had significant effects on \"Reason to Check\" and \"Purchasing Decision\". In addition, \"Reason to Check\" also had a significant effect on \"Purchasing Decision\". Interestingly, female respondents and respondents with higher income had significant effects on \"Reason to Check\" which subsequently affect \"Purchasing Decision\".
